Select did a great job of laying new oak floors, restoring really old misused floors, working with difficult transitions, and doing beautiful work. I love my new floors and they were super easy to work with, very communicative. I highly recommend!!!

We just had our floors done by Select Floors, a local company located on Lemay. We just have to say that we DO NOT recommend them at all!What a horrible experience and Jay is the most disrespectful person we have had to deal with. Don’t waste your money with this company.We have always preferred local companies because we firmly believe in supporting local businesses but they don’t deserve it!

I just spoke with Jay about scheduling a repair on a garage floor coating that was done for a client of ours by Select Garage Floors several years ago. He answered my call promptly and courteously, and said that he would schedule a time with the homeowner to evaluate and repair the floor. I was also impressed that they had excellent records of the finish they had used some 10 years ago, when the coating was originally installed. I would gladly call him again, or refer him should anyone ask me for a referral for flooring/coating.

We received four bids to install wood floors in our home--a 1960s ranch which had old carpet when we bought it. Select Wood Floors was both the most professional and the most reasonably-priced bid. The work is simply outstanding, and we receive compliments regularly on the floors. I also have two more objective bases on which to rate Select so highly. 1) My cousin, who lays hardwood floors for a living in another state, was in Ft. Collins for Thanksgiving last year. After examining the work, he could find no mistakes. 2) We had our duct system cleaned last summer. The guy who cleaned it out said that often hardwood floor installers will drop all kinds of junk into the vents because hey, who will notice? He found NOTHING related to the hardwood floor install. I cannot say enough positive things about this company.

We love Select Floors and Stair One. Jay and his guys are very professional and we love the work they do. We just completed our 3rd project with them and would not think of hiring anyone else to do work for us. Beautiful floors and stairs!! Thank you!!!

Thanks for the gorgeous floors! The team was friendly, prompt, professional, and when we werent completely satisfied they made it right immediately. The hickory with the ebonizing turned out amazing and has withstood my crazy dog running all over. Great locally owned company.

Very knowledgeable and good selection

Jay came to take measurements of my project which was scheduled a week out from my phone call. Was not very personable and made sly comments the whole time he was there. For the next additional THREE weeks I would email/call to see if there is a quote yet. Then his admin emailed me and told me he doesn’t think we will have time to do the job since we are slammed for the next few months.

Love the floors. Highly recommend Select Wood Floors Inc.
