We have rented water slides from Just Party multiple times in the last 3 years. Their pricing is fair, I’ve never had any issues with our rentals, and the team that sets up & takes down the equipment has always been great to us, on time, and has done a great job. Highly recommend this company!

They brought chairs dirty. Very nice delivery man wiped them. At pick up they accidentally took 2 of my tables 50 a piece. When I went to get them they asked do the tables have my name on them? Legit question but not keeping track of your inventory to be able to just count, not so legit. They were brand new tables for my moms memorial didnt even get a chance to put my name on them.

Horrible customer service. Put in a rental for daughters birthday. Was told it was going to be delivered the day before. Called to check and was told it wasnt put into the system. The whole phone call the receptionist was rude and dismissive. Will never call this business again. EDIT: As the owner has commented and shown this business is dismissive of any wrongdoing on their part. We called a week prior and spoke to an employee who took all of our information including credit card information. I did not expect to call and get a rental same day that is ludicrous. What I expected was that my original order had actually been placed. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

We rented equipment for my wedding. I am a Pastor with impeccable character and reputation. My congregation rented a screen, projector and speakers. The screen did not fully inflate so we sent it back the same day after we spoke to their representative. We could not use the projector and speakers because there was a broken prong. Now Ive been told we owe them an additional $50 for equipment we could not use. I was told that the prong we informed them was brokeno when we returned it, they said it was broken while in our possession and this is days after we returned it to them, and there is no refund for renting apparently unusable products.I told them we have witnesses from pastors, bishops and business owners this was unusable, faulty equipment.We spent almost $265.00, without any use of these equipment. My congregant stated she will never go to this establishment again.

I recommend Just Party they were simply amazing while renting and delivering. Our church rented the Tropical Slide and the Dunk Both wow we had a spectacular time. JUST PARTY TEAM THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I wish I could put no stars I would because that’s the quality of the equipment and the service I received from the company. The water from the water slide would not go into the pool at the bottom. When I called to make them aware I was told to put a towel there. For a $300 rental. The owner was suppose to call be back twice and never did. I am very dissatisfied and will never go back!!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Traveled here from Iowa to help my son do some tile work and rented a tile saw. The saw didn’t make one straight cut so we scrapped several tile. We gave up on it and dropped the faulty equipment off on our way to Home Depot to rent a different one. Showed the owner the saw and he agreed it wasn’t cutting right and the blade was on wrong but refused to refund the rental fee. Pretty incredible when he verified the saw wasn’t working as it should. Just beware that they don’t back up the quality of their equipment and for $50 are willing to lose a customer.

Rented from here plenty of times. They are always friendly and helpful. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

I had no problems. Great service was unable to get 6ft tables but was given 8ft for same price.

We spent nearly 900.00 and I was not allowed to use the bathroom, it was not open to the public! Really I believe at 900.00 plus later at that point, Im a paying customer, not the public. Trailer had no working lights. The equipment we rented had to be worked on before they could start it, Also had to pump up trailer tires, we will be amazed if what we rented stays running during our rental time. Only positive is that they had a wide selection of junk to rent. Good luck..

Rented a lift and got stuck 35ft in the air on the first time I went up because the battery died within 10 minutes of operation. Was told it would go up and down 15 times fully without any issues. Took it back in an hours time because it was useless to me seeing as I rented it for the weekend and it was dead in 10 minutes. So I call the manager while Im stuck in this boom trying to figure out how to get down and he tells me how to get it down and to bring it back and they will refund me my money and not to worry. I bring it back immediately and once I drop it off he says he cant guarantee me that I will get my money refunded and I will have to contact someone named Don on Monday morning. Well Don dont be late to work Monday because we need to have a talk about my money and the product you offer your customers.

Dont rent here i rented a trash pump that didnt work took it back for another that didnt work either. Then once I asked for a full return because neither pump didnt work they told me that you rent at your own risk and that if the equipment dont work they will still charge you full price and all you get back is your deposit. Stay away these people are just renting old broke down equipment

I was late setting up for my event because the equipment showed up 20 minutes before my event. When the two guys pulled up the Caucasian guy was super nice but the other guy with the dreads was already upset and blasting music on his phone or a portable speaker so loud I could not even hear myself tell the other guy where to sit the stuff. The popcorn machine was a faulty machine and we have pictures where a nail from the pot fell down in the popcorn and if we were not alert someone could have had that popcorn in there bag. I will be looking to legal action for compensation for not being within the contract that stated that it would be delivered 1 to 3 hours before my event and the faulty machine. I have rented from here for the past 4 years for my kids parties and this year was the worse between the worker hanging up on me when trying to book it to the tardiness of the equipment. Get your business and staff together!!!

About a month ago I got a party package for my daughter’s birthday. Mind you the party continues && the kids had a great time the inconvenience was just to me. When delivered the “FROZEN” bounce house smelled like a wet rag. As I go inside it was slimy and wet. I cleaned it from top to bottom. As WE are setting up or table and chairs a table was broken. I did call to see if I could swap them out && just got busy. The spin art machine wouldn’t even work & did not have instructions . The snowcone machine #14 to be exact door did not close and water leaked everywhere. I sent an email, funny thing is I didn’t even want my money or a discount but they didn’t even acknowledge what was brought to their attention.

Awesome service. I rented a few items for my wedding ceremony in my yard. Due to everything we decided to have a small ceremony at home. Awesome service great people in this store. We rented a bounce house for Labor Day Weekend. I went to the store and signed the paperwork. Customer service was great and delivery workers were pleasant and on time (early). It was worth the money and I do recommend Just Party & Equipment Rental to anyone for the bounce houses.

Literally just walked in and wanted to rent 8 tables and some chairs... No one and I mean no one said a word to me... Didnt ask if I needed anything... NOTHING... I wouldnt spend a dime here...

I went on their website and wrote down the exact name of everything I wanted to order with my package. Called and talked to someone who helped me book it.....my party started at 4 and they arrived at about 3...delivered the wrong bounce house...didn’t deliver the materials for the cotton candy machine nor did they provide the materials for the carnival game. I was not present when they delivered it but arrived 15 minutes after...called and spoke to a gentleman who told me they can deliver the correct one before 4 (only because I was complaining and wanted to speak to the manager). I agreed that if they brought it by 4 all is forgiven. 4:15 rolls around and they never brought the correct bouncy nor called back to tell me they weren’t coming. I called back and another gentleman told me what I ordered should have been taken off the website because they no longer have it...(of which is their problem not mine...I’m just the paying customer)...also that I could go buy my own paper for the carnival game...(after I had been told at booking that paper would be supplied by them). I never got the cotton candy materials or carnival game materials. Monday spoke with the manager who did refund me for the cotton candy and carnival but WOULD NOT give me back any funds I paid for the bouncy. I wasn’t asking for all of my money back but seeing as though I ordered one thing and received something completely different...I should have been reimbursed a portion since I did not get what I actually paid for. Last year was great with them but this year the deposit is higher and the management in my opinion will rip you off. I would not recommend them, as a matter of fact when I was waiting to talk to management, another woman had a dispute going on and he had to reimburse her and she has been dealing with them for 7 years....they use to be 5 stars but I will give them a 1.5 star and will be taking my business else where from here on out

Just Party & Equipment rented my husband a defective wood chipperHe picked it up at 3 pm on Saturday got home with the machine about 4:30 got it setup about 5 pmAbout 5:30 the belt jumped off he called to inform them that the belt came off. Employee stated they closed at 6 and suggested bring it back in. My husband explained that we lived over a hour away and there was no way we could get there by 6pm. Employee stated they was closed on Sunday.Returned it as planned Monday morning instead of refunding the money for not begin able to use the equipment now they saying we are responsible for replacing the belt.They rented us a machine they knew was defective and now want us to pay for a new belt. Seems like some scammers using other ppl to keep maintenance their equipment. If anyone do decide to use any equipment from them make sure you test at their location so that you will not be ripped off like they are doing us. They are charging us 217 dollars for equipment we was only able to use for about 30 minutes. The rental was for 117 from Saturday 3 pm until Monday 9 am. The belt is supposedly a 100 to replace.Customer service was good up until they swiped my husband card. They did not exhibit any care or concern when they was informed that that machine had stopped working within 30 minutes of use. And to make matters worstcharge us more money after they just got a 117 dollars for free. This issue could have been resolved much more easier than they chose to handle the situation

The customer service was AMAZING!! I rented a water slide inflatable for a surprise party. They delivered on time and made sure everything was set up properly for a fun time!! Along with that, we rented for 4 hours but the owner extended it to us for the weekend at no additional cost. I believe the delivery drivers were really backed up making deliveries so it all worked out to have for extra fun all weekend! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

This is our third thing we have rented We gave them another shot for the benefit of the doubt the first one was a bouncy house that had a big hole in the back of it when we got it and blew it up and we had to tape it The second one the blower wouldnt work, and the velcro wouldnt stay up and now we got one and the velcro wont stay up and theres a hole at the very top of it and it is just not the quality that it should be for what you pay

Please remember this.....people generally write bad reviews when they dont know how to use the equipment rented and want to learn how to use it for free or want a huge discount for a very minor problem that could be easily resolved. All safety equipment is in place and when you dont READ the precautions or follow the instructions, then you are the source !! We serve on average over 100 contracts per week and strive to meet or exceed every persons needs that we serve! As a man...A majority of men will NOT read instructions, follow safety precautions or take advice from experienced people and then blame the business for their lack of success in the project. Most of these same type of reviewers are a nightmare to restaurants everywhere.....cant cook a lick yet every time they dine out ,theres always something wrong that warrants a free meal or hence the terrible review...and no tip,lol!! P.S.- NEVER look into a running brush chipper and be shocked that wood chips will be flying in there!!!

I would recommend that anyone shop around . This rental office was quick to take my payment but was not professional nor prompt for service . I paid full amount In advance prior to my child’s birthday party . I rented equipment from 1-5. I was told specifically that delivery guys would come one hour prior to set up. Delivery guys came a hour late which was 2. Owner wants to keep emphasizing that he’s running the business under new establishment and he has nothing to do with previous experiences. Clearly doesn’t matter it’s a new owner still same situations. I was told i would receive a credit back for inconvenience still no credit. Shop elsewhere. Happy time party rentals are great professional and on time . Poor customer care the owner was ready to argue back and forth instead of taking full ownership and offering what can be done to solve my issue . Stay away !

Rented a wood chipper and the safety features were damaged and they still charged me for the rental even though i did not use the equipment. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend to anyone for anything.

This is a great place to get keys made, to rent special equipment for work on your lawn, or to rent equipment for hosting an event. The staff is great.

Rented 20 chairs over the weekend! Fast service! Issue with my card / cash payment...overall great atmosphere ! Will be using them again soon!

Showed up late by four hours, didnt have enough drop cords. The blower couldnt blow the bounce house up, didnt leave all the tables and chairs. Hours later someone shows up with another blower but no drop cord, we had to take one from our trail. The bounce house finally gets blown up, but not 15 minutes later it collapses on top of the kids. We get it blown up again, but it collapses. We try blowing it up multiple times, but every time it deflates. Just ask rental says we need one more drop cord, we try that but it turns out that the bounce house has a large hole in it. We call JAR and they say that they will bring us a new bounce house. Three and a half hours later we call back and say that they arent bringing the bounce house. Thanks for disappointing 30 kids.

I had a large oyster roast for my birthday a couple weeks ago. The weather took a turn for the worst and Just Ask was able to provide me with tents, lights and heaters to cope with the implement weather! All the equipment was in great condition. I couldnt have done it without them!!

Absolutely horrible service!! They were so rude!! We rented a tent and didnt even get to see it before hand and they didnt want to deliver it for us even though you cant come and get a tent for pick up. They acted like they were doing us a favor but we paid $371 for everything we got. The excuse was that they werent from North Carolina so they didnt know where we were talking about. Just so absolutely rude!!! I will not go back!!!

Very late review however WOULD NOT recommend this place. First off customer service was ok, I bought a party package of about $300 or more for my daughters birthday asked for the arrival time to be 2hrs prior to my event time, my event time was set for 2:00pm and the day of my event it was about 2:30 and still no party equipment!!!!! I called several times asking where the delivery person was and the response I got was I’m not sure I can’t track him down he isnt answering the phone. Finally after calling so many times the manager decides to run out the delivery themselves. Equipment didn’t get to my house until 3:00-3:30! Then I realize the bounce house was DISGUSTING they DID NOT give me my carnival game I paid for, then once I called while the party is already happening I spoke with someome and the response I then got was we didn’t have that game so I gave you extra flavors for the snow cone machines, mind you I looked at the tag and it was about 4.00 for each extra bottle and they only gave me two which I know that price was not equivalent for what I paid for the carnival game. The lady was decent enough to give me back a delivery fee of $50 but really? After my guests with their kids had to wait for the bounce house to arrive and enjoy them selves not right. Last thing the day they came to pick up the equipment I sent pick up for 12:00pm and these people decide to come at about 9:00am! Late to my event but super early for pick up. Overall experience NEVER again and I would not refer!

This is an unforunate reason to have to review a company. The gentlemen that came to deliver the equipment were awesome. The equipment on the other hand Is my complaint. First it was very dirty and it was a waterslide boince house that was completely covered in sand making it a pretty rough and non pleasant experience. Second, it was damaged and had duct tape holding essential parts together. Third, this was probably the most dangerous design ive ever seen. It was a a water slide that we thought went into a pool from the pictures on the site. In fact it was a waterslide that literally ends at a velcro covered wall. Within ten min two children crying and one adult was in pain. Fourth, we paid over $300 for very specific delivery only to last minute be told they had to deliver it a day early which was Friday and gave us one hours notice causing me to leave work early to ensure my daughters bday was still going as planned. Only for them to show up three hours later. We called to get it exchanged for a different unit and were told almost certainly we could. The next day the owner Ray said no and that we would only get more duct tape for repairs. So i spent over $300 and misses oit on some work for a dirty, damaged, and extremely dangerous piece of equipment that parents have already stated they dont woant their children on. Im debating on a sall claims case im very unsatisfied.Update, they swapped out the unit for an improvement. My change from one star to two is entirely because of the delivery staff. Those young men were Awesome Redd made more poor experience a good one. A company is only as good as its employees and they did an excellent job and showed professionalism.

Save your time and money by avoiding this place. All of their equipment is garbage and Tom in the front is the most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with. After returning a piece of faulty equipment I walked in the front office and heard him running his fat mouth about me.
