The company broke contract with us, even with us having an agreement and a rep before Covid hit. They did not care and supposedly changed regulations on us, after we had collected the shipping from our kickstarter backers.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for kickstarter or any company honestly. We were even willing to pay the difference of shipping from when we first signed up with them. Its a shame, but I recommend going directly to UPS or Passport shipping for shipping.

This place is HUUUGE! I think its good to have such a large facility in the market and they seem to treat their employees well -which in my book, speaks volumes. Im not a direct client, but have picked up several orders from vendors at this facility. Their people are on point, friendly and very accurate. No problems at all! Its a different biz model than some fulfillment warehouses, probably more like Amazon than most. So, youll definitely need to have your items inventoried with SKUs properly. Was amazed that theyre even open on Saturdays -wow!

The worst mistake I made was using this company to fulfill my orders. I wish I shipped them myself, they send my customers products I don’t sell. Print shipping labels but don’t drop off packages. The ratings speaks for itself 3.8 a bit much too. I literally lost weight to the amount of stress I went through with this company. Small business owners stay far far far away and by reading these reviews even the workers hate working there, sad!

The worst company ever!!!! Dont ever think to put your stock there and try to work with them. They have staff with answering machine instead of a mouth. The staff have no idea what is an e-commerce and the communication that we need. Jan, the CEO, is never available to talk with his customers and only like to be on the front page of Magazine! Try smaller and less modern 3PLs that at least understands ecommerce

Stay away at all cost!If you dont want to go out of business, dont work with them. Very simple. They are running a pretty good scam there. They happily charge you $32 for a 2 lb. USPS priority shipment to zone 6 (No oversize etc just a simple USPS shipment normally would cost around $9) They will constantly overcharge you for pretty much everything. Once you complaint about it, they will say sorry, we are looking into it and thats it. You will never heard from them again or get an answer when you follow up.Their on-time shipping rate is close to zero. Dont expect them to ship anything in a day as they claim. Takes anywhere 2-3 days. Even when they mark it as ship, it usually wont leave their warehouse until next day.They outsource their customer support so good luck getting a straight answer for even something very basic.Its unbelievable how are they still in business,

We have had and are having a terrible experience with Shipmonk! They are late on every order, 7 days and over late! The customer service tells you that they will help and the job still doesnt get done. They will charge you no problem for storage and fees, but when it comes to getting the job done, shipping your orders doesnt seem to be included. Shipmonk is single handedly damaging our reputation and accounts reliability. It is frustrating enough I want to go somewhere else. Is there 1 person working there or what?

It would take sometimes 2 days to ship out and get tracking numbers. Not as bad now.. But I still have to check your site to see if a order is going out and sometimes my orders can stay in processing stage for days and no one knows why... 1. No phone support... When I had a problem with orders I have to send a email and wait 24 hours. My customers have placed an order on my site and I cant just keep them waiting. No way to escalate problems.. 3. Sending out incomplete order, orders will be 1 of 2 and only one item is sent. I had to call the customer and apologies, then customer had to wait 3-4 days to get it the other item. Poor customer service is not a good way to stay in business... 4. Sending out wrong items..

They will not save you money, and in fact you will lose thousands! Money and time will be spent getting far away from them. Do your own research. Youll find years of similar horror stories. I’ve been using SM for over a year now and I can honestly say that I am finally feeling comfortable and confident with their service. It started out pretty darn rocky and I was very close to pulling my clothing line and moving it to another warehouse but I hung in there because a few crew members went out of their way to make things right for me. My happiness engineer is now much more responsive then he originally was and they are shipping my orders out very promptly- either the same day or next day. I use the CA fulfillment warehouse and they are in a new, large space with room to grow which I am glad about... hopefully they can stay there for awhile without having to move!!

5 star reviews they have must be from employees or paid reviews and these fake reviews is the reason i signed up - but clearly only the 1 stars are real customers.this company is a complete fraud. they claimed they ship orders in 1 day. . then contract arrived where they make no promises. they even state they are not responsible for any of my inventory. all one sided. but they said they had problems with a lot of foreigners that is why their contract states what it says, and i should be assured they would not get as big as they got if they did not do right by customers..after i signed up I quickly found that no ebay or walmart order will never ship in 1 day. they try their best to fulfill amazon orders in 1 day as they are punished by amazon and not listed as a fulfillment center that can deliver. I am happy with their handling of my amazon orders 90% of the time.when it comes to ebay or walmart, 2 days, 3 days - or when ever they get to it. at a given time, there may be orders that are 2 days old that are shipped while 4 day old orders waiting in their que for same ecom channel. on the meantime i am punished by walmart and ebay. they keep on blaming covid19 while covid 19 has no effect on my amazon orders.they claimed I would get same discount as ebay and amazon, they claimed everything is fare. rest assure, their rates are significantly higher than amazon or ebay rates but lower then full retail rates.special orders where i need couple boxes is also handled without a procedure. if I ask for a box of 76 product, where they will grab it and give it to me, cost will be depended on their mode. in most cases they claim they counted 76 items but the box is not opened.I had many businesses and I have never met a more dishonest company to work with ever.

Company may be great for some, but if they make a mistake and overcharge you get ready for a fight.Our account manager told us on a recorded call that issues would be resolved and we would be reimbursed, no communication at all.We have had to open a chargeback with our bank, emails being ignored.As a small business owner this could have been devastating and I am sure we are not the only ones that have had this experience.I would not recommend them at all.

This company gave me a nightmare.Terrible software,even log in doesnt work.Orders errors out yet suddenly popped up leading to products getting fulfilled incorrectly. We had over 100 orders fulfilled incorrectly by them in the first week of working with them.Have never had such a bad experience with a 3PL

Terrible - buggy system, expensive, no support for customer care at all. They simply dont care: dirty products, badly packaged, software that stops working and prevents customers from ordering for TEN DAYS, I could go on and on. First time I think Ive ever written a bad review for a company. Someone please some up with an alternative company - or fire the CEO at this company and find someone capable of leadership.

This place is a front for a product called Chipolo, a bluetooth tracking device. I ordered one of these and asked for priority shipping only to be told after I paid for it, that there was a problem with their receiving department and my order had not been received. I have been trying to get a refund from the company now for nearly 12 days. No response to email. No one anwers the phone. Dont order anything that ships out out of this warehouse.

Terrible interface that prevented me from getting any pricing info after I chose the wrong option in a drop down. I tried to delete my account immediately. There was no way to do this.I contacted support through live chat. I had to ask them FOUR TIMES to delete my account. They said I wouldnt be contacted again. I was sent four emails asking for feedback.I was then contacted a day later by their business development manager wanting to know if Shipbob was the right company for my business. I asked him why I was being contacted, why he is still using my information after my account had been deleted, and asked for a link to their privacy policy and GDPR compliance. I havent received a response.This company is a joke. Do not deal with them.

Absolutely terrible. I feel like someone is stealing from my company.They make it nearly impossible to talk to someone who can resolve issues and force me to put individual tickets for the hundreds of over charges and deal one on one via email alone with low level service reps. Conssitently poor packaging, late delivery, no tracking. I hate to leave these reviews because this used to be agood company. This shows you how a little investment can send a company downhill very fast.

Their technology platform is top-notch; I especially love the fact that there is an embedded shipping calculator, so you can play with so many scenarios and get pricing. I was looking for someone local to process orders from my website. Ship Monk seemed like a good choice. The first time I called them there was a message machine. I left a message, no call back. The next time I called someone answered and said someone will get back to me.Nothing.Then a short time later, I happened to be in the area on other business, and decided to stop by their offices. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted can I help you. I said I just wanted to ask a few questions.I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no. Even though there was a bank of about 6 people staring at computer screens, and several people occupying offices in plain sight, I was told that I needed to go home and fill out a ticket and wait for someone to call me back. As I walked out, I just could not help thinking to myself, why wouldnt you at least take my name? And what would it take to answer a few questions, and give me a representatives contact information? And what would it be like if my customers depended on them for customer service?When I have a problem with Amazon, Im on the phone right away, someone answers, and then emails me back to reaffirm the call.No filling out a ticket, or waiting for a call back. Ship Monk may bea new start up, but in a competitive world, customer service is king,and I did not see the same values that I have regarding my customersas they have.

This is fantastic place to send your inventory if youre prepared for it to be LOST or STOLEN.They sell their services very well. The website is nice and clean. Always very good marketing.Ask for an inventory of your product? Theyll charge you by the minute and take as long as they want. Theyll spend most of that time tracking down where your inventory could be. And if they cant find it... Hmmm, your supplier must have shorted you.Good Faith ReceivingBSMaybe theyll credit your account, at cost. Maybe not.So much riff raff running around their building they dont even know whos where half the time.Its a fulfillment center. Doesnt need to be pretty. The software is incredibly slow and full of bugs. Even creating my first inventory shipment was a massive pain with malfunctioning forms. After that it feels like most of pages on the online site are extremely slow to load which makes navigating it hard. Customer service was also a horrible experience. Chipmunk claims to have multiple US warehouses but only two were available (due to operational issues). No account executive or customer success employee ever reached out to me to ensure proper onboarding, therefore I was left hanging in the air with most questions. The only way to reach Chipmunk is via email (which takes 4 days to get a response) or via the in-built chat which only works during working hours and is not very helpful. Lastly, shipping rates the company gets from its partners like UPS and USPS (Fedex is not covered) are abysmal. While discounts of 30-50% are the norm with 3PLs Shipbob seems to get nothing. My all in fulfillment and shipping cost is about 2x of what I see with other 3PLS. All in all it seems like the company is rather still in its very early shoes and needs to catch up on a lot of product and operational issues. I believe in the ultimate goal they are trying to achieve, but will stay away from it for at least a few years.

We have our e-commerce shopping cart integrated with their inventory platform, any order placed on our platform goes directly to the ShipMonk inventory platform, we choose shipping method and the order goes. I have been using Shipmonk to send higher value items. They are consistently late -- like really late on shipping out to my customers. It impacts my brand. I have to tell my customers about Shipmonk, show them the breakdown in Shipmonks process to save face. The price you are quoted to ship changes after its shipped. (you cant correctly bill your customers). One recent package worth $1600 didnt have the actual item in the box when it was received by the customer. I insured it. I have tried to get an answer. Tried to get paid back. Shipmonk Claims has dropped the ball 5 times. Claims processing has been a nightmare. I have over $3000 in unprocessed claims due to shipping issues. Customs handling is terrible. Shipmonk is asleep at the wheel. I cant wait to sell the remaining inventory and find a new vendor for fulfillment.

Helped get my online brand get started without a hiccup.Customer service does leave a bit to be desired. Sometimes do not get back to me on matters I discuss with them over the phone and some issues take longer to resolve than Id like, with a lot of back-and-forth emails.Not enough to take off a full star from this rating, but just an honest opinion - amazing 3PL centre overall!
