I never thought that I would be a reviewer, but I believe everyone should be aware of what your concrete can look like after just a few months. Mile High Coatings coated our back porch in late June, it looked great for a few weeks. We first had an issue with oil like spots appearing all over the coating. They did come and spend several hours cleaning it off, but they are starting to appear again. We are willing to clean it ourselves now that they have showed us what to use, BUT the big issue is that there are already large cracks appearing all over the slab. We have contacted the owner and he said that’s just part of it.He mentioned that his garage cracked quickly too. Never would have paid for this service to have it crack so, so quickly with nothing for them to do about it.

We had our garage floor coated by Mile High Coatings. Getting a quote was quick and easy, Justin was responsive to questions and quote changes. Got it booked, crew got the job done in one day, which was nice. We are very pleased with the result and several neighbors have already asked who we used for the job. Definitely reccomend.

Love the end result and how our floor turned out! Our only issue was responsiveness and scheduling were a bit more difficult than we would’ve liked. Once we got the work scheduled, the crew showed up on time and did a great job of communicating their concerns and addressing them. Work went relatively fast and end result was worth it.

David (the owner) was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. The experience was awesome from price quoting to helping with color choices and executing on the job. I have always been interested about epoxy flooring (and now the upgraded Polyaspartic which is what Mile High Coatings uses) and a move to a new to me house gave me the opportunity for MHC to clean the garage floor and apply their product so that I have no shoes required flooring. I chose MHC for their stellar reviews and lifetime warranty. Being remote at the time, I really appreciated how easy it was to work with David and feel MHC did an excellent job on the flooring. Easy recommendation.

We had a great experience working with Aaron Williams and his team at Mile High Coatings. They were extremely knowledgeable and were willing to put in the extra time and effort to test a few different dyes before we found the right combination. Aaron came back a few days later to personally touch-up a few rough spots. Definitely recommend.

We had a very tight time schedule to get our condo on the market and David actually freed up one of his crews to come paint our place with very short notice. Not only did they show up quickly but they were in and out like paint ninjas in about a day and a half. The roof lines are crisp and strait as an arrow. The baseboards were masked as they were already painted and not a drop of paint is out of place. As can be seen in the kitchen there is a lot of tricky things to paint and it was done with the care and skill you dont see much these days. I will use these guys again and again and will recommend them to anyone I know. David was fantastic to work with and gave a very reasonable and accurate estimate, with options that he honored to the end.

Just had my garage floor done with mile high. Couldnt be happier as ot it looks great! The guys that David has to do this work have been coating floors for a really long time- either with mile high or other companies. They are professional, friendly and responsive. Be warned though, Its not cheap and you can probably find other companies for less, but you get what you pay for.

Steve has been completely unresponsive to emails and phone messages. The lady who answers the main line has promised to have someone call me right back on three separate occasions. This company is unethical. I would NOT do business with them.Our situation is they scheduled us 3 months ago for redoing our entire basement. It is due to happen in a couple of weeks. Given it is summer and we needed to be out of the house, we scheduled our entire summer vacation, movers (to get everything in the basement out), a pod, other trades and many other things around them.We were having trouble reaching Aaron for the last 2 weeks. He hasnt returned a single phone call. When we finally reached him today, he had cancelled our job!!!! They cancelled without cause. They listed no cause to us. Just cancelled!!!! It is summer. It is due to happen in a couple of weeks. We cant find a replacement!!!! The lack of any scruples is appalling.These people have no integrity. They also rarely, if ever, answer their phones so be prepared to be super annoyed and frustrated if you would even consider proceeding at this point..Im beyond furious. They have ruined our entire summer and now we have to start over.

This year we decided to get our house painted. After talking to a number of painters we decided to go with Mile High Coatings. It really pays to shop around. The highest quote we received was almost $2000.00 more then the Mile High quote.The Mile High paint crew finished up painting our house today. The house looks great. It was a pleasure working with them. They were very courteous and respectful of our house and family. I really appreciated their cleanliness as well. They picked up after themselves as they worked around the house. Each night they cleaned up and carefully stacked the tools and equipment out of the way from the kids and dogs.Overall it was a very easy and painless process and the new paint looks awesome.

We just had our garage floor coated, roughly 400 sf. The floor was originally kind of a mess due to chipping and spalling of surface concrete. David and his team filled in the low spots then gave a generous coat of epoxy. Im probably exaggerating, but it now looks like it could double as a surgical suite. For someone who treats the garage like a 2nd living room/man cave/workshop, its exquisite. They were fast, courteous, respectful, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Mile High Coatings.

The place looks amazing. They came on site and knocked it out. For a one man team, he really busted it out like he had four clones. Not only that, when they were done and we did the walk through, there were touch ups as expected. He was patient, polite, and professional as we walked the house multiple times. My wife and I decided to renovate our basement, and settled on staining the concrete throughout. We had a hard time finding someone locally in Cheyenne, WY, but we found Mile High Coatings through a Google search.Our first contact was with Aaron, and he did an AWESOME job letting us know the options we had and what would be practical for our space. We settled on a poly stain rather than acid staining or epoxy because of the size of the space we were looking to finish (around 1000 sq. feet).Carlos and Jesus were the guys that came to do the work when it was time, and we could not have been happier with them! They were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions. They also helped us decide which colors we wanted to use to get the look we wanted! They did all the little things that made it a great experience. They taped off the room we stored everything in better than we did ourselves, educated us on timelines, and stopped to talk with us every time we had a question.I cannot recommend Mile High Coatings enough. If I could I would give them 6 stars across the board!

The guys from Mile High gave us by far the most reasonable quote for our interior painting job, and the entire job went smoothly. There were two painters sent and they were very nice and professional. The painting job itself looked GREAT. They cleaned up every single material that they brought with them and were extremely thorough with the whole job. They recaulked around a couple of windows and touched up an adjacent area (that they didnt have to do) just because they wanted the whole job to look perfect. In a couple of years we will paint the outside of our house and we wont even call around for quotes--we will hire these guys again.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of our finished concrete stain. I have had techs back to try and fix it 3 or 4 times only to have it look worse. Most reviews I read prior to having our basement done were positive, and install guys were really nice, however the final product is unacceptable. The color and pattern applied are fantastic but clear coat has scratches, blistering, and other imperfections sealed in the final product which ruin the overall appearance of the floor.

David did an epoxy floor coating in my garage, it could not have been done better. Completely professional job and a good price too. Excellent work and I recommend him highly.

We had our house repainted this past summer and it was a great experience. Aaron and David were excellent communicators throughout the process. We used Mile High Coatings to redo our basement floor after the 2013 flood. We wanted something durable that could get wet should something happen again in the future but that would also look nice. We settled on a Spartacote product, and its been excellent! David gave us a competitive, accurate estimate, and Aaron and his team did a superb job of installing the product. After it was installed, we requested an additional top coat, and they worked with us to get it done and even came back to do a touch up (that was no fault of theirs). We would highly recommend their company!

We have used four different painting companies over the years to paint our townhouse buildings. Mile High has been the worst of the bunch! I met them on location and showed them the buildings they were to paint. A month later I received a phone call and I confirmed the buildings to paint. The first day they were to begin I checked on them in the PM and they had painted the wrong buildings! I shut them down and showed them again which buildings to paint. I checked again the next day and the painter was not doing a good job covering with the sprayer. I looked for a supervisor and their was none on location. The entire time they were there there was no supervisor on location. When we did the walk-thru there were many problems to correct. It has been seven weeks since they started and they have not returned to finish repainting the buildings that they painted wrong. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Mile High was exceptionally careful during the entire process. I chose to have both my garage floor and basement floor epoxy coated and Mile High took extra care bringing their equipment through my house and into the basement. Would highly recommend their products and services.

We recently hired Mile High Coatings for a professional basement concrete flooring renovation. The entire basement level of our home had old, dirty carpet - except the bathroom, which had old linoleum in even worse condition.After significant research and discussion, we decided to go with a sealed concrete finish, to negate any potential moisture problems, while also looking very modern and being able to easily keep clean indefinitely. In a very efficient time frame, the Mile High Coatings crew was able to pull up all of the carpet and linoleum (which was excessively glued to the slab), professionally grind & prepare the floor, and apply the clear epoxy finish. The end result is a fantastic, clean, modern, industrial-looking finished concrete floor.Ultimately, it all turned out even better than we had expected, and we could not be happier with the work they did for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for superior quality and service.

These guys must not want business. I’ve called a dozen times for quotes. Even had an appointment for them to come out. No show, no call, and never a call back to discuss original quotes.They raised their base price to do anything for $1500. I had a small balcony that would take 1 day. Couldn’t get anyone to look at it.Poor customer service.

We had a terrible experience with this company. They were contracted to paint our house this summer. The prep work was non existent and the paint job turned out terrible. They got paint all over my fence, copper awnings, and concrete trim. They left numerous bare spots and despite multiple trips to touch up areas there are still bare spots clearly visible, but I got so tired of dealing with them I just gave up even after filling a complaint with the BBB. They cut in the paint along the bottom of my house and the line where they did this is clearly visible and cant be fixed. David the owner sub contracts the work out and the crew he assigned to my house didnt know what they were doing. The guys he sent out to try and fix the other crews shoddy work werent much better. They were all smoking vape pipes who knows what was in them? Just found out tonight the coach lights on my back porch that they took down to paint werent reinstalled correctly and now dont work, but its not surprising given how bad they did everything else. I would strongly advise people to steer clear of this company.

Both evenings, it snowed, so they came back around 8PM each evening and moved the appliances back into the garage. I was anticipating taking care of it myself, but they showed up and did it themselves, clearly after hours. Very impressed. Thank you!

I recently moved into a brand new home. With all the walls painted the same color we needed a little change in a couple room. I decided on Mile High Coatings because of there experience and after meeting with there owner David I was sure they would do a great job. We had them paint 3 rooms in our home. My big concern was since the home was new and new carpet the chance for error was high. To my great suprise David and his crew were very careful and treated our home very well. The detail of there work was great and there speed was also a great suprise. I would hire David and Mile High Coatings for any paint job we would ever need.

I very recently got some painting done by Mile High Coatings. The end result is decent (not fantastic but not horrific either). However, when I consider the fact that twice the team was more than two hours late, there were massive miscommunications and the entire process felt rushed and frenzied, Im not all that satisfied. I was further bothered by the fact that my project was subcontracted out and not kept in house. While two rooms might be a little project, the money I paid for painting services certainly wasnt a little amount. Over all, decent result but really horrendous experience.

Mile High Coatings was highly recommended from my neighbor who had them paint the exterior of their house last summer. Even so I wanted to make sure that I was getting a fair deal so I had 3 companies bid the painting of the exterior of my house. Davids bid was very reasonable, and taking into consideration my neighbors experience I decided to give the job to David and his team. As such I had a high expectation of the quality of work. They finished painting my house today, and the finished product exceeded my already high expectations! Prior to them coming out to paint the house, one of my biggest concerns was that there would be adequate prep-work done because it has been a considerable amount of time since this house was last painted and there was a lot of peeling, gaps and wear. These guys did an absolutely outstanding job on the prep-work and I am amazed at the life they put back into the outside of my house. Everything else was top notch as well, from the even-ness of the paint applied, to the generous amount of paint on problem areas, to the care and meticulousness in the trim, doors, shudders and so on. Not to mention they were able to do all of this in a matter of just a few days. This team of guys drove away from my house as though they had removed years and years of harsh Colorado weather and UV. It looks absolutely great, 5 stars all day long! Without going into detail, we had a garage floor disaster thanks to making the grave mistake of not choosing Mike High Coatings to install our floor - not all epoxy installers are equal! I had made contact with David at Mile High months before and texted him on a Saturday in hopes of getting an opinion on how best to proceed. David make the time to visit that very day and offered suggestions on what may be necessary. After pondering for a couple of days, I made the decision to end the original installers on-going efforts and arranged for Mile High to start anew and complete. That meant removal of the previous coating and installation of a new polyaspartic floor. Even though their schedule was a month out at the time, Davids team completed the work within days of my call, which was over 3 weeks ahead of what their scheduled allowed. Davids team worked over and beyond the call of duty to finish what is an absolutely beautiful floor. We couldnt be happier with the end result and recommend to all - call Mile High Coatings!
