This place is the best. Set up the appointment with the owner himself. Was able to get me in pretty quickly the next day. He gave his recommendation with what I should get tinted and how dark. Oh man, where do I even begin? From start to finish the experience was incredible. When I first called, Jimmy took his time answering my questions and explaining the entire wrap process to me (this was my first wrap). He invited me to the shop to check out the variety of wrap colors that he had at his disposal. I then got to meet Cameron and his crew who work on the wraps and was impressed by the professionalism and polite demeanor. The crew impressed me with their attention to detail and dedication to completing a professional wrap. These guys took apart parts of the truck that most places wouldn’t even bother removing, just to get the wrap in every crack and crevice! The wrap honestly looks like a fresh paint job. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Once the wrap was complete, these guys stressed that I could come back anytime in case I had any issues or needed a touch up. They truly set the standard. Made an appointment 4 days ago. The sign says they open at 9am. My appt was 1030am. Showed up at 1020. All doors were locked lights off. I called Noone picked up (mind you the phone was transferred to owners cell) I left a message and waited 20 minutes. Called again and again no answer. I waited another 5 minutes and left. Its been over an hour still no return call. Was informed ,we take our appointments seriously . Clearly not true and I have wasted my morning. No thank you. Will NEVER recommend. Will never return.Good luck if you try them, I had high hopes he was very I formative and polite on the phone.Made an appointment elsewhere for later today elsewhere and closer to home, since I drove out of my way for this shop based on a referral.

Just got my GMC truck tinted and let me tell you whole truck done within hour no bubbles also the BIGGEST thing I aint never seen anywhere esle.....NO MESS. THEY CLEAN UP unlike other places I use that leave the drip all over your panels. I recommend this place 100%

After receiving a call from them the night before to confirm my appt for the morning and expressing how important it was to keep it they ended up being over an hour late no phone call nothing. When I finally did get in they took their time and I was late for my 2 oclock appt I wasnt offered a discount or anything.

This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever encountered.I got my windows tinted and as a new Florida resident, not knowing the laws here, I asked one of the workers what is legal on a windshield and he said he would put the legal allowance on the windshield. Well, come to find out, NO tint is legal in Florida and this worker knew this but was trying to make a quick dime off of me and lied to earn my business. Now when I went back to this establishment and explained the situation, the owner accused me of lying which was extremely offensive. Then he tried to tell me if he took the tint off it would cause damage and I should get a new uv tint that cost around $140; extremely frustrated I said absolutely not I would not spend any more money with them after they scammed me. The owner proceeded to then say that we could do a work around so we’re both happy and he would charge between $30-40. I said fine we can do $30 and he agreed told me to call on Monday to schedule a time. I called Monday and he told me Wednesday and Friday were open to call back with whichever worked better. When I called back the owner said he wasn’t in front of the scheduling book to call back, and so I did but no answer. I called back the next day only for the owner to insinuate I was stupid and crazy that I thought he said he would charge me $30 and that Wednesday and Friday weren’t open to come on Monday so I agreed only to hang up and realize that Monday is a holiday and I called back the next day and he lied saying he tried to call me when they didn’t even have my number so that was impossible and he was very nasty. Needless to say, I didn’t bring my car back in fear that they would ruin my car out of spite. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had and they are scammers. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE !!!Also want to add I in fact did show a receipt when I went there and the owner and I talked about how it had the abbreviation cc and I asked him what it meant and he said credit card.

Worst place and lied about what was legal allowance for my windshield. Got stopped and fined for the tints they said were allowed for a windshield. Rear window they did are starting to bubble and not ever two years old. Don’t waste your money on this place. Should have used Tint World as I had tints done on my other car.

Previously had two other vehicles tinted at this location and they did good work. Not allure who is running the business now but they are extremely unprofessional. Made two attempts to drop off my vehicle and no one was there. In spite of having an appointment I wanted over twenty minutes before leaving. Sign on the door and online says they open at 9am and this was well more than an hour past.

Ok so let me first say that I had went to and called eight other tint shops and the customer service was either rude or way too expensive. I called Tint City twice and decided that would be the place to do my tints because the voice on the other end was patient and polite. He quoted me the best price than I would have paid anywhere else for the best tint. When I got there I was expecting to spend over an hr on just the front windows. I wasn’t even sitting for 30 min and he was done. Thank you Cameron for answering the phone and making my experience awesome. There is no question that you are the best. All of my friends will know that Tint City is the #1 choice.

I had over 20 different options but something kept bringing me back to Tint City & Wraps. Jimmy is one of the most patient and customer oriented individuals you will ever know. He takes passion in what he does. He absolutely cares about delivering the BEST results ever. His consultation with me was extremely educational. He offered me different packaged options but ultimately let me be the decision maker. He picked up & dropped off my car from the dealership. But that’s not all. He even went back to the same dealership MULTIPLE times just to confirm the matching wrap color before he started working on the project. And the best part, his price is extremely fair. This place is extremely unprofessional. They can’t even complete the job and have the audacity to almost charge full price. Unacceptable!!! They want customers to make appointments so they can get the “work done”. But even then they take almost 3 weeks to complete it... not even complete it since they can’t even do that. They give a time frame for when the work will get done but that a BIG LIE!!! Super UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! We read the reviews prior to doing business with them and that’s all BS. There is no way this place is professional and get work done on time... that’s complete BS!!!! The reviews are completely false advertising. They give so many excuses or why they can’t get the work done on time. Even after we agree with them to continue the work they still couldn’t get the work done. Never been to a place that is this unprofessional.They will even probably reply back to this review with some BS excuse and try to blame the customer for their own unprofessional work and business.

This week, I had Jimmy and Patrick from Tint City over to add a layer of film on all 11 windows at my home. Jimmy was fair on his price and Patrick was excellent on his installation. Please note that my 11 windows resulted in 23 individual window panes that are surrounded by 3 cats and 2 dogs. Definitely not as good as advertised. I drove 45 minutes to get to this place, after scheduling a appointment for 10 am for window tinting. I got there at 945 and no one ever showed up. I stayed until 1030 and all I got was a bunch of men, hanging outside the building telling me that “they come to work when they want” and that “they have no set open and close time”. Crazy part is, the person that I spoke to on the phone insisted I be on time and that they will be there whenever I wanted them to be. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone else and now I am very upset on my 45 minute ride home.

I spent the day at Tint City having a great time with Steve, and Jimmy. Steve was tinting my 2016 Lexus IS 200t F Sport, and Jimmy was doing a  wrap on a white Benz. From the time I met Steve we clicked very well. He threatened to charge me because he was making me laugh, I am glad he really didnt charge me because it would have been very expensive for me. Lol. Throughout the day that both Steve, and Jimmy worked on their individual projects, I was impressed with how much time they each took doing the projects. I appreciated their attention to detail, and the fact that their jobs had to be perfect for them, before the client even had the opportunity to see how perfect the jobs actually were. I was pleased with both of the jobs they were working on. The price for the tint, and the future projects that I will be coming back for were very fair. Took my wifes Civic sedan for tinting. Very exceptional job. The car had very light and cheap tint on it originally and they were able to get it off and clean it up before applying the new ceramic tints on in a timely manner. Very pleased with service and pricing was very fair. I will be bring my own car here as well soon.

Great service. Reasonable price and very accommodating. I purchased my Jeep with very dark tint and safety was an issue at night. After procrastinating for months I drove the car to this shop. They removed the heavy tint and replaced it with a respectable shade of to the within 3 hours and it was perfect. Shop around and get your price references then go to this shop for good execution.

Met with the owner Jimmy who helped me through the process and even gave me his personal number just in case their were any concerns with the wrap that was done. Unfortunately the wrap started to bubble up. I let Jimmy know about the problem and he humbly told me to bring it in the following day free of charge. When I picked it up, it was even better than before. Jimmy like a an artist managed to fix the problem and wrapped my Triumph Bobber motorcycle through his crafty skill. Definitely recommend.
