I always get great service here, but yesterday was exceptional. The manager from the Pompano Beach store was filling in over the 4th of July weekend and went out of his way to fix my pool cleaner warranty issue. I really appreciated the extra effort.

Helpful and friendly staff. Bring in water sample from your pool and they will test it and provide a printout with detailed explanation of products needed and how to apply.

Leslies is great. Always super helpful and good selection. The free water testing and chemical recommendation makes caring for your pool yourself easy and less expensive than a pool service.

They are very helpful when we go there and understanding when we tell them we want to do it cheap as possible, cause hiring pool people is expensive. Friendly people and they give you a print out of the results of the water test so it helps give you a better idea of understanding...

Over the years,the Manager ,Sandi,has been more than helpful. She is textbook perfect at customer service. She is very knowledgeable and better yet,knows how to share that knowledge.

Although the staff at store 509 talk the talk the 3 times we visited the location we were very disappointed. We had our first water test performed by salesperson Geo (#48093) on 12/1 who pulled up our prior customer purchases and asked us basic questions about the pool. He completed the test that included a printout of recommendations. Geo was not comfortable discussing the results and advised to come back when there is a manager in the store. We did purchase alkaline up that he suggested we buy. On 12/3 our pool water turned very cloudy and became aware that the pool chlorinator was not working. We went to the store and worked with Joe (#50814). He could not locate any prior purchases or water tests in the records. He blamed this on his co-worker Geo who he said had beed working there longer than he and still doesnt know what he is doing. He performed a test and was made aware that our chlorinator was not working. He advised to purchase conditioner $36.99; Hardness Plus 25# $49.99; and alkaline up 10# @ $26.99. We asked should the supplies not be needed once the chlorinator is repaired could we return them? He agreed we could. Today 12/11 I returned to the location with these supplies and set them on the floor. He asked whats going on with this? I replied that chemicals could not be returned. I was outraged and told him he is a liar . He had the nerve to pick up a sign and put it in my face and pointed out the fine print about no chemical returns.Is obvious that these employees are not properly trained and lack supervision. No need to be treat a customer so poorly and rip them off.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WALKED IN WITH MY LOVELY SISTER AT LESLIES AND WE WAS LITERALLY IGNORED. WE WAS THERE FOR 6 MINUTES AND NO ONE CAME TO APPROACH US TO ASSIST US TO SEE IF WE NEEDED HELP. DISGUSTING !!!!! NEVER WILL WE COME BACK THERE AGAIN!!!! YOU GUYS NEED HELP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE !! WELL, OFF TO DICK SPORTING GOODS !!!!

Waited one hour and 5 minutes for store to open yesterday morning Feb. 25. Store was suppose to open at 10 am, I gave up and left at 11:05 am, still not opened. No excuse for this. They just lost my business.
