Took my 2005 Buick Rendezvous in for blown Head gasket. Super Quick fix by two Mechanics, less than one week later returned it for broken motor mount. Seemed good for several months then felt motor mount vibration Again. Days later Low Pressure Oil light came on and vehicle lost power and shut off. Went immediately to R&B one Year to the day of Motor mount replacement with Invoice. New Owner Josh assumes No warranty obligation because he got rid of All work on File. I Paid $1500.00 to drive my car for 1 year, my daughter is Special needs and Now We are without a Family vehicle. The past owners were Good people, I would not take a car there to get the oil changed now. Totally unkept, unorganized, and Unprofessional. I give this place a 4 Star Negative unless they FIX their Co Owners work. Shame on You for Blaming him for Not working due to Cancer.

Don’t take your vehicle to this place, he talks a good game but the work that’s done “DONT LAST”. I had work done to my car roughly a month to a month a a half ago, was told I didn’t have the rite part after I ordered it brand new he would get what I needed, he went to a junkyard “we all know things from a junkyard don’t last long”, didn’t even use what I brought to him.My car broke down again, it was told to the guy that actually fixed my car RITE, “she knew what she was getting into, she should not have brought me used parts”Now the part is on my car and works just fine, and drives better to.

U are destoring my roommates car.First, when u did the motor swap you didnt use good motor mounts. Making the car shakelike hell....Next, dented up his car hood, breaking his grill and misplacing parts..Then, a few days ago he got his brakes done and now they are seizing up as we were driving it. Almost getting us into an accident....Honestly dont deserve any stars for making us a death trap of a car.Thanks guys......

Were do I start, 8 months ago I got an engine swapped in my 93 Celica and they used broken motor mounts didnt tighten my power steering pully causing my car more damage over time. Most of my engine sensors arnt working properly and non of the reservoirs were bolted down along with battery. Second they dented my hood and broke carbon fiber trim off it, and worst of all every single electrical component in my car doesnt work as it should examples.When I turn my indicators on all my dash lights turn off, my tac and shifter lights dont work, I have no low beams any more and I can only drive around with my brights on. Since Ive gone there iv had to visit numerous other shops costing me around $2000 to fix other stuff he could have prevented from breaking in the first place if J and S did there jobs correctly. Honestly 0 stars be thankful I have to put one
