Broward Repair is far and away the best computer place Iv ever dealt with and there have been several in the past. The prices are fair, the service terrific and no fee for an estimate (none of the BS about the estimate being free if you get the work done. My last computer was irreparable so I ate a pretty good charge). John is honest and friendly, someone you can trust. He even gave me a nice Dell mouse for free. Ill never go anywhere else.

I used Thumbtack to locate a reputable computer repair near me. I received a direct and personal phone call from John. He was very polite, listened intensely to my description of the laptops issues. He assured me would not be difficult to repair.It took just 3 days in all to repair my ailing laptop. What I liked best about John was he kept me posted on the status of the repair and costs. Was in Fort Lauderdale for family vacation last week and dropped/smashed my iPhone screen. I use it for my main camera - so I HAD to get it fixed. I went with Broward Repair - they came right to my hotel on the beach for free to pick it up. Being from out of town its so hard to judge if a company is good or not. Well, they fixed it within a day and I was still able to capture my families memories/vacation. Highly recommend!!!

Thank goodness I found Broward Repair... I run a small business and depend on my laptop for constant customer communication. It had become slow and non-responsive, especially while getting my email and searching. John offered free diagnostics and told me that the laptop was fine, just had been clogged up with some malware and spyware. Two hours later, it was back to normal and the cost was affordable - not to mention customer service was top notch!!

Jon showed up on time, listened until he fully understood my problems, laid out a plan of attack in language I could understand, fixed myproblems and tested the fixes made. Broward repair did a great job tackling my computer issues. Each time there was an issue John would call me and update me with different options. He tackled the issues and did a great job on my iMac computer. The iMac is 8 years old, but is now running practically brand new. I definitely recommend them for anyone who has any computer issues.

I recently brought my computer into Broward Repair after a false diagnostic from best buy stating my motherboard was faulty. The initial reason for my trouble was my computer refusing to turn on for the record. On a hunch I bought a power supply. At this point I had all my hard ware powered on, but no signal to my monitor with all DVI cables plugged in correctly. After bringing my computer in for a diagnostic to Broward Repair that took 1/400th the time of what it took at best buy I was told just get a new graphics card and I was good to go. John at Broward Repair made an infuriating event far less so by knowing his trade and being a roll model I think anyone in his profession can aspire to achieve.

Jon, the owner, stayed open late to meet me. He was very knowledgable and did a great job transferring data from a corrupt external hard drive to a new one. Highly recommended.

I had a huge problem with my 2012 mid MacBook Pro and didnt find out what was going on. I saw the car on the side of me on Broward Blvd and I contacted them right away. In two days, they restored my MacBook and made it BRAND NEW with the updated High Sierra! This was very awesome and now I use my restored for almost everything and use my new MacBook for large files!
