The endings are very bad, very little delicate I did not like his work

I walked into the establishment July 3rd, 2021 at 3:30pm sharp (mind you they close for 8pm today) I needed a simple nail put on & a pedicure. I was told that everyone was booked until the end of the day AFTER they asked me what services would I like to receive. I’ve lived in a neighborhood near the plaza for 5 years but it ironically seems like every time I make a attempt to give them business, it’s always an excuse of why they “can not service me”.

I have been coming to Nail Port for over a year and I always have a good experience. Staff wearing masks at all times, place is super clean and my nails look so pretty. Great costumer services. I will back again.

I would not recommend this nail place, reason being...When you are sitting there getting your nails done the nail techs are always distracted by multiple different things while they are doing your nails. They answer the phone while doing your nails, they check other customers out which they need stop attending to you and check that other client out, they greet people at the door and talk to them which they also stop attending to you.. and multiple other distractions are happening which causes them to do a poor job. I had my nails done not even 2 weeks ago and I did dip, most of my nails are lifting, and they are all uneven. I have to go back there for them to fix the lifting nails. I am not satisfied at all. I will not go back

One of the best manicures I have ever had! I found this gem because I had a layover here and I don’t regret going. Love it!

They couldn’t do any designs and the nail shape i asked for wasn’t dona right at all and the color was wrong. plus when i tried to get it fixed they couldn’t reshape it because if they tried to the nail would’ve came off because it was put on the cuticle. other than that the employees were as nice as can be and the pedicure was okay.

If you want perfect nails Liam is the best!

Just want to say I’ve been doing my nails here for years and am very happy with the service. My daughter gets her nails done by Andy and I usually have Julie, Cindy or Snow. All are wonderful and do a great job.

Got a manicure and pedicure for me and my daughter before our cruise. The staff was friendly and did a great job.

Friendly but not the best for nails

I have been going to this place for years. Over the last 5 years, they have deteriorated so much as an establishment. The last time I went in, I scheduled an appointment, was told I had to wait which I was perfectly fine with. The man comes up to me 20 minutes later and sits me down to begin my nails when 5 min in, he tells me “oh never mind, I have someone else to take care of.” Waited some more, ended up with a younger man (super friendly and kind, just terrible with nails) who took 2 and a half hours for a dip with tip. Did I get the shape I asked for? No, even when I asked them to fix it. I had asked for 3 small diamonds on one nail and he looked stunned as if no one had ever asked, and scrambled to figure out how to do them. Finally, once everything is done, I pay, leave, and go to the grocery store only to have the entire dip and tip application come clean off my nails while putting groceries away. I called to complain and was told there was nothing they could do because I had already left the store. Lost my business for good, and my mothers.

Such great quality for the money. Extra careful extra luxurious. Nailport is my favorite experience in Fort lauderdale for pedicures and facials! Thank you!

Not a great pedicure. Cut my nails on a strange angle and did not even polish my nails entirely...weird.

This is the best nail salon ever!!! I have been going to the Nail Port for many years (at least 15 yrs.) I have many nail salons where I live but they are not as good as the Nail Port on 17th Street Causway. I drive 10 miles one way to have my mani-pedi. Thank you Nail Port, you are the best.

I called to make an appointment with Snow, who does my nails. Upon arrival I said who I have scheduled with and the time I’m scheduled for. The guy(manager/front desk receptionist) told me to sit and wait, and I waited for 15 min( which never happens) . The lady comes to tell me to sit on the chair to do my nails with a mask on and looking down avoiding eye contact. This is not the lady I scheduled with. So, I go back to the front to confront the manager about the obvious con they were trying to pull on me. He didn’t apologize and tried to look busy. Not going back.

Liam is the best! I am extremely picky with my nails. I have been getting shellac since 2010. I am very detail oriented and obsessed with cnd nail polish. I hate when it is done poorly. I really like the job that Liam does. He works very detailed and delivers in the best way when you want in a specific way.

Liam and Snow do such a good job consistently.

I’m a regular, I try to go every three weeks for dipping manicure and regular pedicure. It’s clean, professional and friendly. David was my technician and he was amazing but he hasn’t been available. I have now been going to Win who is also amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I went to this nail place on Saturday, I made an appointment with Snow because My friend told me that she did a great job, but instead of Snow doing my nails, someone named Daniel did it, so instead Of him telling me that Snow was busy he decided to do my pedicure, I thought maybe snow was going to do my hands but she never came, when I asked him about my appointment with snow he informed me that he thinks snow was busy. He took 2 hours and a half for a pedicure and dip, I was there at 1:30 till 4:00. So next time if snow is busy it would be nice if you could inform the customers instead of taking it upon your self and just doing their nails! I’m never coming back!

Very clean atmosphere and very pleasant and most of all they do excellent work. I have been going there about 7 years. I would recommend this place for sure.

If you want acrylic nails ask for Courtney! She is the best!!! I have been looking for an acrylic place that is good for so many times and believe me when I say that Courtney is by far the best. Also everyone was nice and friendly.

This is my third visit and at all my visits they have been very nice and attentive. I love the attention to detail they give to my nails and pedicure. I have definitely found my new home for my nails. Snow does an amazing job and her message on your legs and feet will not disappoint.

Nailport is GREAT!! Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel right at home. I cannot say enough about my manicurist Tony my friend and I share him we show up every three weeks and he does our nails for 2 hours and he does an amazing job!!!

Wow wow wow, if youre looking for a new nail place in this area I would highly recommend Nail Port. Ive always considered myself a nail salon floater never sticking to one nail place very long but this place has changed my mind. My pedicure and gel manicure are perfect and my nail tech was so kind and polite. Great place and very very clean I would highly recommend.

Got a full leg and arm wax. Snow was very fast and caring to do a good job without too much pain. She was excellent, but the salon itself and especially the waxing room, is a little down market. It could use some maintenance and a better service table. Hence, the 3 stars.

Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing getaway. At this salon, all associates who were not working were watching TV on their ipads with sound on and lounging around and/or standing behind my manicure chair making noise and watching the basketball game. It was an extremely unpleasant atmosphere.

Ohhhhh I stopped in here to get my eye brows waxed. Ok so you sit in a pedicure chair was the first red flag 🚩 I figured well I’m here. For $10 bucks so my eye brows were uneven and she took a chunk out of the right side. I’ve been lopsided for a week and had to fill it in cause I looked ridiculous. I finally went to my regular girl and got them fixed. Don’t let anyone wax your face that isn’t looking directly at you. Afterwards she did nothing to clean up the excess wax on my face. I had to ask for a cotton ball with something on it to get the extra wax off my eyes

Went to this nail salon on a business trip to get a pedicure. Technician cut me with a buffer and I started bleeding. He tried to hide it by putting my feet in the pedicure water without any alcohol or sanitizing agent. I asked him to put alcohol on it at least. At checkout there was no offer of a discount despite the technician cutting me. When I mentioned it, he laughed at me and said hed said sorry. I wont be back.

Convenient close to all the hotels staff was very nice very clean love the nail place go there all the time but again very convenient to the hotels and if you need to do any other shopping you have the clothes store there and you have the grocery store right there with it so its in a great location and a great place to stop in and check out

I have been going there for about 2 years. I love the new look, very relaxing, clean, customer service A+, the product they use to upsale is all worth it, it is okay for a basic package pedi/mani, once awhile its worth to spoil yourself or someone special for that needed relaxing time. The price is all worth it, and enjoy.

We got the 45.00 dollar pedicure. Not enough time spent by the staff. My daughter and I went and I was treating her to the mani pedi. A half a glass of wine was poured for this package so 10.00 extra for this is a rip off I asked for another and they said they didnt want anyone to get drunk I thought to myself how rude. No extra attention for the special massage as promised by pamphlet.The mani well I have a infected cuticle from that. Also we wanted to sit together but the salons children were next to my daughter and they said no.Bad service! Definately not at all worth what you pay for.I will not return or recommend this unprofessional salon to anyone!
