Our experience at Val Ward Cadillac was second to none! We found the vehicle we wanted online and set an appointment to view it. Justin was our sales person and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all of the features the vehicle had. A great person to work with! We looked at it, drove it and negotiated price with him in 1.5 hours! They needed to detail the car and get it ready for us to pick up the next day which we did and the entire process of going through the finance department (which we had already been preapproved from our credit union) and driving away in our new car was about an hour. We have bought numerous cars over the years and this purchase experience was the quickest and easiest we’ve ever had! We highly recommend Val Ward Cadillac!

I’ve been to Val Ward numerous times with cars that I did not buy from them and yet they showed the utmost respect. You CANNOT beat their customer service skills! Everyone always looks beyond happy to help and answer questions. As a female I did not understand what each part of my car was and why I needed it fixed and their body shop employees sat down and took their time to explain to me what needed to be fixed and why. Their prices match their service. I recommend Val Ward Cadillac to everyone!

Driving down to Ft. Myers Beach from New York there was a humming sound coming from the front of my 2014 SRX. Being we were only going to be here 1 week I needed to have it checked ASAP. Monday morning I called Val Ward and spoke to Dave explaining my situation. He gave me an appointment @ 1:45, they diagnosed and fixed the problem and I was out of there by 3:30. I definitely recommend them for the excellent customer service and quick action.

By far the best dealer experience I (we) have ever had. Wanted something nice to tow behind our Motor home and my wife was tired of driving our big GMC 2500 HD which we had been towing so I said lets buy a nice used Cadillac SRX. Did an Internet search for SRXs near us and saw one in Ft Myers, submitted the online inquiry and within hours Jeff Miller contacted us letting us know what was available and to come take a look, so we did, with no intentions of driving away 3 hours later with the car but thats what happened! There were two SRXs that fit the bill and we left with the one that looked like it just came off the showroom floor with 28k miles and in perfect condition. It was priced so well there was no reason to dicker about the price and Jeff spent a good hour showing Gayle how everything worked. He called the ins company for us, had the car added and 60 minutes later we drove off the lot with a plate. It was made clear that the used car price was as is as seen ... no warranty once we drove away and we opted to pass on the extended warranty due to the very low miles and obvious care that had been taken with this vehicle. When we got home near dusk, I noticed the low beam lights were dim and it was quite difficult to see at night. I did some research and saw that GM had a problem with these projector lights so I was getting ready to buy new ones but figured Id call Jeff first. I explained the problem and he said let me order new lights and schedule an appointment to come in and get them installed, NO CHARGE. What they installed was actually an upgrade over the originals. We were thrilled and could not be happier with Jeff Miller/Val Ward and all the attention that they gave us. By the way ... as we sat in their beautiful customer waiting area with elaborate coffee machines and snacks etc, we heard all the same stories from the other happy customers waiting comfortably for service ... we were even offered a loaner if we wanted to go tool around town! They have earned a new life long customer!

We never expected to be treated like we were ! We took our Escalade in for service and a shake in the ride. Instead of waiting they put us in a loaner car on top of that they offered to bring us our car to where we’re staying so we wouldn’t have to drive back! On top of that they washed and vacuumed! We wanted to especially thank Jane in service and the nice gulf cart driver! We feel like we purchased a Cadillac from this dealership and they were treating us like we did! You can bet when we live here in the winters as snow birds we will be buying from Val ward !

I Just went through a very bad experience in the service department. Be very careful. Make sure you have a detailed quote in writing (unfortunately mine was over the phone and they did not tell me about all the add-on costs the dealer charge, including an electronic & Admin Fee and a parts freight charge to name two. ) Do not wait for your car to be serviced even if they tell you it will not take long. The service department is overworked so customer service suffers. Dont believe in Customer Service Satisfaction Guarantee, they have zero interest in my satisfaction, just my money. This is the 1st time and my last time I step foot at this dealer.

Putting premiums over msrp on vehicles due to shortages is not good business. They advertise at one price then change it when you call in. Tried to purchase a 2021 escalade and the salesman related a 7500 premium over msrp because no one has them. He then became very rude. Obviously not your home town dealership where the price is the price. The response is passive aggressive. What a joke.

Craig was wonderful getting my car brought up to date. He also put an order in for my new head lamp units so that it was documented within the 90 period requested in the letter from GM for the recall. I was given a beautiful loaner to use while my car was being serviced and detailed.My only complaint is that the manufacturer/dealership did not offer to repair my sun roof which they completely replaced with certified gm parts just over 2 years ago. Craig said he did contact GM and they werent willing to work with me at all on it. It is now broken again and has barely been used. The new parts installed should have lasted the cars lifetime. Either the parts were bad or the installation was done wrong for this to be happening again. I cant fathom this would not be resolved by the dealership and am disappointed. I bought a Cadillac for Cadillac/GM quality parts, service and this issue makes me feel like I bought a Toyota. Not quality resolution or customer service!

Recently moved to the Cape Coral/ Fort Myers area, I was very happy to find this dealership to service my corvette. Especially dealing with Dave McKinney, he kept me informed, spoke to the warranty people multiple times for me and made sure my car was fixed correctly. What’s great about him was that he listen and remember the things I wanted to be addressed. He literally was a text away and he would answer any concerns I had. I live in Cape Coral and I would keep on driving to Fort Myers because they have gained my trust. I was even able to speak to the mechanic (unfortunately I did not get his name) and he too was great at answering my questions. I would definitely be going back when my Cadillac needs service too. Update! Sunroof still leaking, rear spare tire compartment full of water and rust, hatchback electric components wet and no longer working. 300,000 of these vehicles with leaking issues and still Cadillac wants thousands to repair issues due to leaks. 2012 SRX, sinking quick.

Both times got a loaner that I asked for which were brand new by the way and very clean. My car was washed and detailed as well. When I got my car back I couldnt of been prouder of her. Everything was great from the sales man Ryan up until I had the ship my Escalade to New Hampshire.I was told it would be 4-5 days and finally10 days later I received the truck to having it not 100% the way I bought it.The battery light was on and the tire pressure light was also on in which I had to replace the tire sensor and a new battery.Also when it got to my house the radio has no volume unless you put the truck in reverse I know sounds crazy but it was all working when I test drove it and bought it.What happened from the time I bought it and they shipped it I don’t know.I was told by the dealer it is my problem because I did not buy the warranty.Great customer service that is..hahahah what a joke for a Cadillac Dealer.

By far one of the best experiences at a dealership Ive ever had. Jeff Miller was amazing and gave me his personal cell number. I bothered him quite often about a used Escalade. Being that I live 2 hours away I didnt want to waste time. He was able to get me where I wanted to be payment wise and financing. Got there the truck was gassed up and ready to test drive. Bought the truck and the entire process took about an hour. Sent me home with a bag full of goodies, hats keychains, pens, etc... Recently ordered a 2020 XT4. Everything was built as I requested & I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle! My salesman, Bill Griffith knew all the answers to my questions about options, etc & wasn’t at all pushy. He also got me a terrific deal! Lisa in the business office was also very knowledgeable & didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t want. When I brought the vehicle back for a paint & interior treatment I was lucky to have Jane as my service consultant who made sure I was in & out quickly when I dropped it off & was given a loaner, kept me aware of what was going on & got me back in my vehicle ASAP. Actually the whole service dept was great from the gal who met me & took over my car to the loaner person, & to the young man who put my license plate on for me! My vehicles brakes went out while I was traveling for work in Fort Myers. I had never been to Val Ward Cadillac before and was a bit skeptical about working with a new advisor etc. However, I must say that Douglas at Val Ward Cadillac exceeded all of my expectations. He was courteous, reliable, communicative and extremely knowledgeable. He ensured we immediately got a rental car that was large enough to hold a baby seat and asked that I be given an exemption from the dealerships ordinary rule about not leaving the tri-county area so that I could travel back home after my work-trip ended. I am very impressed with his dedication and thoughtfulness. And, to top it off, while the brake issue was being corrected, Douglas was also able to resolve an ongoing cabin noise issue that I had been facing for months (which my normal dealership was unable to recreate) as well as a problem with the infotainment screen. Going forward, I am going to make an effort to have my car serviced while on work trips in Fort Myers with Douglas simply because the service experience was excellent. Thank you to Douglas and the Val Ward team. They did a great job and I appreciate them taking care of us while we were in a tough situation. Without a doubt the best service Ive had at a Cadillac dealership.

My Service Advisor Dave was nice but I think I couldve had better Service. After obtaining my cars information on the dash Dave told me my oil change and tire rotation would be $60. I told him that I have a maintenance agreement and he said Oh, let me look at it, which I think shouldve been done prior to quoting me a fee. I live in Michigan and drove over 1300 miles to Lehigh Acres, Florida a couple of weeks ago and wanted to get an oil change and tire rotation since I had put those miles on my vehicle. My last oil change was on March 18th. My regular dealership, Suburban Cadillac in Plymouth, MI must spoil me when I come in because not only do they wash my car they also wipe down the dash and console. Val Ward, however did not do that. The Val Ward dealership is a bit dated but the people were nice I just did not feel like I was at a Cadillac dealership. Dave told me that my oil was at 70% and that I didnt need an oil change but I thought they would at least top off my oil seeing that I was going to be driving back to Michigan. My paperwork shows no oil change or tire rotation stating all services are up to date. They did correct the PSI in my tires though. When I got to my car it didnt look like it had been washed so when I left I stopped at a car wash and paid $20. Upon leaving the car wash I checked my oil level and it shows 73%. Again, I think that all the fluids in my car shouldve been topped off including my engine oil since Ill be driving another 1300 miles soon to go back home. The reason I love Cadillac is because of the top-knotch service and maintenance agreement but today Im not so sure I received that.
