I went to star nails today to get my moms nails done for her birthday. I informed them I was coming before 2:30 and I arrive and they are over booked. I was under the impression that I was next in line but I waited for 3 and a half hours to get her nails done. When they finally got started they messed up the nails 3 times and had to redo them! The stars blend together and the moon is supposed to be a sticker. He burned her finger with the machine they use to file your nails. He charged me almost $60 dollars when on their price board the shortest nails cost $30. All of the employees charge a different price and charge whatever they want. Very disappointed.

Me and my mom went to star nails tonight I normally go and have really good service. Well my mom wanted to go with I brought her as well, shes been with me before and never had bad service til tonight. We both got our toes done, I get done before her and the younger lady that was working on my mom drops my mom without saying a word and goes and takes care of her main customer that showed up 25 minutes after we did. Mind you. My mother was still charged at full rate when she barely got half of her pedicure. My mother wait for awhile. And I asked the lady that was working on me if she was going to take care of my mom after she was done with my nails. Lets just say she didnt. So we paid and left. Very unprofessional.

Took my 7 and 5 year old to get their nails done today and the 2 guys that were working did their nails and they did a fantastic job and the one that did my 7 year olds nails was so funny and made her feel comfortable.Overall... YES, we will be back!

Will not go anywhere else. Very nice and do a great job.

Star Nails did a great job on an elderly diabetics very difficult pedicure, and they did it for a quite reasonable price. The facility was clean and accessable. There is handicapped parking and a ramp just outside the salon.

Very poor services came in to get acrylic nails and another lady came in and just because she was white they did her before me and made me sit and wait even though me and my mom was there before her. Thats not good work ethic thats very poor service.

This place was very clean, they spoke pretty great English and really made you feel comfortable. They did a wonderful job and the prices are reasonable. Their pedicures were my favorite part. They were gentle and very kind. You should definitely go if you are in town.

First, the first lady that did my nails was rude. When I went to show her the picture of what I wanted she just walked away, then when she came back she was throwing her stuff around. I wanted ombre with a Cheshire Cat smile one. The lady then just colors one color and calls another girl over and she was like oh you want ombre colors? I said no thank you I was good. Well they send me down to a gentleman and Im not sure what he tried to do but it was not right. Needless to say Im not ever going back!

Went here with family and they were awesome. Did a great job. Didn’t feel rushed. They did all the details. Cuticles. Massage. Pushed back and clipped cuticles. Really did an AWESOME job. Think we just found our new nail place !!!

I showed the lady doing my pedicure the Halloween design I wanted on my big toes and she told me no and made me pick just a solid basic color. So paid for something I didn’t even want. Also was NOT relaxing at all because she rushed so fast through it. Shortest pedicure ever!! Not coming back here.

This is my first time coming to Star Nails, and I’m already sold out on them. Not only did they do an outstanding job on my nails (going the extra mile by paying attention to details), but they cared enough to make my whole experience enjoyable. Very clear communication on prices and packages. Very personable employees. Very clean, uplifting environment. And I’m a Christian, so I enjoyed the Christian music in that they had playing too. Overall leaving refreshed and extremely satisfied. I’ll be back! Thanks guys!

I went to star nails for my birthday and I LOVED it. They were playing Christian music and they did great on my nails. Almost a month ago I got my nails redone and they did it perfectly. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it for only $20 and it was shellac. They are still on my nails with only a few chips. I would highly recommend Star Nails.

Very sloppy and nails didnt last a week. Bad experiences BOTH times. This place is way too over priced & the Google stars for here tricked me.

It’s my first time here at star Nails and probably it will be my last. Why? It’s because when I arrived there’s a guy 1 cleaning my feet and then he stand up acting like he is busy and then, I was like what? Then there’s another guy 2 said Hi and started to continue cleaning it. I don’t know why the guy 1 didn’t continue cleaning it maybe He don’t like my feet 😂 Anyway, I’m thinking what a bad services I got. They asked me if it’s a shellac nails or just a normal. To be honest I can afford it but I prefer normal since they showed me bad service and other staff are not friendly. I will not recommend this star nails. I will never go back. Once is enough. And those girls who is looking for nail salon. They are telling me that Adore Nail Salon is much better.

They are always so friendly and know exactly what I want. This time, I had a newer gentlemen who did my nails and they didnt turn out so great even though he did an awesome feather design. Thankful, Micheal came to my recuse!! Unfortunately, the feather had to go but he fixed them to near perfection!!

I was skeptical because some reviews say its the best but others say its the worse. I went anyway and Im so glad I did. I wish I could post pictures because my nails are absolutely beautiful. A gentleman did my nails. He was a little rougher than Ive had before but I didnt ask him to tone it down any. He checked every nail and made 100% sure I was satisfied. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and it was $38. It is well worth the price. The staff was polite and attentive. Overall I am very happy and will be back in the future. I strongly recommend this nail salon for other picky people like me.

Went last Friday as a walk in they took me right in and did a wonderful job! Im from out of town and someone recommend this place to me and boy they were right. Im getting compliments all the time. they did my nails thin enough not too bulky, I dont like bulky acrylic nails. I had trouble choosing a color and they helped choose one that looks perfect on my skin color. Thank you guys much.

My nails were already popping off after about a week or 2..my toes chipped the next day so I went back and had to get them all redone..

They did a beautiful job. I got an ombré acrylic and I’ve never had it done before and I was super impressed! Also they were all pretty friendly and the guy doing my nails talked to me and was so nice the whole time.

I went to star nails this morning and they were amazing! I think the guys name that did my nails was michael, I could be wrong though. He was great! My nails look fantastic. I had to bring my 2 year old daughter with me due to not having a babysitter and he was super patient with her! He even painted her nails and made her day!I will be going to star nails from now on!

Worst experience ever ,poor job on nails , rushed us was rough ,left me and my daughter is with several cuts and after it was all said and done 2 nail sets and 2 pedicure $210 hell no never again

After reading the reviews, I decided to give this place a try since I am from out of town. This is hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Great atmosphere, great people, awesome options, great pricing. They take appointments and walk-in, but its best to call and ask for appointments because they are usually pretty busy. A lot of return business and quality work.

I love this place, there nail techs are phenomenal. I wish they would clean their establishment better. Organize themselves. This is my favorite place to go though and relax and unwind and get my nails done for a great price.

I have been having my nails done here for years and until recently I would have given them 5 stars. I have recommended this place to many others and this was the only place I trusted to do my nails. The last few times I have been in the job they do has been hit and miss. Today I went in and showed the nail tech a picture and asked if he could do my nails that way and got 2 baskets of glitter plopped down in front of me and was told “ I don’t know see if you can find the glitter”. Nina or Que would never have done that. Nina has always went out of her way to help me if I wanted something done out of the ordinary. I’m glad to hear they are still in Ft Smith and will be going to their new salon next time. After reading the other reviews now it makes sense. When I asked where they were today I was told they were on vacation. I’m normally not the kind of person who leaves a review at all but I was so disappointed by my nails today I had to say something.

Love this place! My nails are perfect every time. It’s a great atmosphere and they make you feel so comfortable it’s very easy to relax.

No longer the great salon it was.Nina, Eric and Q were forced out in a power play by Michael.Have been a satisfied customer for years of Ninas, and feel betrayed when I called for an appointment and there was no mention of the changes made at the salon.This salon is now ran by unprofessional, untalented, unpersonable individuals.I will not be going back to Star Nails.BTW, check out Adore Salon. Thats where you will find all three.

So I went there today with my friend and I was expecting a good experience since she recommended them. The service was ok but I have no problem spending money but I dont appreciate not being told that the product was going to be more money. I was charged $45 just for a look called Rockstar let this be told if I known it was more I wouldnt ever got this done I wasnt even going to get my nails done but was told by my friend it would be just 20 something instead I walk out very uncomfortable and just upset. Then places I go to doesnt charge you for a shape ,yet they do! thats another reason I will not be returning to this establishment! My advice to anyone going there double check what the prices are before hand.Dont get me wrong he did a good job on my nails. I will not be returning to this establishment!

Sanitary place people speak Great English and they are very professional at their services! Well since I wrote this review, I went there 1 last time. I went in and asked for my tech and he got me into the chair and I told him that I wanted HIM TO DO A MANI -PEDI for me. He said ,Sure! and started running water in the pedí station and then, OUT OF THE BLUE, turns me over to some other guy who I didnt request and didnt want to do the whole thing for me, really made me mad! I have found a new and Better place to go. Stay tuned..
