Had somebody without a license crash into me at a red light last Summer, and came to these guys for help. They got my car looking really good considering how bad I was crashed into, and helped me put a new tail light on the driver side. These guys went over and above. They did it really fast for me and for a really fair price. I live in the neighborhood and they were more than happy to drop me off back at home and pick me back up when it was done. I hit a deer and took my car this this place. It was recommended by a friend. I 100% will be recommending this place to anyone I know! Not only did they get my car in right away they gave me a rental car and my car was done in a week. I know if I would have taken my car to any other place it would have been a month before I got it back! They also checked my car for a weird sound after I got it fixed and found out that church and sons didn’t do the work they said they did and charged me for it. I wasn’t happy! I got into my first car accident that required body work and my entire experience with Conley made the situation less stressful and smooth. From the very first call to picking up the car, I was treated like I mattered. A lot of times, especially in customer service, whenever a younger person comes in for assistance they arent treated as adults. The moment I walked in the door I felt as if I was a regular customer. I was greeted professionally, and attended to promptly. When my mother walked in, they did not shift their attention or service to her, they stayed focused on me and ensured I understood the process of repairs. Without asking, the personnel asked if I would like to borrow a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car. Also, this entire experience took roughly a week in total with ordering parts and completing the repairs. I truly hope I never NEED to receive assistance from them again, however if I were to need body work completed again I will 100% come back to Conleys.

As a woman I was nervous about getting my car fixed after prior negative experiences at other body shops, but I couldnt have felt more comfortable after my consultation at Conleys. I was able to drop my car off that day and picked it up two days later. Very pleased with the work they did. My truck bed and cab were damaged very badly, and they not only did an excellent job repairing it, but they also helped out with the deductible. I took my Tahoe to Conleys after a woman ran into the side of me on 475. The panel had a previous repair done by another shop and it always looked like bad paint as it looked flat to me. When Conleys did the work the shine matched the rest of the paint on my Tahoe PERFECT! I could not be happier with the results. I also had them do some out of pocket work for me too and gave me a fantastic price. I got it back within a week. The first time I took a car to them over the summer they had it back to me the next day for a ding in the front bumper... Gary and Mark are great guys to work with. They also have a down draft paint booth which gives them an advantage over most other shops in the area.

Conleys Collision has always done exceptional work and today they still proved their quality in workmanship. When I needed my husbands rear window replaced on his HHR, they got it in the same day and cheaper then everyone else I called. Auto Glass Repair shops didnt even have the window, it had to be ordered, it would be 2 to 5 days before any one of them could get to it. The temps were -25 I needed it done now. The window busted on its own due to the freezing weather. Thank you Gary and Mark, you are wonderful. God Bless you always.
