Well organized clean place with great helpful employees. They help me find the specific coolant my car needed.

Guy name rome is not helpful at all very rude and was helpful to everyone else. had to come back three time because guy kept giving me the wrong piece for a oil filter . I will not be going to this location

Walked into AutoZone on Murchison Rd in Fayetteville and was helped by Mr. Charles P. From beginning to the end I received amazing service. I got a new battery for my vehicle and a great warranty to go with it ! And to top it all off he even installed it for me ! In the mist of this pandemic it’s nice to know that some people still care about doing their job. Thanks again , I’ll definitely recommend this location for auto part needs!

Nice friendly service fast in & out

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I went in looking for a bulb. When the staff asked if he could take a look at what I was trying to do, he basically told me what I came in for, I already had it and there is no need in purchasing a second bulb Ive already had one that work effectively. I appreciated his honesty and because of that, I will be going back to that particular AutoZone for any items that I need.

Worst customer experience .... literally handed me there equipment and told me too do it myself after I told them I didn’t know what I was doing.

Great staff! I have an older car and I have always had great customer service in this store. My last visit was exceptional..Mitchell was very helpful in helping to diagnose my issues with my car and making sure I had what I needed to get me back riding safely, Melvin helped to get me help with a car part and Ronald not only help me get a better deal on my purchase by making me aware of sales but also helped to assist me in with installing the part. A woman also helped inform me on a gifted item. Thank you for all your help and going the extra mile Murchison AutoZone, you will continue to get my business whenever it is warranted in the future!

The staff welcomed me as I entered and offered assistance. I asked for recommendation on carpet/upholstery cleaner and was given an excellent recommendation (Turtle Wax brand). Then I had some difficulty with the windshield wiper I purchased but Sara helped install it.

The AutoZone has handicap parking in handicap ramps. The ladies there were very knowledgeable and they helped me a lot and getting the correct alternator. I will be going back there again. And if youre in that area stop by and say hi

I recently stopped in to get my battery checked. The associate was wonderful! He checked my battery, showed me the printout, and did not try to sell me the most expensive product in the store. Better yet, he installed my battery! He was pleasant and efficient. Great service!!

Went in to purchase coolent. I was helped by Sara and Samual, Samuel knew exactly what I needed for my vehicle. He explain that the engine has to be cool before adding any coolent. Great service will go to this Auto Zone in the future..

AutoZone does not carry rebuild kits for brake calipers for DIYers. They also do not offer delivery options for DIYers which makes it difficult for people that need parts delivered to get back on the road.

Went to get some swivel head ratchets and measuring calipers. They didnt carry the calipers but had the ratchets I needed
