I have worked with Douglas now on two separate occasions and have been very pleased with both experiences. This last experience wasn’t an easy one due to the phone I was upgrading being very difficult and uncooperative. Douglas tried everything possible to get this old phone to transfer over to the new phone. Nothing was working but that didn’t stop Douglas from trying over and over and being very patient during the whole process. He finally got it working and it was taking a long time for it to process to the new phone. He again was patient and made many follow up calls and answered many calls from me. Douglas also called me 6 months after my first purchase with him to ensure I was still liking the product and to see if I had any questions. Top notch customer service and Douglas has earned my continued business. Thank you!

Had a really good experience at this store, specifically with the sales associate, Todd Durham. I am awful with understanding technology, features, and most things associated with this. Todd, was patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to go the in depth with anything I needed - he explained my contract, billing, and it showed that he was not trying to sell me on something I would not need.

Great store Great experience. My wife and I was sick of sprint/t-mobile overages and flex leases. We was already interested in Verizon due to people telling us how great the signals are and the unlimited data plans with no underwritten charges. Verizon paid us almost full price for our old phones and cut our monthly bill in half. Also threw in a watch and some other goodies. Painless, saved money, and was out in 1.5hrs. Special thanks to Caitlan for taking care of us. I highly recommend her 👌

The experience here was amazing. We went in wondering about trade in promotions and left ordering 4 brand new phones. Codey, Trey, and Dre were able to help tremendously. We came in pretty late close to their closing time but they were willing help and be super patience. They explain and answered all our questions perfectly and were the biggest help. I went to the Verizon Authorized Retailer store off 37 in Fishers last week to upgrade my phone, and wanted to take a minute to write a review about my experience. My previous phone ran out of storage and the apps began to lag because of it. When I went to this store to upgrade my phone, one of their associates (Todd) helped me find a new phone that would meet my needs for storage and fit within my budget. One of their current promotions included doing a phone trade-in to educe the cost of my new phone. Todd noticed my cracked screen and the manager of the store suggested filing a claim to fix it, so I could still take advantage of the promotion. I really appreciated the manager and Todd working on setting up the claim process for me to fix the phone and trade it in. They certainly went above and beyond by doing this. When it came to transferring my photos, documents and items from my old phone, Todd walked me through the process so I could do this from home. If youre in the market for a new phone or need help with your cellphone needs, be sure to check them out. Theyre the real deal when it comes to customer service!

The entire staff is awesome, but Caitlin Angrick went above and beyond to ensure we got the package and phones best suited for us. The store is so clean and laid out so well to view all the latest products. We were treated so very well and will always return to this store and especially Caitlin.

My wife and I needed new phones so we went in yesterday and worked with Zac Neeley. Zac gave us all the information we needed to select our new phones. They did not have the model we selected at that store, so Zac drove to a nearby store and picked up the phones for us. Todd D. was absolutely amazing. I had no storage space left on my phone due to so many videos/pics that I didnt know how to save but didnt want to delete. He was so helpful and so laid back about it all. It took more than a day to upload and save all my videos/pics and he did it all for me and even checked with me throughout it all to make sure they were being saved. He also hooked me up with a new phone of my choosing and after a day or 2 of using it I decided I didnt like it and opted for a different one. When I arrived to exchange it he didnt bat an eye and got me set up with a different phone asap. I felt it was going to be a hassle for him considering there are 3 phones on my account and there were deals/promotions that needed changed with the phone swap. However he did it all for me so effortlessly. I was so pleased with his customer service and his approach. Best customer service award goes to Todd D. You rock.

Working with Caitlan at the store at hwy 37 & 136th was the best. She made it super easy getting my 2 new phones, protection, and accessories. And, she is extremely patient in answering questions and helping me set up phones. 5 stars just is not enough, she needs a 6th!

Caitlan was simply outstanding. I had previously purchased Verizon phones at the 146th & Hazel Dell store back in March- 9 months later and still never received my $150 per phone gift card so I will not return to the 146th st location. We showed up about 15 minutes before close on Sunday 12/27 so I would have understood if the rep was less than thrilled. Caitlan took as much time as was needed, never rushed us, helped apply the screen protector, explained all the plans and in general was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will only return to this location going forward and hopefully will deal exclusively with Caitlan going forward. Again- thank you for the awesome purchase experience!!!

If you are considering a new cell phone provider or are in the market to get a new phone PLEASE stop by this Verizon store! I had an excellent experience and received the BEST customer service! I stopped by four minutes before they were closing (I know super rude of me) just to ask a few questions and get an idea of how much it would cost per month, what was included in that plan and the cost for a new phone comparable to what I currently have. When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman by the name of Codey. Even though they were getting ready to close Codey welcomed me in and was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I am not big on change and the idea of not only getting a new phone but a new provider was extremely intimidating but after talking to Codey I feel very confident that he will make this change a very positive one for me! I asked if he had a business card and he said Ill give you my cell number. After I left a few other questions came up so I texted him not expecting a response considering it was after hours but he responded within seconds. Talk about going above and beyond! Its not everyday you receive GREAT customer service or someone that is so knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you so much Codey!

I went in there yesterday because my battery was saying it had been “significantly degraded” and I wanted to see what my options were BEFORE I need to get a new phone. The guy looked at my plan and told me that battery replacement was included in my device protection plan and that I could file a claim AND get it fixed for FREE. Of course when I do the claim, it tries to charge me for a new phone. I of course don’t want to do that because I was told it was free so I got back in today after being bounced around from Verizon corporate to Asurion the insurance they use for the “device protection” plan. I tell them my situation AGAIN and they basically tell me to call Asurion again. After I pressed the manager, he finally tries to help me. The whole time he tries to persuade me to get a new phone and “tries” to get ahead of the insurance company. He basically gives up and tells me “yeah they aren’t picking up because it’s 6 o’clock on a Friday, you’ll probably have to call them again.”AFTER all of this, I went to another store to see if they would tell me the same thing or actually help me. The guy was super informative and told me that it was never free with my plan. With my plan I would always have to pay the deductible. Thank GOODNESS, I went to another store and they set me straight because if it weren’t for TJ down at the other store, I would be having strong negative feelings for Verizon right now.

Codey & Todd are AMAZING!!! They had me in and out of the store in an hour and were so incredibly helpful with all my random questions. They were also super knowledgeable; my phone was doing a lot of weird things and they figured it out so easily! Super cheesy, but would give 10 stars if that was an option. Also, the music is A+ so youll never get bored even if youre waiting. Go see them!!

Do NOT buy the screen protector from them! I spent $30 for a glass screen protector with a lifetime warranty. They sold me on being able to walk back in the store at any time and have it replaced if cracked. I went back in the store today and they told me that they no longer honor that. They tell me the warranty is through the company and that I have to file a claim with them, and pay shipping, to get a new one. Or, I could pay half off to get a new one in store. I could have purchased multiple screen protectors on Amazon for a fraction of the price. But, they are really good at talking .....

From the moment I walked into the store, Tom Stewart gave me first class service, and understanding of my problems and needs. I had visited another store before him, where I was not helped at all, and pretty much let me know, I was not welcomed. Tom was professional, kind, and respectful. I would recommend this location to all my friends. I appreciate good service, and by far this location and Tom is the best!

Zach and Justin went above and beyond to help my mother and I switch from T-mobile to Verizon. T-mobile had my phone locked. They helped with unlocking it. Unfortunately my phone had some T-mobile software that prevented the new simcard from networking properly. They stayed 40 mins after close with tech support to help solve this issue. Much appreciated!!!

I went in there to get some help for a problem I was having with my phone. After explaining the problem to Jeffrey D. he was able to fix and showed me how to fix it in the future if it should happen again. The best part was it took less than an half hour. Jeffrey was great and very personable. When it comes time to get a new phone I will definitely be going back there.

Was thinking of switching to a competitor after being Verizon customer for as long as I can remember. Extremely disappointed with this store. Employee accessed my account and allowed a purchase to be made without my permission and without myself the account holder being there. Completely defeats the purpose of having to prove that you are the account holder, then going in and changing the account pin number. Clearly not a business that I would want to give my money to and extremely unhappy with how my account was handled.

Dont waste your time coming to this store. Drive 4 minutes up the road to the Hamilton Town Center store. The store is clean and looks nice, but they cant help you here if you have any problems. They asked us to pay $265 to pay off our phone and upgrade for a new phone.At the other store we explained our problem and in 2 minutes had us a new phone ordered at no charge. My wife and I purchased new phones in November from Todd at our local Verizon store. For the first 2 months everything was going well. Then Tuesday night both phones started failing to send or receive calls and texts. I contacted Verizon online and they werent able to correct the issues. So I stopped by the store on Friday after work and asked for Todd. I sit down and explained the problems we were experiencing. He logged into the account and looked at all permissions and restrictions our phones had. In less than 10 minutes Todd was able to repair the problems. I would highly recommend if you need anything from new phones to getting a problem corrected, stop in to the Fishers store just off of Indiana State road 37 and ask for Todd and you wont be disappointed. They Lied on me, they told me the I-phone 8 is for $750 each. I bought two of them, then when I went back to pick them up and finalize the order I found they put on the receipt $810 each and told me they never told $750 making me feeling that Im like a child. This store is sucks and I wish I did go to the Verizon corporate location at the exit 10 mall which is 5 minutes a way from my house

Went into store with a particular solid, low cost phone in mind. Got talked into buying much more expensive phone that would only cost $2.50 more per month for 24 months. Actually costs $12.50 more per month for 24 months. Wanted a $250 phone and got a $530 phone, despite repeatedly asking if total cost was $300. Salesman was very deceptive!
