Great auto shop! They got my car in the same day and had the 22s I needed in stock which has been an issue at other places with having to order them. The staff are friendly and do their best to get your car back to you in a timely manner.

I have gone to this place for a long time--even though the work is not alway done on time (some things do come up), this place has always been my bread and butter car shop. And with that being said, I think they are also good at going the extra mile as needed.

This place is great! I came in to replace both rear tires, but after I had the employee take a look, he was truthful in telling me I only needed to replace the one that is damaged. I REALLY appreciate this given I’m a female and most men working in service try to upsell me on things I don’t need. Will was very polite, honest, and patient with me. Let me start by saying I have been going to Johnny Myers since 2012. I never had any bad experience. Every service I had, I was 100% satisfied, even a simple oil change. Will and Joe are usually at the front desk and they welcome and treat with respect. They make you feel welcome, important, and most of all, take care of your car. I would recommend this to everybody. It’s a family business so you’ll be treated with great respect and you’ll probably not find any better rates. I get all my car service done with them. It’s very easy to get a service scheduled and best of all, they have late/after-hour drop-off.I am a very HAPPY customer. A+

Had a real positive experience with Johnny Myers. Purchased new tires for my pick up truck. They were up front no games good pricing and customer service was great.

Was quick to get to working on my car with no appointment. However thought it was unprofessional to charge me 40$+ to remove my rims center caps with out confirming it with me considering i had been there the whole time less than 5 feet from the door. So to sum it up good service minus hidden charges. Wont return due to the lack of communication and expecting me to pay the charge with out talking it over first.

I was treated very fairly and professionally. I came in thinking I needed a new tire and they gave me several options to choose from. But before I purchased the tire they checked my tire to see if it could be repaired. I was in a bit of a hurry and did not want to rush them but they got done in about a half an hour and were able to repair my tire for roughly $31. I was surprised and satisfied.

They are currently installing 2 tires on my truck, but its not the product Im reviewing, its the customer service.Since the moment I walked in these guys have been helpful and super friendly. I personally dealt with Will.I couldnt afford to buy new tires so Will suggested some used ones they had in the store, and even brought one up front to show me the tire, and I didnt feel they were treating me any differently or feel less than because I was buying used..they also loaned me $.75 out of the register so I could by a coke while I waited (all my money is in my truck and they are working on it) 😎They are super friendly and very reasonably priced. Ill be back if I need other services. Thanks again and thank you Will for the service.

We came back to Florida from New York and found out we needed to buy 4 new tires. I went on line to make a decision about where to purchase and decided from the reviews that Johnny Myers was the best choice. We were not disappointed. Joe was so friendly & welcoming to us. Johnny Myers is a stand up place, that values their customers. Its tough to find a mechanic shop that will shoot you straight, and not try to take advantage of you. Johnny and his son Will, are some good olboys that will shoot you straight, charge appropriately, and put you the customer, 1st.

Overall a good experience using Johnny Myers for a used tire. Unfortunately I was misinformed on there being a matching pair when they were slightly different sizes. The waiting room is very comfortable. Wait time was a little long but they do seem quite busy. Price was reasonable for a tire with good tread. I have to reason to not recommend this location for your tire needs.

We wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else. About two years ago, they did a temporary fix to my car’s A/C to save me money. Said it might last a day or a year, but that when it stopped cooling again, it would need a new compressor. Well, two full years later, if needed that compressor. They installed it the same day I took it to them and it’s cooling like a champ! They’re the best!

I have been going to Johnny Myers for many years for the simple reason that they are the best at what they do. With my Miata I asked for a certain brand of tire and they explained clearly why that wasnt the best choice. With my Mazda 3 they found problems that the dealer said were not there, in this case a nail in the tire that the dealer couldnt see but they did. I just got back from getting two new tires and everybody was friendly and helpful. It is nice to have a tire place I can trust.

I have low profile rims with wide tires on my car which are very difficult to find or takes a few days to ship (265/30/22). I called every shop in Estero, Fort Myers, Lehigh, & Cape that was listed on Google and everyone would have to order & my tire was going flat every hour. I called Johnny Myers which is 3 miles from my house and they were able to have it ready in 6 hours. From the first phone call with Will, I knew they were going to take care of me. I called back that afternoon to make sure the tire was ready and it was. Rolled in and was out within an hour with the most friendly environment and staff. I will always recommend this shop and will always be a customer.

Went here to fix a leak in my vehicle. It was over heating. Saw good reviews that said they were fair. So decided to give them a shot. It’s turn out I needed a water outlet replaced for my 2012 Mazda 6i. Had a leak. The total price turned out to be a $425.95. I was shocked. They charge $100 an hour for labor. Charged me 2hr that $200. I make $9 /hr. The water outlet was $154.95. Found it on rock auto for under $30. It was 28 and some change. They charged pretty fair on the hose clamps $2.50. They charge me 2 of those of course. Rock auto had them for 1.24. They charge $20 for coolant. Didn’t know I need some I could of picked some up from Walmart for like 8 bucks. And of course they charged me 2 Bottles of those so $40. I feel like I was swindled because I was female and I really don’t know much about car. I left the place feeling horrible but what could I do they already did the work. I desperately needed my car. I finally got a job after a year of not working and didn’t need them to think I was unreliable. I definitely would not go back here nor recommend this place not for those prices. The look on the guys face who rung me up said everything. He had the look of pity for me. Like he knew it was dishonest and that they were overpricing. Sat on a week weather or not to write this review but I thought what if so one else read these reviews and did the same thing I did. The only good things were one I had my car back and two service was fast and friendly and three they waive the diagnostic fee. I shutter to think what the price of that would have been!!!! honestly is it just me or do you think they charged me fair price?

I mistakenly purchased the incorrect tires for my RV the day before Thanksgiving and even though he was slammed with other customers he managed to squeeze me in. In todays world its very hard to find a good, honest and respectful Mechanic. Seems like most businesses are dishonest and just want to make a quick buck.I took my truck in for a oil change and told them that I was worried about my breaks due to a loud screeching noise when I pressed the brakes.They were a little backed up with work so it was going to take a an hour or two to get to my truck and get it completed. I really didnt care since it was my day off from work and theirs a Starbucks close by to grab some coffee and wait.When I came back to pick it up a gentleman by the name Will B. was at the front desk said my breaks were perfectly ok and that their was nothing to worry about. He said if I didnt need them he wasnt going to charge me for them. They even Rotated my tires at no extra charge...WOW phenomenal Customer Service. That first time visit was great. Johnny Myers is the only Mechanic I trust now.

Had Michelen tires put on my BMW by this company 2 years ago...asked if they would rotate them for no cost. They did so and found a metal screw in the tread of one of the tires and repaired for very small cost. These folks actually do care about customers....highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Johnny Myers for over a year now. They have worked on both my vehicles. My wifes Volvo and and my truck. The first thing that you should no about them is that they explain the cost in detail and do what they say. Let me start off with the Volvo. I found out that I needed new tire for the passenger side. I was looking for a particular brand and I saw that Johnny Myers did sell them. It was about 2 minutes to closing. Will the front desk guy., went above and beyond the call of duty. He went personally to find the tire and have it put on. Customer service is real there. There rates are about 25% lower than most, but the quality and professionalism cannot be out matched. It hard to find a good mechanic and I will not be switching.

I was visiting my daughter in Ft Myers this week and when I was ready to head back to Orlando the drivers side rear tire was completely flat with a screw in it. After checking several tire stores I picked Johnny Myers because they had the best reviews on Yelp. Just before they closed they were able to repair the tire quickly in matter of 10 minutes and put my donut back in its original spot. Very fast, very fair price, and they didnt try to sell me new tires or added repairs. Will was very professional. Yes, it was a simple repair but I was impressed by how quickly they reacted and they didnt overcharge or take advantage of the fact that I was stranded. Definitely recommend these guys.

I checked a couple other places but felt customer care here was straight forward and had good experience. Good quality work put new control arms ball joints and shocks on my truck. Price was fair and they did awesome job with ACE mechanics.

They just replaced my rear brakes, rotors didnt need turned, fluid didnt need replaced, they performed my brake service, installed ceramic brake pads and with tax under $150.00. I am visiting from Canada and discover a large screw in my tire! Not knowing anywhere reputable here in Fort Myers and a very long way from a Canadian Tire, I googled tire shops. Then read all the reviews and came up with Johnny Myers as my best bet. Hoping all reviews were honest and not just friends and family of this establishment I went there today for help with my tire. If I could give them 10 stars I would, the shop is clean, not smelly comfortably cool for the heat, washrooms that are clean, TV and every People magazine as of late plus loads of other magazines to look through. The young lad that served me as I walked in was profesional and pleasant and took my keys right away and assured me the tire will be taken care of. I waited my turn and about 30 minutes later my car was ready. I was not charged for the service and was assured it was safe to drive all the way back to Canada with no worries? He said I was lucky it did not puncture the tire and since they didnt need to fill it there was no charge, he did a pressure check for leaks and all was safe. Thank you guys for the stand up service, I have just added your comany name to the contacts list where I am staying so my brother in law knows to come to you guys when he gets back for any service issue he might need in the future!
