They seem to have difficulty with getting stains out! I constantly get the dreaded “white card” stating they were unable to get the stain out…so I wash it myself, get the stain out and then send it in to be ironed! Annoying. So essentially, I pay for dry cleaning, get it back stained , have to wash it myself then get charged again to press it again! I need to look for a better option.

We have used Elite Cleaners for 14 years. They do a superb job cleaning all of our clothes regardless of material or delicacy. In 14 years they have never ruined , damaged , or harmed any garment. More importantly there have been three separate times during that period where I have accidentally left large amounts of money or a wallet in a jacket or trousers that was returned to me immediately upon locating it.One of their services that they innovated with first in the market is home pick up and delivery which saves us tremendous time and is super convenient. During that. No garments I’ve ever been lost or incorrectly delivered.I have always found their employees to be courteous, hard-working, and customer oriented. Just last week I neglected to put out laundry for pick up and despite a short window they were able to except the clothing and deliver it on our regularly scheduled Date.It’s impossible for me to imagine any circumstance that I would ever change them from my supplier of cleaning services.

Asked specifically for a small stain to be taken out (just from Mac and cheese). And the stain did not come out in the slightest. Essentially paid for nothing.

The staff is very professional and friendly and the dry cleaning itself is always perfectly done. I took advantage of an email special for a discount to clean/launder a comforter. When I dropped off the item on a Thursday afternoon, I figured it would take a week for them to process the order. The claim ticket the employee gave me said that my order would be ready on Tuesday, but I received a text on Monday that my order was ready for pick-up! I know it wont always be the case, depending on their workload, but it was nice surprise that my order was completed ahead of schedule. Thanks!

Avoid this dry cleaners. I gave them dozens of chances over years of time (shame on me, right?), quitting them finally when I discovered Ozark Cleaners. Then Elite cleaners bought Ozark Cleaners and shut them down, so I tried Elite Cleaners again, hoping theyd improved. They hadnt.More often than not, I have had to make two trips to Elite Cleaners to have a single article of clothing dry cleaned. The first time to ask them to dry clean it. The second time, after picking it up, Ive had to go back and ask them to dry clean it again, because there are still major wrinkles, or the item still has a distinct odor, or there are simple, easy-to-remove stains that they clearly didnt even try to remove. The second time always fixed it, proving that it could have been done right the first time.It got so bad that when I would get my clothes from them, I would immediately take them out of the plastic at the counter and inspect them, because I had been too trusting before and gone home with them uninspected, only to find that I would have to make another trip back to Elite Cleaners to have the same article dry cleaned again. This became routine. I have wasted so many trips to Elite Cleaners due to their countless failures.I wont bore you with the countless negative stories, but will keep it simple. Odors werent removed on numerous occasions; stains were not removed that other dry cleaners actually did remove; they stained clothing that hadnt previously been stained, and then when I pointed it out, removed it, but there again, I had to make two trips to have one article properly cleaned; and staff was generally unfriendly, but thats more like icing on the cake. I can stand no icing on a cake. But if the cake itself is bad, bitter icing just makes it worse.Do not use this dry cleaning service.I have since switched to Fashion Cleaners and I actually look forward to taking clothes there. Staff are knowledgable, seasoned, and very friendly every time I visit. They actually know me, after only a few trips, and take time to chit chat and smile. They are not devious like the staff at Elite Cleaners, trying to hide mistakes. Theyve removed stains that Elite Cleaners never was capable of removing. The most important thing is this: I actually trust them. Go to Fashion Cleaners. You will be happy you switched.

This business is horrible! I took six pairs of my handicapped mothers pants in to be hemmed. She is a double amputee and her pants had already been cut off and just needed to be hemmed. They did not inform me up front what the charge would be, but I guessed it would be reasonable. So what did they charge? $21.00 a pair! Yes, that is correct. The pants themselves were around $9.00 new at Walmart when she purchased them. The man upfront said that he felt bad and would give me a discount. My mom ended up paying $75.00 for this and the hem looks very bad on each pair of pants. What makes it even worse is that she is on disability and has a very limited income. I am disgusted with Elite Cleaners.

It was my fault for not asking but $54 to launder 2 sleeping bags was a little steep. I also had difficulty trying to get the zippers back together. But I was very happy with the quality of the service and your customer service was great.

I dropped the blanket off a week and a half ago. They lost it. Then lied to me saying it wasnt lost but wet which was a clear lie because its an open room I saw them freaking out looking for it. Im not an idiot. I called to check on it and she said oh yeah, we found your blanket! Excited. They didnt even follow through with calling me back when it dried aka when they found it. Definitely not going back.

Im SUPER happy Elite uses the tiny barcode system instead of putting a million pin holes in my fine clothes. They also pressed a pair of my husbands pants just perfect after several issues with the prior cleaners. I also appreciated they use skirt hangers, again instead of pinning my nice skirts to blouse hangers.

This was my first time to use Elite Cleaners and as for as customer service goes I cannot say enough good things. The staff was courteous, helpful and even gave me the 20% discount I was due without the actual coupon in hand.

No stars! I went here because they had good ratings. I had a comforter that needed to be washed, and I was too scared to do it myself, in the case I would tear it up. But in the end after picking up my comforter it was burnt on all the edges and corners. The care label says tumble dry low and remove promptly. Very disappointed and I will never come here again.

On my first trip to this dry cleaners I brought a shirt that had tiny pintucks around the collar. They ironed them into a ruffle and then when I pointed it out they fixed it and didn’t charge me for the cleaning. I decided to give them a second try with the ruffled shirt in two different colors and a dress. When I went to pick up my items, they only had two of them ready. The white ruffled shirt still had pit stains and a faint stain that I had pointed out to them to clean. Getting out put stains and the other stain was the reason I bought that shirt to the dry cleaners and they completely failed. They also ironed out the pin tuck pleats into a ruffle, AGAIN. The navy ruffled shirt that did not have stains they said was not ready as it had been sent out to take care of a stain (which it did not have). After reading all the reviews, I realized this was probably code for them having lost my item and taking longer to try to retrieve it. I won’t be using them again.

Excellent front door service...doesnt get any better than Elite!!!! Put your clothes in the bag in the porch, they come through your neighborhood to pick them up. Then, your clothes are delivered right back to your front door within a day or two!! Love it!!!

We have only been here two months. They have ruined one shirt, one bed skirt and now they have lost a $150 pair of pants. They dont check items in for a count and now they are acting like it is our fault. CRAPPY service and always excuses for their mistakes. Even claimed a shirt was ours and we needed to pick it up. WASNT ours. Sad!

I am new to Fayetteville and this was my first time to use Elite Cleaners. The staff was very friendly and my comforter looked great after they were done! It was ready for pick up as promised. I will definitely be back!

I took a dress to get it altered, and first off when they walked me to the changing room and it appears that they have not cleaned or vacuumed in years. Random clothes all over the floor, dirt. They told me they could alter the top, but not the bottom. I came to pick it up and they couldnt find it, eventually did and said they couldnt fix it and were supposed to call (but did not). When you get things altered there is a timeline, very unprofessional. Plus they had a child help working. Never going back.

I’ve been using Elite cleaners since moving here 2 months ago. I spend a few hundred dollars a week on my dry cleaning. With my last drop off, I got a call a few hours after dropping off my bags with my name and information on the bags, and someone had called to see if I knew some man I’d never heard of. They had mixed my clothing with another persons clothing! I’ve been told on numerous occasions a manager would be in touch since June 28th......I’ve yet to be called even after I have called back several times to finally get to speak to the manager. This place is more expensive than anywhere in town, and now that this issue is STILL not being addressed I’m convinced that the items I’m missing, are not only gone forever but the management could clearly care less about satisfied customers. I wonder if ownership cares?

Most of my garments were dry cleaned great. One item I had mentioned starch and special detail to pockets came back with some wrinkles and the pockets all wadded up and made the outfit look funny. I had to iron again when I got home. Other than that, my clothes were good. Cost was 60 for 9 garmets. Parking is kind of a pain. I will def fo back for any dry cleaning needs. They were very timely and prompt.
