I’ve been here once before and they cut my hair uneven and I had chunks of hair missing like the lady was drunk. The second time I was here I just asked for dead ends off and w good easy and brush since I have a hard time doing it myself, and she didn’t talk to me the whole time, and cut my hair uneven and gave me layers I didn’t want and then cut 5 INCHES of HEALTHY hair off and left a piece of hair DANGLING on my head.

Grace was amazing! The bangs were the perfect cut. She was very polite and helpful. I am deaf. She managed to schedule my daughters hair coloring appointment and my appointment around the same time. My daughter was able to help communicate to Grace and I both. The service went above expectations! Thanks again!

My stylist of ten years retired. I was apprehensive of trying Supercuts being that its quote a big box salon unquote however this is my fourth visit here and all three stylist I have been with have been outstanding I have never left with a bad color or cur. I suggest you book an appointment with Mandy,shes super sweet professional and has excellent hair styling skilld

She was friendly and professional. I trusted she knew what she was doing. I felt the cost for the service was a bit high, but she did offer a price before she started. The color somewhat looks a bit more orange than I would like, but be some lighting.

When I was asked to wait outside while my daughter got her haircut I was a little uneasy but, knowing she sits still well, I decided I was okay with it (hey, its Corona and we gotta go with it). I told the hairdresser that my 7 year old was going to tell her she wanted a short cut but that i was NOT comfortable going ANY shorter than her shoulders. I repeated this more than once.. Her hair was initially past her shoulder blades with natural curl... She came out with the longest section around her chin and the back layered to about 3 long. I love her and she is gorgeous no matter what but this IS NOT what we wanted and will take A LONG time to grow back!!

I have been going to Supercuts/Haircutters Choice for ten years and have not been dissatisfied, except for once (the new girl was too short to reach parts of my hair). The new appointment arrangements because of the Pandemic has not deterred the professional service provided the courteous Stylists. I do not use one Stylist, they are all good. Grace cut my hair on 8/3/20 and she did a great job . My Son has come from Columbus to get his hair cut at Supercuts, since he likes the cut that he has received when he lived at home.

Grace Moore is the person to see if youre wanting the best results! She is a great stylist and she puts her whole heart into her work! I ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face and feeling like a brand new person. Grace is the only one I will ever trust with my hair, and she always gives her honest opinion! Not sure what you are looking for, she is willing to lend a helping hand with what she believes will look the best!

I’m generally happy, but my most recent visit I was disappointed. Both me and my husband got cuts at the same time. He was done first, of course, and unbeknownst to me, paid for my haircut. I had a 50% off coupon that expires in 2 days. They would not void the transaction and re-ring the sale using my coupon. Very poor customer service if you ask me. My husband forgot I had the coupon and they didn’t ask if we had any coupons, which when it was First Choice Haircutters, they ALWAYS did that. Very disappointed.

Ive been going here instead of Great Clips lately. First Choices cosmetologists seem better trained to me. They are also super friendly. I had to go back this time to get my hair cut a bit shorter, but Im happy with the result. The lady that originally cut it was working and wasnt rude about me coming back.

As we all deal with the “new normal”, it was very comfortable visiting this location for a high-quality cut with old-fashioned service. Chris gave me a SUPER cut in an extremely clean space!

Haircut was good but lady sliced my ear open in the process making me bleed badly then had the nerve to ask for a tip.

They do a very fine job, the prices reasonable And they are very friendly.

Stopped by the Tiffin Ave shop for a haircut. I had made an appointment and when I showed up, I was soon seated for my haircut. Haircut looked good when I was finished. Staff is friendly.

I would never recommend this for anyone who wants their hair colored right. I went in and asked for a black to blue ombre. What I got is what looks like black to a little lighter black. When I look really close with good light you can see some blue but it looks like a nasty dark blue-grey. If I want it fixed right they have to charge me again. WTF is tge 7 day satisfaction guarantee for if they charge you to fix it to get that satisfaction

As much as i loved the place the lady I had just didnt really listen to me. It got to the point I was so confused and frustrated I said ok and quit trying. Edit: So as much as I hated it at first after a week it kinda is great. Its not as bad as it couldve been and I like it. So I am fixing my reveiw

I took my two boys here, ages 2 and 4. They were both really good, sat still and listened. I told the ladies that I wanted their hair short on the sides, long on top. My 2 year old looks great, the young woman who did his hair was wonderful. My 4 year olds hair cut however looks like Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber; the older lady who did it was very nice, but his hair looks awful. I can see how uneven the cut is, its not blended, there are sharp lines everywhere. I wont be coming back.

I got my hair bleached and the smell was phenomenal I was obsessed. They also had a very friendly atmosphere and were always making jokes.

The only place I go to get my haircut and my sons as well. Definitely recommend them . Especially if you like a friendly people that know how to cut hair.

I do not suggest this place, Ive went a few times and they were all okay, up until this last cut. I showed a picture of the type of haircut I wanted, I knew it wouldnt look identical but it should of been similar. I am highly unsatisfied and upset. I even said something after she did the sides, that it was to short and then she continued to trim the top way to much. Not even close to anything I wanted. After I stated I didnt like she offered to fix it but with attitude and fading but didnt fade good, I can see the lines obviously. At the end I just didnt say anything other than I didnt like it, and she still just had attitude.and didnt even apologize Probably just going to go somewhere else with better atmosphere . The stylists name was Jessica. Wouldnt recommend her. Also after we said something, she turns around and roles her eyes at the other stylist, Im really disappointed with my experience there.
