Very safe environment. The attendant is very helpful and there seems to always be an open washer and dryer. Take no time at all to get everything done.

A pretty disgusting customer experience, I went into the store to see what it was like, going to have to be doing laundry out of the house for a while, so Im trying to find a new place. Of course I dont have all my laundry with me, Im just looking for a new place, and I take a picture to get an idea of what this place is like for future reference comparatively, and then one of the employees aggressively asks me (without his mask) why Im even taking pictures. I tried to explain myself, but overall he was pretty antagonistic. Definitely wont be coming here, or recommending anyone do.

I love this place, it’s so conveniently located and a safe area but...there’s cockroaches. I first saw a baby one then in my mind I said “where there’s one there’s another”-about 20 minutes or so I saw one a pregnant one on the table. Smh this place has potential but you have to clean up, especially with COVID. But cleanliness in general is extremely important!!!

Unbelievable, you arrive to pick your clothes up from the cleaners at 7:03pm to be told that they’re closed. According to the website closing hours are at 8:00pm. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional, not to mention that our jeans were paid for in advance and was inconvenienced for 5 additional days waiting on one person to get a stain out of the pants leg that wasn’t there prior. Well enough said, they just lost a faithful customer. I’ll be happy to take my business somewhere else. Thank you for your unprofessional business. If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would.

Patrick the manager or owner is so unprofessional. I should have known when I drop my items off that this was not this place based solely on his unprofessional attitude At the counter. If it were possible to give Al’s Glamorama dry cleaners a zero/an “F” for service and customer service that’s exactly what I would give them. I paid $30 to have a queen size, quilted, mattress topper dry cleaned. It was destroyed. I didn’t even receive a courtesy phone call letting me know that my property was destroyed nor did I take that property home with me I was asked what the value of this mattress topper was and I let him know that I pay approximately $80 a year ago. Of course he couldn’t make a decision with me standing at the counter, so he called my cell and left a message offering me $60. When I returned his call to express my dis-satisfaction with the $60 reimbursement considering I paid $30 to have the mattress pad cleaned/destroyed. Needless to say unprofessional Patrick was not happy with the notion of having to pay me back the $30 for the service that I did not receive. Stating he was being very generous with me and trying to work with me; since my mattress pad was over a year old. He was rude and would not allow me to explain why I was not satisfied with $60. I asked him if we needed to go to small claims court for such a small amount of money. He hung up in my face. Save your money and your time; use another dry cleaners. We will be going to court.

Both employees needs to do alot more cleaning and Sanitizing of every single thing people touch. From doors to every single washer machine and dryers, tables chairs. On washer machine Im talking about doors and where we put our laundry detergent and fabric softener, bleach area as well. Before, during and after every single usage of washer and dryer!!! You really need to crack down on cleaning to help STOP spread of coronavirus...... Thank you

I have been a long time customer of Al’s Glamorama. I adore the staff and they also have an array of services. Definitely my cleaners of choice.

Its ok. Dryer broke, so thankfully i wasnt there very long. The place needs some tlc. With the amount of money they charge, that should not be a problem.

I have been going to this cleaners since I moved to Fayetteville about 2 years ago. This has been a wonderful dry cleaners, I am a faithful customer. They are very good at what they do. One key thing that I love about them, is if you are a loyal customer they provide you with discounts on future purchases. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone.

I didnt want to give one star but had to post comment. I went into to do my laundry. The lady was sitting in a chair, feet propped up , mouth open, and asleep. I wish I could get paid to sleep at my job! I even went to the change machine like two good steps from her, all those quarters dropping never woke her up. While I was there a guy washing his stuff tried to find her because the wash machine locked his clothes inside. She was no where to be found. Also, so when are you allowed to take kids to work with you.

This cleaners is the absolute worse! They are unprofessional and does not do a good job. I’ve picked up several clothes that were wrinkle and did not have the creases that I requested. Recently they lost my items on a pair of pants. The lady told me they would look for my belongings and call me to let me know. Of course they never called me back. I called them and was on hold for 20 minutes... then I was hung up on. I went back to the shop and they told me that they were going to look again and someone would definitely call me back this time... no one called.. I went to the cleaners again and the lady told me that “Pat” doesn’t know what to do... The right thing to do is to replace my items that were lost by your employees... if you cannot find the items individually then you must replace the pants completely. This is the right thing to do. I work too hard and too long... to have my belongings lost at the cleaners and no one feels the needs to help... call back ... or even have the decency to at least at like they care. This is an unprofessional cleaners with horrible customer service. Trust me... do not even waste your time. If I could give give zero stars I would. Let’s see how long it takes Pat to call me. This is just sad it really is.... if it were they belongings they would they would care. It should be customers first!! Always

It needed improvement washing machines are so nasty from other customers fabric softener, dryers not hot enough it took a lot of quarters to dry your clothes. This laundromat should have only gotten 0 star, because theyre ripping the customers off. The health inspector should shut it down, the $2 white machines the water is not enough. I got go into the bathroom to fetch some to fill up them damn machine, that woman she is a loud mouth and also a bully and all that curse words. It even has this terrible smells they even allow the customers to sit on the folding table and eat their food, and dirty clothes put in them cart and in the dryers. Worst laundromat in hope mills road.

The laundromat was clean. The machines were clean, they all seemed to be in good working order. There was a nice quite atmosphere.

Not happy at all, over charge in a JR ROTC uniform cleaning and overcharged in a bad way for a dress. I have had the same dress cleaned for $12.00 and they charged me 34.99. I will never come back!!

Consumers beware! I took my $698 Kate Spade wool coat to this establishment to be dry cleaned and they completely ruined it. When I picked it up, it had been shrunk from a womans size 8 to a childs size 10 (it literally fit my 10 year old daughter). Due to the significant decrease in size, the coats beautiful liner was hanging 3 inches below the bottom of the coat. Now, accidents do happen and although it was my favorite coat, and not to mention, the coat I wore home when my mother passed away, I still waited patiently for the owner to give me a call. Despite my numerous phone calls and attempts to meet with the owner, I have still yet to be contacted. As a Soldier, I have used dry cleaners to press my uniforms for over 20 years of service and have NEVER had an issue like this. Ruining an item is one thing, refusing to address the issue and take responsibility when they are liable is bad business.

Prices are high but very clean friendly place

I agree with the other customers be aware they ruined four good pair of pants now I am out of work pants. Simple they had a pair of pants to go by and hem the others the same length. Well now all four pants are capri pants. How did that happen. I didnt want to leave one star but I had to click one star so I can leave a review.

I used the wash dry fold service last week and was extremely disappointed when I got my laundry home. My 9 year old son could have done a better job of folding clothes. Most of them were inside out and all of them looked like they were wadded up then thrown into the bag! I will never go back!!!

Clothing came out very clean, and very dry, smelled nice, and for a pretty cheap price. only complaint is id usually have to use a dryer twice to get my clothes completely dry, but usually its not too much of an issue, as they arent soaking wet.

The lady that work there has a potty mouth. I stop going there bcuz of her. Nobody wants to hear her 📱 conversations, grandchild running around, she yelling at him, him sitting on the table smh. She talks to herself, talks loud and cusses like a sailor.somebody needs to do something about it!
