I love my everything about my experience. First, Elisse is AMAZING. She explains everything very thoroughly and demonstrates various products. She even allows potential customers to view her personal vehicle to check out shades and views. I chose to wait on my SUV, so she came out and talked with me in between taking care of customers. She is a rare gem who doesnt try to sell you anything, she just explains and offers solutions.The installation team took great care of my vehicle, and even kept it 30 minutes after it was done to ensure everything was perfect. I was very surprised that one of the guys working on my Tiguan was the owner himself!!I got my front windows, windshield and sunroof done with Xpel Prime XR Plus Ceramic on a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. My dashboard is very cool to the touch, and I have a lifetime warranty. Remember, cheap ends up expensive in the end.I would HIGHLY recommend this location for all your needs. We just had the windows on our 2016 Audi RS7 tinted at the Tint World on W Sunrise. Elise, the manager, is amazing. From the 4 phone calls all from me to book, change, change again and change a final time, she was so patient and accommodating. She greeted us and went over all the options thoroughly. The lack of customer service is laughable. All of the individuals are incredibly rude. Less than 24 hours after getting my tints, there was a huge scratch on my window that kept growing. I went back to get it fixed and instead being greeted with kindness or being offered a fix, I was rudely accused of a causing the scratch myself by two male employees and was told to “call my bank” for a refund. Avoid at all costs!**Update**I would personally like to thank Elise for helping me with this issue. She took the time to call me and text me to apologize and have my tint fixed. Her customer service skills are great and I appreciate her help, I have nothing to say about those other two men who were incredibly rude when I first tried to get my tints fixed.

Made an appointment on line with the ft. Lauderdale location where I have all my vehicles tinted including my rv only to be told I was never at this location, the current counter help personality best suits a bar type operation . I was ask to sign in on some sort of inexpensive tablet when doesnt work properly that was a bit challenging finally that phase is complete then I was ask for the keys and have a seat outside, went outside and the only place I could see to sit down was either in the parking lot or curb in the hot sun, at this point I am feeling like I am being treated by the counter help like a common criminal. Grab my keys and left. I will never go back there or refer anyone to Tint world In sunrise.In my comments I mentioned to the person behind the counter as counter help!! I do so because this is exactly what she is because a store manager I polite courteous and very professional none return these qualities was demonstrated by her . I guess she doesnt realize that we as customers have way more options to put up with nonsense. Mrs store manager I have a personal message for you and that is treat customers that visit your location the same way you want to be treated you are white so keep that in mind.

I went here to fix the tint on one of my windows. This was my first visit to the store. The staff at the front desk is totally unprofessional for any business other than a bar. I also found the establishment to be unkempt and their work cannot be trusted. Use this location at your own risk.

I had old tinting removed on my rear window, then had it retinted. Elise was the bomb! She was great on the phone and great in person. She explained the process thoroughly, and recommended the tint. The estimate was exactly what they charged when the job was completed.

Very satisfied with my experience. Went there to have a remote start and alarm system put in my Dodge. After some misunderstanding on my part, Elise the store manager was wonderful.After explaining to me what I needed to complete my start/alarm system they way I wanted, Carlos was able to do it the same day.Overall good experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Called in the morning and spoke with Elisse, she quoted me for my new Explorer and made an appointment the same day. Arrived at the facility and Elisse was nice and showed me my options and helped me pick what was best for me. Decided to get every window on the vehicle and they came out perfect. It was my first time there, everyone was super nice and professional. I got my two front windows tinted and the whole process from me walking in to the tint being finished took less than 45 minutes. Great quality work and nice people, I would definitely recommend.

This is my second time going here for tinting of my car windows and I am happy with the results once more. After Elisse showed me the difference between products and heat reduction, I went with the higher grade tint. Since I spend so much time driving I think its important to block as much UV ray exposure as possible, not to mention the heat here in South Florida. Elisse and her team are very knowledgeable and skilled in their craft.

Just moved to the area and I had been asking local people who would be the best for car audio installation. I walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon not at all expecting to have anything installed same day. I was greeted by Elise Who is the epitome of a New Yorker. I myself being from NY smiled as she juggled multiple phone calls and a line of people. Any question I threw at her she either had the answer or was quick to find out. She enlisted the help of Carlos to answer some questions on installing the 12 inch pioneer sub w/ built in amp in my 2012 Golf R. Questions answered Elise looked at me and said “here’s the price I can get you in right now.” “But you have to be back here by 5:30 because we close at 6. I said no problem. I figured my car would take right up until 5:30. My car went in around 2:30 and it was done at 3:50. I was blown away. I havent had the timing to use them yet for my service ( likely an uninstall only)But the service from this mobile location in Hollywood OVER THE TO HELPFUL. It beats all other services by far combined minus my installer from northern Massachusetts and southern nh. I did my tints here back in 2016 and they came out amazing. The back window was getting a few bubbles in April of last year. I was able to take it in and get it replaced for free since I got the package that has the lifetime warranty on the tints. A special shout out to Danny, whos the owner of the store. He is incredibly polite and goes out of his way for his customers. I look forward to coming back once I get my next car to get my tints done.

Went here to do a pillar/roof wrap and some tints. Elisse got me in right away and was happy with the job. Some minor issues but they were taken care if with no headaches. Few weeks later i returned to install a subwoofer system in my 2019 Veloster N.@VELOSTERN_1679. it came out amazing and sounds great. Super clean install. Ive had bad history with the sawgrass location which is now permanently closed(go figure). This is a properly ran establishment which seem to have people that enjoy there job. I will be back and this location needs recognition.

Brought my car to Tint World in North Miami Beach because my local person was out on an installation . I am so happy I did. Manny the store manager is a dedicated employee and very professional. His crew of employees went above and beyond the quality of their work. I bought a Veloster and needed my windows tinted and Manny explained the different options and was fair and accountable. The job was done with perfection in mind. I also wanted a Mega Horn on my vehicle and Manny ordered the part and I came in the following week. I bought it on credit through their credit program and was approved. Today the Horn was installed and a mini wrap was done to beyond my satisfaction. I highly recommend Tint World for all your Tinting and car needs.

Always getting different prices on services. And time management is major issue over there. I have never been or happy or satisfied the two times Ive been there. Call about a simple service and got a ridiculous price even with me providing my materials.. Do yourself a favor and shop around before going to tint woand.

Sunrise Blvd Store must need rethink on customer service. Lots of personality, but They Dont seem to value customers time:Years ago they did good enuf work, but not at all prompt.Today: Only 2 men working. Another 2 talking about sports in front office. They expected me to wait 20 minutes just to get an estimate. I was the only person not waiting for work in progress.

Good job on my tint but beware the shop supplies charge they fail to mention to you in advance nor add into your written estimate, typical way to gouge you you for extra money , the manager or owner stepped in and waved it he was a nice guy !

I was interested in replacing the aging tint on my vehicle, and stopped by Tint World to see what they could do. 3 days later, I picked up my vehicle, and it looked like new. The Tint job was professionally done, but the best news was - they do more than just Tint Windows. Tint World removed the doors on my 2007 mustang and replaced the panels with new leather - and it looks great! The detail crew removed scratches from my paint and washed the car.I am very satisfied. They kept me up to date on my cars status and completed the work in a professional manner.

Michael and his his staff are extremely professional. They have installed tint on all my cars and recently installed tint on my GT350. They are extremely careful in performing installations. Honest and direct, and they deliver. Great guys got my Audi Q5 sunroof tinted with 5%. The sunshade crapped out and Audi asked $2000,- to fix it. This tinting is cooler then the shade. Plus my 1 1/2 year baby girl loves looking at the sky now and its cooler then previously. They ddi an expert install. Very happy customer !!!
