Kevin at the Verizon 11722 Allisonville Rd Ste 101, Fishers, IN 46038 location provided excellent customer service. Being more of a tech novice, Kevin was very patient with my questions, my lack of equipment terminology and listened to my various explanations / comments. Kevin was a great help! He gave me more information than I thought I needed, helped me fix up my account, and helped me set up my new Apple Watch with cellular. He is very knowledgeable and made sure everything was set up correctly before I left. I would highly recommend this location!

I had a sales person by the name of Kevin it was the end of the day and he was ready to go home my phone was not set up properly and he instructed me to call Apple because he did not know the answers to my questions how can you work somewhere for eight years and not know your product. I called Apple and I called Apple and I called Apple three phone calls later I no longer had a working device. I was not about to come back to this store as their service is very poor. I ended up going to the Verizon store on 96 street and a wonderful lady by the name of Alicia was able to help me solve this problem get back my encrypted data as well as get my phone up and going. I should never have had to go through this process I have spent about 12 hours of time on this problem. This sales person was paid a commission to do his job and he chose not to do it I am very disappointed in the store. I was going to give my phone up when I went to the store on 96 street but a wonderful salesman named Alysia solved my problem. She stayed over 30 minutes in order to help me and she was not paid a commission for doing so. But she did make me a happy customer.

My phone unexpectedly needed to be replaced. I went in and there was one person there helping 3 customers (including me) and she handled it like a champ. Natalie is great. She was able to take care of all of us without rushing us. She was very helpful. I have never had any type of problem with this location and I will definitely recommend Natalie.

This store is awesome. I went in to buy a new iPhone and needed data from 2 other phones transferred to the new phone. I worked with Kevin who was so kind, polite and sharp. It took a long time to make all this happen. He was very patient and taught me a lot about the phone as I was a first time iPhone user. I would highly recommend this store, Kevin is theBest!

We had a great experience with this store and staff. Natalie was professional and efficient. We needed two new phones and had our 10 month old baby with us. They had a kids area that she was able to crawl around in and everyone was very considerate of her being with us. We will be coming back to this store exclusively and would recommend to anyone in the area.

My family and I went to this store yesterday night to try and reconnect a number on my old phone in time for school. We got there at about 7:30-7:40pm, thinking it would only take a short amount of time. It didn’t and we kept this poor girl an hour over closing time. Her name was Natalie and she was the only one working that night (8/13/19) and if she was annoyed by us, which she totally should have been, she didn’t show it! She knew what she was doing, she was nice, accommodating, and all around a great employee and human. We all feel terrible for not doing our research before coming but Natalie was a total professional and also a saint. Thank you!!!!!P.s. - very nice store, looks real pretty and modern.

Ken Hunt and his staff are great. They are knowledgeable, helpful and spend as much time with as you need to solve your problems. They are extremely patient and always willing to go the extra mile to help you. I like their new location. We have two plans with them plus a plan in FL for my mother. Keep up the good work

Customer service was professional, candid, and informative. In an industry where a lot of double talk can exist, these Verizon agents helped to simplify the process of getting, and/or upgrading a line, or actual phone.They usually have good people working for them.

My mom is giving her old phone to me so I went to the Verizon store for them to transfer my contacts from my old phone to the new one. The store instructed us to transfer them ourselves. I get how its supposed to be really easy but Im not very tech savvy and I wish they had just helped us at the store instead of being told to go home.I know they want to focus on people who have recently bought merchandise, but it would be nice if customer service wasnt only propelled by sales.

Patients is key. They are a low staffed store, but if you give the reps a second they will be more than happy to take care of all your wireless problems. From what Ive experienced, they sell with integrity and truly care about their customers.

Natalie is the sweetest darn person I’ve ever got to work with! She is quick and so friendly!

My husbands phone unexpectedly died on a Friday evening and he went to this Verizon and they helped him right away. They jumped on the phone with technical support and had a new phone on the way to him that day. Because there was no water or physical damage, they issued him a new phone for free because the hardware died (we do pay for a replacement warranty). We received the brand new phone Monday morning before 10 am and we even have a prepaid box to ship the old one back. Whole experience took less than 30 minutes and we only paid $15.00 for shipping costs. So even though the situation was not ideal, these folks were easy to work with and helped us tremendously.

Amazing place! I walked in and was assisted right away. I walked in at 7:30p and the store closes at 8p. I thought it closed at 9p, so when I asked when do you close and Logan said 8p and it was 8:40p...I felt like such a jerk, but Logan was SO NICE and patient and assured me it was fine and he appreciated my business. He did a great job and helped me trade in my iphone 6 for an iphone xs. So thankful, best experience Ive had at a verizon store! Great job! Give Logan a raise! Hes the best!

When I got to this location at 6pm on a Monday (store doesn’t close until 8), the doors were locked and no one was in sight. I’m extremely frustrated.

Kevin and Rachel are by far the worst people Ive ever seen working in the wireless industry. I also spoke with Cory Shook which a district manager is just as bad. They are straight up liars and will lie directly to your face to sell whatever they need to sell to make a commission knowing its the wrong product for you.

Only one associate in the entire store, waited over 20 minutes for help and ended up leaving. Need to hire more staff.

Came to get a new iPhone last month, surprisingly found now that I was enrolled in a total mobile protection plan with a $13/month payment. The saleswoman never mentioned anything about this plan during the process.
