I dont hate it at all! (In response to the Google review question.) But I called Friday afternoon and left a message about a windshield replacement and its now Tuesday evening and I never did hear back. I know covid has messed up alot of stuff though.Zero stars.

I have been a client of Verns collision for years and Mike Herriman and his team have gone above and beyond to help me with my issues with my last car and current van. I had a paint delamination problem and Mike met with the Nissan rep and me to help me get factory assistance on paying for the repair! Verns always do the windshield treatment which keeps me safer with the best visibility possible. Mike is honest and hard working, and he runs Verns.Kettering University had a very special historic Cadillac that needed work and they trusted Verns Collision!

An awesome family owned business in Flint Michigan. I called Verns after reading several 5 star reviews and a single 1 star review. The one star reviewer was not happy about Verns wanting them to take their car to the shop to be checked out for a windshield replacement. Mike, wanted me to bring my car in also to be checked out for windshield replacement, which seemed a bit odd to me too, until I stopped into the shop. The first thing Mike did was take a picture of the OEM part number on the windshield to ensure an exact match. My replacement was done in February, so my car was in their shop overnight prior to the day of replacement to ensure a factory grade seal. They provided a free loaner, and my car was returned the next afternoon washed, vacuumed, and ready to go. They even replaced my damaged windshield wiper blades free of charge. I highly recommend Verns, for windshield replacements, and I wont hesitate to have them do collision repair work either.

Best GM Auto Body shop in North America because they will only use American made US Parts on vehicles being repaired and their workmanship and kraft is the best.

Mike and his team did a great job on our Chrysler van. Attention to details, meticulous work, and original parts along with personalized service are few important things. Mike is knowledgeable and has significant experience. I was little skeptical as few people told me that regardless where you go, your van is never going to look the same. Friendly and professional service worked amazingly with my insurance when I got my car back it’s looked phenomenal and they even cleaned the inside!! It was like getting my car brand new !! Hands down BEST collision repair in town!

Was looking to get a windshield replaced today and everybody is either closed, booked, or not able to get parts so I tried calling this place. They wouldnt even bother giving me a price over the phone and said that I needed to bring the car in. Since when cant I get a price over the phone for a windshield, thats ludicrous!
