I dont usually write these kind of reviews, but I believe the following experience deserves recognition. My Husband and I had been shopping for a new vehicle for sometime and had settled on a new Lexus SUV. The sales person had spent several days of his time on the phone working a deal with my husband. When an agreement had been negotiated we made the hour and a half drive to the Lexus dealership arriving at 6:00pm. We both took a short, quick test drive. After becoming intoxicated by the new car smell and all the bells and whistles we bought the vehicle. Ashley, the very nice paperwork pusher lady spent the remainder of her night with us closing thee deal. On the long drive home, however my husband and I found ourselves discovering issues within the interior of the vehicle that did not meet our needs for one reason or another. We realized instead of excitement, we had been doing nothing but complaining about one thing after another. We decided we were just tired, as it was late, and would sleep on our decision. During the night we could not get over our buyers remorse and ultimately decided to try to return the vehicle back to the dealership the next day. When I arrived at the dealership our salesman was off for the day but the General manager immediately came out and addressed my problems. I was a little embarrassed and was prepared to receive a negative response to my request. But instead (my whole reason for writing this review) the General Manager treated me graciously and kindly. He listened and acknowledged the difficult predicament and wasted no time in getting my old car back to me and sending me on my way pleased and satisfied. It is because I this customer service that will keep me coming back in the future, unfortunately this particular vehicle just wasnt the right one for us at this time in our lives!

Very nice and professional people. Told me that they believed in fair price and long term client. I believe in that philosophy as well. So I bought a new Lexus from them and traded in my old Lexus. The trade-in price was $16000 and they are now selling my old one for over $24000 two days later. Meanwhile friend of mine recently sold a car to Ft. Myers Toyota for $14000, and they are reselling it for $16300.Update: Thanks for the response from Scanlon and its updated price. Again they are professional people. However it is somewhat unfortunate that a little over one year old, 4 Michelin tires from Costco have to be replaced. I replaced the old tires at 52000 miles and now the car has 58600 miles (the tires are only 6600 miles old). Even the Appraiser commented on the good condition of the tires.

Just leased a brand new IS350 less than a week ago and I couldnt be happier with it or my experience during the sales process. I had previously contacted salesman Wagner Brenes about the vehicle I wanted and he made the process extremely seamless. He got me a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on the new car. All I had to do was switch my insurance over and sign the papers. He was very professional and informative as were the financier and technology specialist.

The dealership is clean, bright and safety conscious. I was leasing my second Lexus RX 350. Mark Lee, my salesperson knew everything about the car, specifically the changes made between 2017 and 2021. He made every effort to answer all my questions and if he didnt have the answer, he got the answer. I never got farmed off on someone else. He also understood that even people who can buy a Lexus dont think money grows on trees. We worked out a deal with no theatrics, no threats that this is the only car left, etc. Also, I only dealt with Mark. He went to his manager for pricing approvals without involving me. I flew out from Texas when I saw that there was a special car for sale here. My sales person, Jonathan Aviles, was the most attentive person I have dealt with. I just wanted to say this is the most ethical honest dealership that Ive dealt with... From the get-go Mr Popp was very honest and upfront about the process of buying the car... The F&I specialist Susann Nogales also!!!!I recently went to Plattners automotive in Lehigh acres and I was not impressed. Theyre trash. because the car prices they advertised online for a 2012 prius was fake and it was false advertising. It was a bait and switch. When I got to the lot in Lehigh for Plattners they wanted plus $4,000 and they called it on the lot deal .This time around for me, there was none of that with scanlon Lexus. Very happy and pleased and impressed.I will definitely keep them in mind for a car again at the top of my list.....

Heather Cotorakas is my go-to person and I cannot express how helpful she is throughout the entire process from helping me pick my car to literally calling my insurance and getting me switched over to every other aspect when getting a new car. I never feel like anyone at Scanlon is pressuring me or just telling me what I want to hear so they can get a sale. They are the real deal and show it. You can just tell everyone that works there genuinely loves their job which is refreshing and nice to see. 10/10!

I leased my 2021 ES350 here on Dec 23, 2020 and the whole experience was outstanding!!Three days before I had called the dealership and spoke with Mike Parkinson who became our Sales Consultant. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable and just a great guy to deal with .... no pressure at all from him and I always felt that this transactions was about my needs and not about the needs of Lexus. Then we dealt with Mike Lawson (Business Manager) who was also very professional and honest ... direct to the point and no BS , very thorough, educational and fun explanation of the whole leasing process.I can truly say this was my best experience ever with a Lexus dealership... (and Ive dealt with four in Miami, FL where I live). I just met these folks at Scanlon Lexus but I highly recommend them!!

More than just an oil change!I always have my car serviced by the amazing staff at Scanlon Lexus! Even though my car is an older model, I still do not trust it to anyone else. Mr Conway is the best service consultant. He is always personable and honest. I complete trust him. He always remembers us and asks us about our lives and makes sure that we are completely taken care of. He even ran into the car wash to find my Christmas magnets that had accidently been washed off the back of my car. Having repair or service work is never a joy, but going to Scanlon service department always is!

We have purchased in the past and the experience was okay. Two years later we went back in and ‘oh my what a difference’. Brought my RX-350 in for the 40,000 mile service at Scanlon and had one additional item to be addressed. I was greeted by the Service associate right at my appointment time and he explained all items that would be addressed. No waiting to get waited on. He went above and beyond to get the additional item that I mention, repaired which had just gone out of warranty. He kept me abreast of the work that was being performed throughout the service period. I felt reassured that I would most likely buy another Lexus.
