Nail dip. 2 days old and nail snapped in half all i did was open a bottle! Wanted to charge 5 dollars for polish and 20 for manicure on a 4 year old. I made apt. For 2 people and instead was 1 person bouncing between us. The acrylic fill paint job was gloppy and bumpy. Jagged edges. Shoddy work. The dips were weak and broke after 2 days. Went across the street and had acrylic nails fixed and 4yr olds nails pollished. Dont waste your time.

Diamond Nails was the first nail place I tried when I moved to the Fort Smith area December 2019. They’ve been the only place I go to since! They are always so nice & my nails always turn out just how I want them.

I spent $35 on nails that I didnt want and they only lasted a week. they hurt me so much i had to get them removed. my cousin, sister, and me went and they gave us funny looks they were sloppy and didnt listen. they have the worst communication ive ever seen. they were in a rush to get us out. they acted like we didnt have money and they didnt give any of us what we wanted. im so upset, my nails are horrible because of them. I have dents in my nails from the horrible acrylic job never will ever show up to that place again.

Honestly one of the worst nail experiences Ive had. One lady starts on my nails and then without even finishing she goes and starts on another ladys pedicure and leaves me for 30 MINUTES. First of all, not hygienic at all and we are in the middle of a pandemic. Second of all, if you are going to answer when I call and say that you have time for a shellac manicure, then you should live up to that. Otherwise just tell me to come at a later time. They were just bouncing around from customer to customer. One lady even said that she only wanted one person working on her nails and ended up getting up and leaving. Horrible experience.

Holly, Lizette, Tina, and, May do a lovely job. They have all services and I always feel rejuvenated when we leave. I take my daughter for pedis and gel manicure. Waxing , tips, dips all at a reasonable price and I absolutely recommend the wax and hot towel with the pedi because it will soothe your joints!

I went in with bad feet, I have diabetes, so that means swelled and cracked feet. I loved the massage but I have to say it made me feel a little uncomfortable thinking they were probably talking about me LOL they didn’t understand English or at least acted like they didn’tKorma and they kept talking between one another.

Had been looking for a good nail salon for years and was just never satisfied. Stopped into Diamond Nails on a Sunday afternoon about a year ago and I have never gone anywhere else! Literally the absolute BEST pedicures I have ever had!! The nail designs to choose from are amazing and I can honestly say I have never broken a nail using their dip nail product. Holly and her staff are so professional and friendly! All of my family members are now going and love it as well! I highly recommend Diamond Nails and they deserve this 5 star rating!!

I have never been more impressed with a nail salon than Diamond Nails. Always clean, professional, and always greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. Because they are so professional and have a great reputation, they can get backed up. I would suggest calling and making an appointment to avoid waiting. They are happy to make appointments to make your experience relaxing and enjoyable, especially if you have a busy schedule.

A great place to get pampered. I had a very relaxing pedicure massage.They have lots of dipping powder colors to choose from. My favorite place.

It took over 2 hours to eat a pedicure and still get my daughters is still not painted only one person can put nails on! Everyone very nice but didn’t have a clue on what they were doing so disappointing!We are leaving and not getting our nails done!

Always love the qualitity of work. Sometimes its busy but worth the wait. The ladies are just great! Also they have a large selection of colors, with more coming in, over 500 new colors.
