I took my truck there to have the electrical system checked. they said they fixed a ground wire and charged me handsomely. I got it home and it would not start again. After three days of them ignoring my calls I had to drive there to be told I would need to take it somewhere else. I had to have it towed to another shop. Turns out it needed a new starter. (makes you wonder) The owners response is exactly what I mean about there lack of professionalism. With all due respect as far as calling me back your a flat out lier. I took my truck there to be repaired and when I got it back it would not start to me thats not repaired. I was going to have it towed back for a second try and have the shifter fixed.I was told they didnt know what is wrong because electrical is tricky and should take it to flint ignition. I would like to know how you know so much about my finances. well I took it too another shop and all is fixed. Not to mention the shifter was half the price you quoted. So next time you feel the need for name calling I will be happy to discuss it with you. (makes you wonder).

Guys good luck to you. I hope you will be rich with charges like I got...Only reason Im leaving 2 starts is that you got to trailer quickly. By the way, at same time I got one more trailer door hanged back at different location for 300$ and you charged me 1000$....You charging 5$ for 1 bolt, and telling me round trip is 120 miles but google shows it is 80 miles from your shop to location, and parts shop you said was on your way! You asking for hinge 50$ when its real cost is 10 - 20$. You charging 4$ for washer??? GUYS WAKE UP and dont try to get weekly payment in one road service! I hope my feedback will help to other people who is really trying to stay in business and doing it in fear way!

So I took my truck in to get the heater fixed and an abs sensor checked out. After having the truck for 3 days I finally received a call to come pick up my truck because they suggested the dealership would be a better solution for me. If you dont want to do it whatever, so now I go to pick up my truck to see that one of my tires is flat. A tire that has never had any problems. I Took that in to a tire shop to find that my rim was cracked. So i got no work completed from this place and on top of things now i need to replace my wheels. Thanks for nothing B&L. Will never give you business again.

Good staff fair pricing

I went here today because it was close to a place I was looking for a used car. They looked over the car for me and really could not have been nicer. I have a usual car place but honestly, with how I got treated here today, I am going here for everything I need from now on. Really fantastic service. They also offer free pick-ups or drop-offs while your car is getting serviced!
