I wouldnt even give them one star actually... First I take it in to get my phone repaired, and when I went to pick it up, the screen wasnt sealed and the back plastic was all warped from them heating it up, then they said they would fix it, and it took nearly 2 MONTHS! and when I went to pick it up the power and volume buttons were jammed in the phone and wouldnt actually click, and you I had to jam the buttons super hard just for them to work and with that being said they would not refund me my money even know they KNEW they were wrong! Completely UNHAPPY with all of it!

Excellent professional maintenance for my Dell Laptop.

Came in with mac book pro after my dog broke the screen. Everything worked fine except the broken screen. $500 later I get back my laptop with a new fresh screen but now my touch bar, microphone, and speakers are not working. On receipt it says these were pre repair conditions but they were not as everything but the screen was working 100%. I will be contacting them tomorrow to see if they make it right! They replaced the laptop after paying a $150 deductible i believe. I updated my rating since they did provide a working mac book in the end!

Good place.This was a good find. I was walking and holding my Android Note 8 phone when it hit my leg knocking it out of my hand, cracking the screen.Very aggravating since I have never gotten a scratch on a phone let alone cracked a screen.Searching repair places I checked out 3, quotes were much higher than i thought they would be. Doing a Google search this place popped up, not far from where i was i went and checked it out.Walking in i was impressed. Clean, professional looking, i did not get any back room shop vibe I was worried about which is important considering what you are intrusting them with. They also have plenty of accessories.Giving them my phone they had the parts in stock and took them about an hour. I asked a couple questions while they had it which they answered. Always a good indicator for me if they are willing to answer questions and share knowledge.They finished up, tested all functions and I paid. It was much lower than several places I checked.Several days later everything works fine and there are no problems. I would definitely use again and will be referring.

I went to the store to get the back of my iPhone XR fixed. They told me it would take about 2 hours, but it took them over an hour after closing to finish, which took a total of 4 hours. No problem, I was happy it was same day.However, when I received my phone back, it was all scratched up on the back, the glass was not even on the edges, and it looks like it was a person watching YouTube to fix my phone for the first time. The glass is not even completely filling the phone like the previous, original glass. I lease this phone and will have to end up buying it due to the damage it sustained while getting fixed. This is not the place to go to fix the back glass of an iPhone. I do not know how their other services are, but the back glass AVOID this place at all costs.

I paid $200 to get my Surface fixed with a guarantee that it would be workable and in perfect condition. They returned it to me broken and are refusing to take responsibility or fix it. They did not care if they did not resolve the issue and they wanted to charge me all over again. Stay away from this place!!!!

Oct. 16th, 2019, I drove to the main office to finally have my phone screen repaired. I was greeted/acknowledged as I walked into the reception area. I was told what position I was in line and how long it would be, before I would be assisted.When it was my turn, the young lady answered all my questions, and told me how long it would take, for me, this is okay.I left and returned a little earlier than they suggested, so I waited in the lobby. When things were almost finished, someone came out and apologized for it taking so long, they had to do some extra cleaning, which was my fault for waiting so long to get my phone repaired, it was full of dust and pocket lint.When things finished, the tech and I went over the phone, making sure that everything worked properly and that I was happy with there work, I was. So much so, I asked about the training that they did at this company, also asking about the customer service training, which is obviously OUTSTANDING!I will recommend this company to anyone who asks about getting their phone repaired. I have reviewed about 100 places. I had my phone fixed there and everything seemed fine. I paid $360 to have screen and LCD replaced. It is a note 10 which is suppose to be water resistant (not water proof). My phone was on me while I was bike riding and raining. Needless to say it stopped working. When that did the repair they did not seal the phone appropriately, so it did not retain its water resistant properties. Just lost $1,000 because the phone is now damaged. To repair Samsumg is charging me almost $700. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

David is a miracle worker. My phone was shattered. The data inside it was seemingly lost. He managed to get everything I needed from my old phone transferred to my new phone. My charger port died on my s5 and the last repair shop I went to would not take the risk to repair it. I came to Dr. Phone Fix and the rep...Tim Stewart was AMAZING...he explained all the risk and I had a 50/50 chance it would be fixed without cracking the LED screen. My Samsung G5 would not charge the night that Hurricane Matthew started to make landfall. Friday morning it would not charge at all. Sprint stores were closed due to hurricane, which was a good thing. Dr. Phone Fix Headquarters were open. I took my phone in there and Tim diagnosed that I did not need a new charging port that my charging cable had a broken pin. Thus saving me hundreds of dollars not having to upgrade my phone. Seriously great business. I couldnt ask for better customer service which is truly hard to find in this day and age. I will recommend this company to all my co-workers at the local hospital. Loved my experience coming here. Didnt have to wait long, the guy who fixed my iphone took only 30 minutes for a cracked screen. I paid only $30 for the screen that came with a scratch protector for free. They also told me they could fix my home button for a cheap price but I had to go. This was the easiest and quickest screen repair i have ever had to go thru.Terry took control of my complaint and i told him how i would normally fix this myself but in concern of time would have taken me 3-4 days because Id have to order the screen, wait, then get the screen, crack open the phone with my heat gun and pray i dont kill the back glass on it, wait more for the adhesive to stick up, then pray again it turns on.. well you get the story.I saved time and money just by going to these guys, i recommend them highly.
