This company wasted our time and money.. We were dealing with the #2 guy in the company, it seems, while we were exploring a relationship to move our inventory their warehouse for order fulfillment. He was responsive, nice and accommodating. They gave good prices and service guarantees. Everything was perfect. We flew down from New York, visited the warehouses, were given a tour and spent time with this employee. We had only one last step before signing the agreement and sending our inventory, which was to have them send a sample package to us to see how they pack and ship. In order to do this, which they agreed was a good idea, we sent them a package of various products and they were to repack them in another box and ship them back to us. They never shipped them back. I waited a couple of weeks and then called since we still did not receive a package. This employee never called back. I called every few days and left a message and email and after 2 months, he still never called back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said that maybe he or a family member became sick, so I called the main office number and asked the receptionist about him. She told me that he is fine and has been coming to work every day. She told me that she would have him call back. That worked. He called me back, apologized and said that he will one day explain the reason and that they will send me the sample shipment that day. I asked if they lost the package which would be fine and we could send another, but he told me that they did not lose it and assured me that they would ship it out that day. The same thing happened again where we never got a package and never got replies to new emails or phone calls.. They still have that package of over $100 merchandise today, more than a year later. We know that we were not under-quoted, because the contracts were standard with prices on there and we accepted them in their current form. This guy and apparently the company is completely irresponsible. They wasted our time and money. In addition, they delayed us many months in our need to move to a fulfillment center.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Hidden cost fees and doubled bill on the fulfillment side. Owner Jack Fields with his used car salesman pitch said he would get invoice corrected, only for us to find out they re-implemented the double billing cost fees a few months later. What a scam!

My partner tried their promo services a few times. Found their pricing to be on the high end compared to others companies. Disappointing service. Wont be using them again.

Terrible people and management. Would not recommend utilizing any of their services. They do not deserve people’s money. They are not trustworthy and need to learn quite a bit about integrity and character as well as ethical business practices. ANY COMPANY would be better choice than this company. If I could give them negative stars, I would. 👎🏼

When it comes to customer satisfaction, I cant believe how pleasant the people were at J.M.Field Marketing. I was really impressed with the rates that they offered especially with the shipping costs. I really like the fulfillment order tracking system and the real-time reporting. My products couldnt be carried in a normal storage facility, and their climate controlled environment really was a plus. I had a emergency delivery that need immediate storage, and with no problem, they made it happen. I will continue to used them for their fulfillment warehouse and fulfillment services. An all star team and staff, and thats why I keep coming back!
