I needed an oil change and the fluids checked on a car I just bought. My friend Eric Stone was able to get me in an hour before they closed. Everyone there was very friendly and did a great job. They changed my oil, topped off my transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant. They also did an overall inspection. All for around 60 dollars. Highly recommended!

Tried out Chilled Auto Air because I was having AC issues and after a quick Google search, this business came up, close to my home with fantastic reviews to boot. I’m always a bit apprehensive when it comes to servicing my car but these guys did not disappoint. They checked out my car, found a nail in my tire that I didn’t know about (that’s why I kept losing air slowly 😆) and addressed my AC issue, all within a day’s worth of work and without breaking my bank. These guys truly live up to their reviews. Honest, friendly and Nick seems so knowledgeable about auto mechanics! We called and set up an appointment. We got looked at right away. The AC wasnt working correctly. They fixed it and then actually told us because it was such an easy fix we didnt owe them any money... Just give the technician a small tip if we wanted. They also said feel free to stop back by in a couple of days just to double check the system again. I feel like they have known us since high school… but this was the 1st time weve ever been there. Dan the CO owner took care of us. He is a wonderful gentleman with a HUGE heart. If you can support a small business owner like this it would be in everybodys best interests. 2 thumbs up thank you for taking care of us. Definitely a win win.

Always reluctant to try an auto motive repair shop that I have no personal experience with but I noticed they have excellent reviews. We have an old Mercedes coupe and the air conditioner crapped out. I was extremely impressed with the quality and timeliness of their work. Very professional and friendly to deal with. I would recommend them highly without any hesitation. I think they even washed my car and cleaned the tires. The owner speaks excellent English. Left me with a sense I was dealing with honest and fair people.

But, this is probably one of the best businesses that Ive encountered here in Fort Myers, and really wanted to share my experience.Ive had a few repairs, and some accessory installations made on two different vehicles at Chilled Auto. I think mechanics are often mistrusted. And, the wrong one can lead to thousands of dollars in unneeded repairs. But, the service at Chilled Auto has been remarkable. I have never felt forced into spending a lot of money. And, in fact, if anything they have gone out of their way to save me money.Nick seems to really take pride in his business. He has made a huge effort to keep his existing customers coming back. And, I for sure would never consider going anywhere else!

They know what theyre doing here. Explained why one type of tire plug is better than the other, saw what needed replacing. Transparent, reasonably priced.

We are visiting the area from Atlanta for several weeks on a limited budget as we are 65 & 69 years old. The A/C became less-and-less-cool after arriving Ft. Myers. I found several shops and read all the reviews. Chilled Auto stood out because of the many mentions of honesty. and secondly, reasonable pricing. Get this...Nick, the owner, and his technicians had to spend triple-the-hours-in-labor to put the A/C System in perfect operating order. AND, not only was the total price HALF of what such a job would normally cost, BUT, our invoice was actually $60.00 less than the quote!!! We are scouting the area for a possible relocation. Whether visiting again or a permanent move, I will use Chilled Auto for each and every vehicle maintenance and repair visit needed, hands down. Nick and his Team at Chilled Auto gets it. First time customer here. These guys are great. Very professional, honest and experienced. Was treated like a long time customer even though I was never at their shop before. They saved me a lot of money by being honest, I went in thinking my AC clutch was bad, they could have easily said the AC compressor needed to be replaced, but it turned out to be the cooling fan assembly, saved me a lot of time and money. Even though they were extremely busy, they got the parts and had the car back to me the same day. Not only did they do the repair correctly and professionally, I had a factory mud flap that was falling off (broken screws that hold it on sheared off) I realized they took it upon themselves to repair that also at no charge. They are curtious and if you call there and they seem a bit hurried on the phone, they are not being rude just really busy. I wouldnt hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to them. These guys really are good, unlike these chain auto repair shops these guys are experienced and never once tried to sell you service you dont need or parts that you dont need. I havent see this kind of service from an auto repair shop in the 15 years that I have been living here. Thank you guys for a job well done. Would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at fair prices and friendly and professional treatment.

Nick is awesome and will give you an honest opinion and honest options on any needed repairs. The work they do is excellent and thorough. I have used Nick at Chilled Air for maintenance and repairs. I have now have recommended him to my friends and family who are also using him.

Nick is the owner and interacted with us, explaining what repairs are required for our smart car but did not push us at any time. We are full time RVers and needed to move on by a certain date and he committed to hv our car by a certain date and he did. That tells me he knows his biz well that he will get the parts on time from his supplier to get the job done. He told us that he has some mechanics who have worked for him for many years n know the trade. He committed to us the date of completion n he did. A huge plus for us!! He even took pics of the work he did. And best of all, his price for the amt of work he had done was incredible. We did our homework n had asked for quotes at 4-5 shops n no one is close to what he charged. Overall a great experience at Chilled. If I live in Ft Myers, they will be the people I want to take my vehicles to. I highly recommend Chilled.

So Happy to have found my new car guy! First of all I was impressed that he responded to each and every review on this site. Not just with a thank you but with a personal response to each one. Next I was impressed because after only one phone call with Nick, when I went in for the appointment, he remembered me without having to look me up in the computer. My last car place I had been to at least 15 times and every time I called and gave my name, they asked me to spell my name and hold on while they looked me up in their computer. The prices at Chilled Auto & Air are significantly lower and to have no cost for the 60 thousand mile service check compared to other places being over $200. Was nice to hear. Thank you Nick, this is where I will bring my car from now on.

First time customer, called for a quote and was surprised by how down to earth and friendly of a response I got, I’m sure we all have story’s about how calling places you get someone who was forced to go to work and forced to answer your questions even if they sound really silly, but Nick was awesome over the phone and even cooler in person! If you have an air issue, take it to these guys! My Honda Accord had an air issue, and Honda had it for weeks and I spent over a thousand dollars and the issue was never fixed. These guys had it for one week and figured out the issue, and gave us updates every day they had the car. So friendly and care about their customers! Take your car here, you will not regret it.

Always fair pricing, always upfront, always honest. Sometimes it might not be what you want to hear, but its what it needs. I havent been steered wrong yet, and Ive had some real puzzles that dealership service center techs couldnt get right. Nick and his shop are a diamond in the rough.

My AC went out in my minivan and I left a voicemail before they opened and stated that I could come in around 9 a.m. Nick called me back right after they opened and told me to come on in at the time. No B.S. here period. They provided professional-quality service at a legitimately fair and honest price. The people here are wonderful, down to earth, and reasonable. I brought my Audi here and they completed the service in under an hour for less than half what I was quoted at other reputable places around town. Most importantly, I had a good feeling the entire time I was there, I didnt get that usual am I being taken advantage of feeling that I get at other auto shops.

I want to repeat what all the excellent reviews have said about Nick, his mechanics, and the overall experience at Chilled Auto. I unfortunately have needed many repairs over at least 8 visits during the last 2 years with my cherished but finicky 1996 BMW. No matter the issue Nick provided the expertise needed at great rates to get the job done when no one else could. Nick even humors me when I bring him my typed up list of crazy (and possibly imagined sounds) to figure out. It never fails....I get my car back in a day finely tuned. I know this car will stay in the family for years to come when frankly I almost gave up on her. Nick has now inherited all our other cars and has customers for life. This is how a business should run. I just hope he doesnt get too busy once the secret is out.

Did a great job! had to take the entire dash out of my Camaro and remove the windshield to get to the Evap core. Gave me different part options, and didnt juke me on list pricing.
