Did not like my hairstyle at all for my wedding. I couldve saved my money and done much better myself. Sadly, my family agreed.

Jenn is awesome. She is the only one I will let cut my hair or color my hair. She makes you feel like she has known u for years.

Everytime I call and schedule an appointment I am told when I arrive that the appointment is not on thte book.Why call ahead and schedule if you are not entering people onto your books? Unprofessional

My daughter and I went in for haircuts. We left with butchered hair. The hair cuts were uneven and choppy. I had to take us both somewhere else to fix it.

Any concerns or questions I have had have been patiently answered and they work with me so I get exactly what I want and need. The staff are friendly, personable, and great at what they do. I was hesitant to try a smartStyle out but two years ago I walked in and Grace corrected hair color that was not done correctly at a previous salon and I loved the Result. Grace has done my hair for the last two years now as well as my whole family. I love that my husband can get his beard timed, my boys can both get their hair done, my daughter can get her eyebrows done all while I shop and most of the time without needing to call ahead. All around love my experiences.

Only place I will let them cut my own hair! Love love love them! The ladies are super nice and will always make you feel like you’re their best friend.

So I used to only go to a barber... BUT all the girls here can do really good fades... 2 of them also do corn rows! They are really good, never had a bad experience!

Grace Moore is one of the absolute best stylist I have had thee pleasure of meeting and having work on my hair. She is the only one I trust to touch my hair. I have been going to this place for over a year and am very happy with the prices, customer service and the hair cut and beard trim. Grace Moore is great and will cut and joke with you while she is cutting you’re hair. And I can I can pretty picky about my hair and beard but she never fails to make me wanna come back.

For those of you who use Grace Moore as your regular stylist at this location, she has moved to Supercuts 2542 Tiffin Ave. Findlay, Ohio.

They ladies here will treat you as a bother. They are very unprofessional, lazy and are not goot at cutting hair. They will not listen to what you want. When my roommate got home I had to fix his undercut as there were spots missed. He asked for no layering and the undercut was poorly layere . I would not recommend this place. I would not even take my dog here to be groomed. Total waste of time and money. If I could give negative stars I would. Buy beware, youll be in for a bad hair day.
