My 9+ year FHP AC was not cooling as it should. William the technician did a through diagnostic and offered two courses of action. While he was there he measured temperatures within the duct and the temp alongside the wall thermostat to determine the accuracy of the wall unit. There was a 2 degree deviation! Good to know!PS The AC is working fine.

The first thing I appreciated about Paradise Plumbing was that someone actually answered the phone! Dustin scheduled my service for the following week, but managed to squeeze me in the next day. Ivan came to install my new kitchen faucet and he was great. There was a clearance issue with the handle that I hadnt noticed when I ordered the faucet. Paradise was responsive to our needs, they got a tech out to our house on a Saturday on time and got the ac unit working. Return at a later set date and time and replace worn out parts that caused the issue. Both visits they arrived on time, clean up after they finished the work. We discovered that we had a pipe leaking inside the wall. We had to turn the water off to the entire house to stop the leak. Obviously an emergency situation because we had no water. Alan from Paradise was out to the house within a couple hours, and although he had to open up the wall, he successfully found and repaired the pipe. He also cleaned things up and stayed to make sure the pipe was no longer leaking. An extremely satisfying experience, Paradise is now my go-to plumber!

I had 2 visits by Paradise during the 1st week of Sept 2021. Even though my very old hot water heat was impossible to drain all the water from (which made the tank very hard to handle/move), and then with many other obstacles related to the removal of the old hot water tank, Luis found work arounds, remained pleasant, professional, and still got the new tankless hot water installed. Same with Dillon! On a different day, what should have been a few easy faucet cylinder replacements so as to stop the faucets from leaking, Dillion was able to trouble shoot the real cause. After some investigation, he shared nothing was wrong with the cylinders, but he was able to determine that the base of the faucet was defective. He expertly installed a new replacement kitchen faucet. He explained what the issue (s) was, in a manner that I was able to understand. Thank you Paradise (Luis and Dillon)!

Dillon from Paradise plumbing came to my condo to diagnose a leak coming from somewhere on an upper floor. He worked quickly and methodically. He was neat and polite and easy to work with. He diagnosed the source of the leak very efficiently. I look forward to having him back in the next week or so to complete the repair repairs on the upper floors so that my condo will be free of water damage once again. After the city of Plantation notified me that my water meter reading indicated a leak, I called Paradise Plumbing to address it. Alan showed up on time and found my water meter (had to dig under the grass as it was hidden). Upon confirming the meter did indeed indicate a leak, Alan informed me of the estimated costs of the work to gain my approval. From there, Alan did a great investigative job to isolate where the leak was located, replaced my main shut-off valve, a cracked PVC pipe, a coupling and 90 to resolve the leak. Alan was so patient to explain to me everything he was doing along the way to teach me as I am a new homeowner. Whole process took less than 2 hours. Will definitely be coming back for any other plumbing needs. Thank you so much, Alan!

We had a puddle of water near our hot water heater. Thinking it was the source, we called Paradise. Of course, it wasnt coming from the water heater. The plumber, Dillon, somehow found that the leak was coming from the laundry room and pooling at the water heater. We live in a townhouse built in 1986. Its a slab, with buried pipes and no schematic -- not easy to trace the leak. During his search, Dillon was extremely careful not to damage anything and kept us informed at every step of his process. The front office called me the day before and the day of installation to confirm the technician was en-route for my service call.2. Juan C. showed up on-time and eager to work. Juan wasnt the initial technician who came onsite to quote the job, but he went above and beyond the call of duty to start the day by educating me for future references.3. Juan C.confirmed both Suite 27 & Suite 28 shared the same water line and show me where the shutoff valve was located. (Property Management stated we were on individual lines per separate bays.)4. Juan C. inspected the site where the water heat was to be installed; under the bathroom sink; under and around the toilet and its connections and ensured their were no water leaks.5. Prior to drilling, Juan C. ensure everything was removed out of his work area; circuits breakers were turned off and all items were disconnected from the receptacles.6. I called because the dishwasher was not draining. As it turns out it was just a plug in the garbage disposal that was not removed. He knew exactly what it was and was only a five min job. That being said, he was knowledgeable but they still charged me $200 for the job. Which is kind of disappointing but what do you expect?....However, they saw my review and promptly corrected what I thought was an overcharge. I would recommend Paradise plumbing 🪠!!! Thanks 🙏
