I realize fixing car issues is difficult. But I have had two experiences that should never happen.Experience 1 - change oil and tire rotation. They forgot to put the valve on my tire, which meant that my tire was completely 100% flat the next day. I called to have them fix it and they said you probably ran over a nail. Brought it in and found out that they just forgot to put the valve on.Experience 2 - AC went out so I got it fixed at this Goodyear. They took care of it, said there was no leak, just added Freon, charged me $300 and I was on my way. 2 months later the AC is out again. They are now telling me over the phone that there is a leak, they will find it and fix it but not sure how much money it will cost.I have lost complete faith in this location. And they are rude every time I call. No sorry that this happened 2 months after we fixed instead they just start pointing fingers.

I would not recommend going to this location. Francisco Marino is very disrespectful and lazy. He’s always complaining about having too much work. If you take your car to this location always make sure you get a second opinion. I would recommend the location on Sunrise as they are much more friendly and helpful.

Came to this spot with an appointment. Rogelio greeted me and quickly assisted me and assessed my needs. My tire needed to be replaced. Thankfully I had bought warranty in the past for my tires. Rogelio was respectful, friendly and super professional. He and his team got my car ready in record time. I always come to this shop when it comes to my tire needs. I know that they have my back. Francisco was really nice as he greeted me and got my information. I had a screw in my tire and they took care of it, they did a thorough check on all tires too. I waited for an hour and it was fixed.

Have taken my car there multiple times for routine maintenance or more serious repairs. The team there is amazing. Frank specifically handled my ticket and was extremely, friendly, communicative and helpful. The location is conveniently located and the staff is very attentive and respectful. Needed to replace a flat tire and came to these guys at Goodyear on after being told by the Toyota dealership it would take 4 days to do anything about it. Goodyear had everything taken care of in only a few hours with no surprise extra charges in the end and no hassle like than other shops occasionally put up. Very honest & reliable guys. They do great work I will definitely come here first next time I have an issue. Very satisfied!

I was driving with a friend of mine in Fort Lauderdale and I noticed that my air in my tire was extremely low. I stopped thinking that I was going to spend a good amount of money. They were so amazing did not charge me a penny and took care of my tire. It’s so nice and wonderful to see Businesses and people treat me so wonderfully. If I ever need a tire I would definitely go back to them

Just needed an oil change and safety check and an alignment check. I had made an appointment online the day before. Online said it would take 3 hours. When I arrived. I was told that there were 2 people ahead of me and that it would be a 2 hour wait. I was done in an hour and 45 min. Fernando is the Service Manager and knows his job. He told me that I also needed an air filter. It was probably due so I told him to change it. 10 min later he came back and told me that he did not have one in stock and that they would clean up this one and I could have it changed next time. He could have easily told me that it was changed - I would have never known. I will be back to finish up the work that was suggested. There is nothing like being able to trust the mechanics who take care of your car!Thank you!

Went to this Goodyear auto service out of necessity because I had a nail in my tire. They took care of me right away. What a great surprise at the end when they told me no charge. They won me over! Nice people, quick service, very considerate. Theyve got a new customer for life.

Had all 4 tires replaced at this location. Ordered online and had an appointment for install. The tires are great but they didnt bother to secure my hub caps properly and I lost two of them within a week. A third one was blocking the air tube and had to be removed and adjusted. For the install per tire fee I was charged I expected my car to be put back together properly.

I’ve had issues with nails in my tires because I live near construction and every time I have an issue the guys down at Goodyear are so willing and able to assist me and get my tires fixed quickly! It’s math slowly service that I saw! I wait for changing tires two hours and wait two hours for changing. Finally, they installed two tires in wrong side and corrected it for addiction 1 hour... If you need fast and good service, then you need another service.

I picked Goodyear for their reputation and had the alignment, two tire install package, ventilation cleaning and signed up for the three year alignment program, when I left the shop found out that the car was not aligned correctly and it was worst that when I took it in, I did not bring it in right away but i called in and i was told to bring it in at any time, I did today and I was told the alignment was done correctly but could had been undone by going over a bump or a hole on the road, they did not want to complete the re realignment today because they had no time I waited for the to have time, waited three hours and finally got my car back when they were already closing, in had no chance to test to make sure it was done properly, the front desk person told me that the employees did not like working overtime due to being paid less than at McDonalds needles to say tha they did not do anything to the car and it seem to be in the same condition as when I took it in. I will be taking my car to another shop this review is not about getting money back but exposing this unprofessional shop. Im a single mother and I have no time to waste.

I got a nail in my tire on the way from Kendall to Ft Lauderdale. Air was leaking pretty fast and steady. I had to drop my husband for surgery and ran over to the Goodyear. The gentleman working the front desk was super sympathetic and got my tire patched in no time. And did I say.... all complementary!Thank you for your speediness. :)

AVOID THIS BRANCH!! went in for a standard tire change. Took 3 hours to service my car and when they were done my car would not start. They tell me they tried to jump it and that I need to buy a new battery. Rather than giving them any more money, I called a tow truck, they were able to jump start my car no problem. This place is negligent and a scam. Never going back again.

Bad,really bad. Just went there and one of the African american, a very handsome built up muscle guy at the computer desk did not really want to take care of me. I wanted to replace all wheels. Very lazy worker, left me alone in the front desk without being courteous enough to help me or giving me information about changing my tires, his attitude was no polite and lazy. If you don’t have nice customer service skills stay at the gym my friend. J

Took 4ever just to change one tire and once they were done I return to my car to find my 100 dollar missing and when I asked of course they said they didnt see it. Idk how my money just disappeared out my car. Yall need to do a investigation cause u cant have employees who are stealing from the customers. White Toyota Prius on August 7 around 330. Been going here for about 4-5 years. In the past, the staff has always been pretty nice, professional & knowledgeable, nice facility, no complaints on the quality of work, and its close to home.Recently dropped my car off for new tires, pads/rotors, and oil change only. Went to pick it up later and additional services were included in the bill that were either not discussed or that I told them I didnt want. The past couple years theyve become worse about trying to up-sell additional services when coming in for simple maintenance, so I guess I shouldnt have been surprised they would do something like this. When disputing the charges they acted like they were doing me a favor by discounting those services I didnt want. Not sure what the heck they did, but theres also some kind of funky stench coming from the vents that wont seem to go away, words cannot describe.If you go here, highly recommend waiting at the shop while they do maintenance on your car, do not drop off, and be prepared for them to push services on you that you dont actually need. Cant say Ill be going back.

They put the tires on the wrong vehicle and they refuse to install the tires or give the money back!!!My friend went to her appoinment and found out they had put the tires paid for on the wrong car. They refused to fix their mistake, give her the money back and the manager even went so far as to question her integrity. Now she had to miss work spending hours on the phone with all sorts of representatives that had done nothing to help her. I need new tires but will never go near this place. You should stay away too.

This Goodyear location is very convenient because its close to my office. I have frequented this service center for my regular oil change. The service is excellent, service writers customer friendly.

Guy at counter was friendly but manager not so much. Manager doesn’t even know if the road hazard covers my tires cause I drive a 1 ton. So could get know answers! The shop not organized couldn’t find the cone for the balancer to balance my tires so had to wait extra hour while manager went to next closest store to get one. Then I kept my valve stems cause I have nice metal ones and didn’t want the cheap rubber ones and they still charge for new ones. I said something to manager and his attitude was it’s part of installation price so to bad , when there was an extra charge for them. Then to top it off get on the highway couple hours after having the new tires put on and the balance job was the worst ever! Couldn’t go over 50 it shook so bad ! Now back at the shop again and they say it’s cause bent rim. Funny never had that problem before ! I have had truck since new and it’s never been in accident or hit anything. Save your self the aggravation and don’t go to a corporate owned store they don’t care and blow you off!!

Nothing but great customer service when I come here. Had 2 nails in tires over the past two years and good year fixed them both for free. They have since earned my business for oil changes, and Im having new wheels put on today. They quoted me at $169 and then lowered the price once the learned the job was easier than expected. Great honest service in my experience. I hate having car maintenance done because I usually get taken advantage of, not here!

I went for an oil change, the next day I was checking my oil my Hood Strut was missing. I called, asked if they had it, they told me to bring my car In. Never got it back.While changing my oil they stripped the screw hole, which I went to check. I had to pay for a new oil pan.

RUN RUN RUN from this Good Year Service Center. They sold me a set of defective tires on Saturday afternoon for $1262. On Sunday we noticed the front right tire was low we put air in it but Monday Morning still low. We called Good Year and said something is wrong with the tire you sold us. We brought it back and they said there was a pin hole and it was to close to the edge and that I needed a new tire. We said all we did was drive the car home on 95 and have not gone anywhere literally 50 miles. They said it is our policy that if it is to close to the edge it is unsafe and actually illegal for us to patch. I said I do not want a patch I want a new tire. After hours of calling Good Year corporate they said the best they could do is $164 for another tire. Under stress because my wife needed to go to Orlando with Guest the next day we agreed. Then they said we need to order the tire and it will be here at 4pm tomorrow Tuesday. We went at 4pm and they said sorry no tire. They said just tell your wife to stop every 8 hours and put air in the tire. I then took the tire to Tire Kingdom they patch it and told me the tire was fine and did not even charge me to fix it. When my wife got back from Orlando she went to Good Year to get the new tire for $164. She instructed them to put the old one in the back of the car. They said sorry for the $164 we keep the old tire. This was never said or implied. They said thats our policy. Now I said they went over the line and that I will take them to small claims court and do everything I can legally to let the public know of this bad service. I will keep you posted and updated. But I suggest you go to a Tire Kingdom or buy your tires online and have tire kingdom put them on.

PLEASE BEWARE AND BE SAFE!!!! I went to get my brakes fixed. The didnt fix them properly. They forgot to tighten something. My brake fluid leaked slowly until I was driving and pressed my foot on the brake and my car wouldnt stop at all. When I called them to tell them, the manager was extremely nice, but they didnt do anything to make up for the fact that they were negligent and my family and I almost died. They admitted negligence and then refused to do anything. I asked for them to put in a better quality control plan in place and they said they didnt need to. I spoke to the regional manager and corporate customer service, both of which were extremely rude. The manager of the local shop was very nice, but it doesnt change the fact that they have no quality control checks in place so that people dont die from their negligence.

The store manager, Jorge, is rude. All of the other employees I spoke with were nice and helped me understand the issues with my car, as well as showed me.If they got rid of Jorge, it would be a much better experience. Oh and for the other people who complained that when they made appointments and then still had to wait hours, its because Jorge writes your appointment information down on napkins. I witnessed it.

Not good at all. Guy in front with the huge brace needs to go home and get some rest. Tire with a nail needed replaced. I asked him to look at repairing it he said no way and asked for next in line? Didn’t offer a new tire? So I asked again for someone to look at it anyway. Still thinking I was going to get a new tire if needed. So he calls a worker over and tells him in Spanish to go out and tell me they can’t help. Of course he said it pretty rudely assuming I didn’t have understand lol. This guy essentially assumed I wanted to argue about repairing the tire and never just offered to replace it.

Recently I had experiences at two other tire shops with air loss in one of my tires and no one could seem to find the problem. All of a sudden I had to fill morning and evening one day instead of every 3 days or so. Stopped in at this Goodyear at almost closing time and Carlos Zambrano the advisor was awesome in helping me. Didnt even flinch that it was close to closing and helped me out with a champions attitude. Little did he know that I was shopping for 4 tires as well. Because of his service I felt comfortable enough to not only get the 4 tires but front pads that were recommended I also had replaced. This was the best service experience Ive ever had and Ive always serviced at the dealer. Needless to say this is my new service spot. Thank you Carlos and Goodyear for the super spectacular service experience.
