Went to Best Buy paid $200 for geek squad to recover 1.8TB of some VERY IMPORTANT footage to only find out days later they could not do it, and it required a level 2 process which cost $1,700 -$3000 I went to Downtown computers and got it done for very good price! I recommend this to any one in the USA

These people don’t know how to operate a business if you can even call what they’re attempting that. I called them twice over a period of two months to get updates on my laptop they were working on. Both times I was told they would call me right back, never got a call back. I had to go into the store to say hey whats up, cost me 20$ and they didn’t do anything to the laptop, they couldn’t even find out what was wrong with it. Do NOT give your business to these peopleM
