This has to be the worst shipping company i have ever used. They are incompetent. Zero customer service and have botched my shipment of my car coming and going. Avoid this company

Big company, new equipment, they know the business, but crane operators waste the time of truck drivers, waiting more than an hour to deliver an empty container.

The Worst shipping experience I have ever had!These people put us through the ringer, both in cost and red tape to ship our vehicles from Puerto Rico.When the vehicles were late, they refused to take our call telling us Dont call us, well call you!Once our vehicles did arrive (weeks late) the paint was scratched, a rear break light was busted out and some small person items had been stolen. Still, they refuse to take our calls or accept responsibility for the damage and theft.

This is the worst shipping line and where more time is lost to drop and pick a container, more tham 2:30 hours. Horrible , thanks to the UNION

Sometimes take a long time to get the container even on sundays!!

Safe in time with modern containers of 53 x 102 high and in its trailer in good condition. They know what they do.
