Fort Collins miracle method was great to work with, they got my project quoted, prepped and completed in a very timely manner and worked with my rental turnover timeline. The finished product looks and feels great, time will tell the longevity, but they said to let them know if we have any issues. Not in the same ballpark as a complete high design remodel, but successfully transformed our 1985 bath and surround colors into a modern/clean version for a reasonable price and only took 2 days to complete.

Miracle Method refinished two tub/shower enclosures for us, and they look incredible. It took them just one day to complete each bathroom, so two days total. The old enclosures were cracked and worn. It was cheaper and so much faster than tearing out the existing units. We are incredibly happy with the work and the friendly customer service. Very easy to work with, I would use them again.

These guys did a fantastic job and were not satisfied until it was done perfectly. They stand by their work and are incredibly clear about what is required and what they can accomplish. We will be using them again on other properties instead of replacing bathroom tubs.

I had my tub enclosure refinished with the Miracle Method. Shalin and Josh were great to work with and I think its just the two of them that perform all the projects. The finished product was impressive and blended well with the rest of the bathroom.This process definitely requires a professional and is superior to anything you can do on your own. I expect this to last a very long time. I recommend both Shalins operation and the Miracle Method. Its not cheap but it is worth it. You wont find any other quality affordable solution to an aging acrylic tub or shower than the Miracle Method.

I highly recommend Miracle Method of Fort Collins. Shalin visited our home after I contacted him and thoroughly explained the process of refinishing our 40+ year old tub and the tile surround. He provided a variety of samples for my husband and I to choose from. He wasnt rushed and answered all of our questions. The price quote was very reasonable for the amount of work that would be done. He followed up with an email that explained the time frame and our responsibilities prior to the scheduled work.The project was scheduled for two days. On the first day, Josh arrived and introduced himself. Again, we were informed of the process and our questions were answered. Not only did Josh prepare the bathroom so that our walls and floor were protected, he also removed and replaced the old tile grout before beginning his work. The tub was finished after the first day and the tile was completed on the second scheduled visit.The tub and tile look fabulous! The attention to detail that Josh demonstrated made our project look so much better than the fiberglass overlays I have seen at numerous Home Shows. Finding “Miracle Method of Fort Collins” was a refreshing compromise for breathing new life into my 25 year old, “Big Box,” laminate, kitchen countertops. They also resurfaced a badly damaged, bathroom vanity countertop (from previous contractor experience.) Their technical knowledge combined with unique artistry provided finished products which are so very warm, attractive and inviting! Working with the FOCO staff (Office, Technicians & Owner) has been such a positive experience. Courteous, engaging and professional from the initial first visit to their showroom and throughout the entire process was a very personal and positive experience. I have worked with several contractors, etc. in the past 3 years and Miracle Method staff has far surpassed my collective experiences to date. Finding a company in which to place your faith for honest, workmanship integrity is as valued as their dedication for complete and successful “follow-through” toward any challenges which may arise and my project provided several. I found a high return on value working with the entire staff!

I had extensive kitchen and bathroom counter work done, along with two sinks refinished. This was a very detailed, job. Shalin helped talk me through the process and make good design choices. I have refinish or replaced a number of bathtubs over the years. I found the store bought version of a refinish was labor intensive, sensitive to the surface as well as the air conditions for success and I wasnt pleased with the duration it lasted. I have also not been thrilled with my options for self installing a new tub and surround. When I saw and talk with Shalin at Miracle Method I was convinced the additional cost to have this company refinish a tub was worth the attempt at another option. This high quality product looked beautiful and after the prep work to assure that finishing the tub and tile for a seamless (caulkless!) outcome I am very pleased with the outcome. This tub was a tough job, a shallow puddle area that was rusting, with a slight tilt from an un-level original install which caused other problems. The tile had been worked on from grout failure so it was rough. Now it is beautiful. I so appreciate the attentiveness to doing the job with great communication and care. These guys over delivered! During my remodel we installed an acrylic soaker tub, unfortunately it cracked. I called these guys and they made it bettering than new! They reinforced and refinished it. At least 1/3 the cost of replacement and way faster too!

They repaired a crack in our acrylic shower and it looks good as new. The two guys were honest about our other bathtub being beyond repair, instead of just patching cracks that would ultimately not hold. I appreciated that. Wished one would have worn his mask in our home the entire time, like the other guy did. But they were otherwise professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

The original porcelain tub in my 1928 home had some staining on the bottom yet all-in-all is in good shape. After talking with Shalin over the phone, he suggested an alternative to completely refinish the entire tub and just sanding out the floor and matching the color with a slip resistant surface. That’s exactly what he did to my great satisfaction.I really appreciate Shalin offering an alternative solution that fit my requirements, looks great and was budget conscience. We were about to put our rental property on the market and discovered the tub had a chip in it. I contacted Miracle Method and Shalin was extremely helpful. I explained we needed the repair done as soon as possible.After emailing Shalin a picture of the damage, he was able to give me an exact quote and scheduled the repair to be done within a couple days. The repair looked so good, you couldnt even tell where the damage was originally. We had a crack in the shower pan in the downstairs bathroom. Josh was the technician who came for the repair. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. The crack is fixed and it looks like new. I would highly recommend this company.

We had 2 counter tops and tile back splash resurfaced and the results were stunning. Completely changed the whole look and feel of our kitchen and bathroom. The finish is outstanding and the colors were exactly as expected. The workers were on time, very organized and great at what they do. Job took 2 days as promised and when completed they left the house completely clean and spotless. We are incredibly happy that we chose this process versus tearing out the old counter tops and back splash. Much quicker, less expensive and simply beautiful.

We had our Kohler cast iron kitchen sink refinished my Shalin and Josh from Miracle Method. Because we liked the sink and it was an under counter sink with granite counters above, the refinish made sense and cost 1/2 the cost of a new sink.Shalin was quite helpful as we picked a color. He explained the process carefully.The refinish took 2 1/2 hours and now we have what appears to be a brand new sink! We are quite pleased with the result and recommend Miracle Method highly!

We received excellent service and results on our project. We had a shower and a shower/tub refinished in all white. The refinished tile looks amazing! They also added new shower doors which are great and new grab bars and a shelf for soap and shampoo which is very handy. I updated the shower heads and handles before the project so this in combination with the tile refinishing and the new doors gave me a new looking shower and tub/shower without the expense of tearing out all the old tile and tub and replacing it with a new tub and tile.

Good costumer Service. Had a fiberglass shower and vanity redone and very pleased with the outcome. Actually came out better than I expected. The technician takes great pride in his work and has many years of experience in the application. It a very durable surface with a rich appearance. I would definitely look to them to do another job in the future. They have a modest showroom but it gets the job done. Best to go to the showroom to see demos and color and pattern sample. After two month now and we’re still please and impressed with the quality and appearance. Good product and quality workmanship.

We needed two separate fiberglass bathtub repairs done in our home; we called Miracle Method on a Monday, had the owner out on Tuesday to provide an estimate, and the work was done on Friday. They did a custom cutout in my parents tub because my Dad couldnt get in the tub to use the shower anymore. They were there when they said and did a really great job.
