First time here and I must admit I am very impressed. The facility is CLEAN and SPACIOUS! It’s so important especially during this pandemic we’re in. They have charging stations and a small café area. I also am pleased by the fact that the washers and dryers accept debit/credit cards! Thank you so much!

They know how to run a business, the place is always clean ,including the restrooms, someone is always there and willing to help if you need it. They are very professional and very friendly. They take pride in shop. Perfect hrs and stay open later in case you cant get there until after you get off work. I lived in Fayetteville five years ago I moved to Griffin and Im back in Fayetteville now and Im right back using them like I said you never have to worry about anything in the place is so clean and well taken care of it means a lot thanks for taking such good care of your business and your customers

So, a couple days ago I came in to wash 2 loads of laundry. It wasnt much. But I asked the employee Lyn a question about the machine and detergent and she was absolutely rude and didnt give me a straight answer. I went to family dollar and purchased some detergent. When I came back Lyn was nowhere to be found, she was outside smoking. She did this several times. I have come here a few times and I have had great service from other employees. Lyn might be a new employee but I will NOT be coming back at when I see her working.

Great place to do laundry or have it done for you! The employees were very friendly and helpful. Tons of machines in very capacities. I washed my king comforter with no issues. Its been forever since Ive been to a laundry mat so I was surprised to see they took credit cards. They also have a change machine available. Cool, clean and internet with vending and tv!!

This was my first visit to Kwik Wash. I went in there to wash 2 queen size comforters. Everyone was so helpful and the facility was very clean. I decided to pay to have them wash my comforters and shams. They came out beautifully, a job well done!!!!! Very pleased with the service.

This is a wonderful establishment! I highly recommend! They have an ATM, accept cards or coins in the machines.

Very Clean, all machines seemed to be working although many had credit not working and it was cumbersome to unload wash to other machines, there was a small paper over credit card area that wasnt noticeable until ready to use.

Staff is always pleasantly welcoming. Clean and safe. Bathrooms are very clean.

The owners always talk to the customers and make them feel welcome.

Horrible. !! Google says 11pm closing I arrive at 10:10 and was told I couldn’t wash my clothes ! need to update your hours. After a long day of work and wanting to wash clothes && couldn’t. JUST SAD !!!! Obviously they don’t care for members of the community. ! If they did I Would have been able to do my 23 min wash according to their physical website and dry my clothes and go home. What’s staying open 2 or 5 mins later than usually. Real businesses who value their community will make sure their hours are up to date! Also by caring for members of community who make them a buck !!!

Needed to was a big comforter. Sute was clean, comfortable and staff was pleasant.

In a word...Stellar This is my new Favorite Laundry Mat the only thing that could make it better would be if they got Pac Man! The Staff and Owner are simply just really nice people and they have thought of and produced everything you could need to get your laundry done. I think Ill try the drop off service next time.

Best laundry facility Ive ever been to..clean, ALL machines work..they have games and food areas..and plenty of chargers for you cell and they even have usb attachments..they have coffee (free) and plenty of good snacks in the vending machine...

I just went to this place I thought I would get a pleasant experience. Not! The clerk went back and forward with me over a quarter . She was mad because her machine is broken . I requested my money back to moved to a different machine. I would never come here again . Bad customer service to go back and forward over a single quarter . I will never spend another dime at this place ever again.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I love it! The place is always clean and the staff is pretty friendly. This place gets kind of packed so I always try to do laundry very early or right before they close. The prices are great as well. Well worth the drive if you need a local laundromat!

My first time visiting and the Host/ Owner gave me a quick tour of the machines. Everything is easy to use and clean. They have different priced machines due to whichever load size you need, a game room, snacks and their WIFI is perfect. The workers are professional and nice. God Bless this business.

I have been a patron for many years since we are on a septic tank. This is one of the cleanest, customer friendly laundry facility. The workers are kind and will assist you if there is a need!

Nice faulty. Free WiFi but the machines are sneaky. I’ve had to notify the staff multiple times a quarter didn’t register when I put it in (less time). What they don’t tell you is even if you try and increase the time in the washer for more money it will still wash it for the same amount regardless. This place was reason I decided to buy a washer and dryer. I still come to wash my king comforter but I use my card and pray to get it over with quickly. Not sure their COVID-19 friendly either best advice wear gloves

Clean. Machines are well maintained. Waiting area and folding areas are clean and handy. Large washers make cleaning comforters, sheets and bulky items easy.

This is a well run home town business. Plenty of clean, up to date washers, and dryers with not one out of service. Easy to operate with credit card options for payment on every machine. Several extra large commercial washers, so I could easily fit my very bulky king size comforter in it. Two very helpful guys, the staff were working, so when I had an issue with payment with the dryer, my problem was cheerfully solved. Clean, safe and up to date -highly recommend!

First visit was the day before Thanksgiving. Their was an employee sitting outside assisting with giving carts so people could get their clothes from the car to the building. I was with 3 kids so it was very much appreciated! Facility was clean and employee placed something on tv my kids would sit and be entertained by. I would return and recommend this location.

Very clean, many washers/dryers both coin and credit card operated, numerous large screen TVs all around, a bathroom, vending machines with supplies and snacks, change machines, drop off service, and reasonable rates- friendly and professional attendants. There are wheeled baskets for you to bring laundry to and from your car. I drive 10 miles out of my way to do my laundry here.

The Cindy is the best, she went out of her way to help me. I havent been to the wash In over 30 yrs. She was amazing

I visit this place about every 3 weeks and have been doing so for several years dating back to the previous owners. Ive always appreciated the cleanliness of the premises. Today was a troubling experience. None of the employees were following any of the Covid-19 guidelines. No masks or cleaning or wiping down of the machines or folding tables was happening. There were two official employees, the daughter of an employee, the owner & two contractors filling the vending machines & changing ceiling tiles while I was present and none of them were wearing masks or taking any safety precautions for their customers. Aside from the 6 people I mentioned, there were 7 additional people, including myself, present doing laundry. Yes, 13 people confined to a 600 sqft space with no one wearing masks. There was an older couple who were loosely wearing their masks but after a conversation with the owner, their masks came off permanently. Given the fact that data suggests that Covid-19 cases are still on the rise, I found these conditions alarming. I seriously suggest code & health inspectors start to rate businesses as Covid-19 safe or unsafe to give businesses an incentive to implement better practices as we strive as a nation to get beyond this epidemic. What I observed this morning is definitely not adding to the solution of helping us all get back to normal.

They provide wifi, a microwave, coffee, vending machines, change machines, bill breakers, video games, tvs, paper towels and a place to eat while you wait. The little things make a big difference. I only go there if Im having a problem with my washer at home or need to wash a huge comforter. The machines are clean, its bright in there and not scary looking. Great place!

The nicest laundromat Ive been to. Extra clean, friendly staff, alot of space, plenty of washers and dryers, cool inside and has a spacious waiting area inside and outside while you wait for you clothes. They also have a eating area, plenty of snack machines and a game room. Washer range from $2.50- $11.50 depending on size washer needed and dressers .25 for 7 min. Dryers get extra hot all clothes were dry using .75

We’re having a washer/dryer delivered next week but in the meantime I think I’ve discovered the Holy Grail of Laundromats! Clean, quiet, friendly atmosphere. Well-lit with lots of signage. Up-to-date and fully functional washers and dryers that operate with coins, your debit/credit card, or the laundromat’s loadable loyalty card.Nice big flatscreen TVs everywhere all set to a non-intrusive volume. Lots of seating, lots of tables for folding laundry. Game room, snack machines, clean and modern-looking bathrooms. This place is a joy! I honestly can’t say enough nice things. All laundromats should be like this Kwik Wash.

I visit this location once a month to wash all of my comforters and other heavy linens (I have a lot of animals). It is very clean and reasonable. Never had a problem with non functioning equipment. Staff always on site to assist. I can work on my computer with the free wi-fi

I love this laundromat! I lived in the Ellenwood area, and I drive 22miles just to wash my clothes there. Its is always clean, the staff is so helpful, I feel comfortable being there.It takes me an hour and a half to wash, its a good atmosphere, wish I had one and my area

I went there after reading the reviews on here, and I concur it is a nice place to do laundry, it was clean, and had a very convenient setup with the machines. Also the lady working was very nice, respectful, and helpful. Cost is not bad it was average... Great place I highly recomend!!!

The care that was put into this place, you just have to see it. They have thoughtfully transformed the laundry ‘experience’. So extra. Apple Pay machine, fans to keep air extra cool and dehumidifier, cable, sanitizer stationS everywhere. If some one dreamed the ideal coin laundry, this would be it.

I would give this laundrymat 10 stars if it were possible! They have a huge washer that holds 100 pounds of laundry (or 5 king comforters or 7 queen comforters) in 1 load for $11.75 (its $12.75 if you select the HEAVY soil level; machine said 32 minutes but I timed it and it was a 50-minute wash cycle). I was able to fit 5 loads in there comfortably with extra space still. I used 3 dryers for them. The dryers are 25-cents per 7 minute increments. Clean laundrymat. At least 8 flat screen TVs that I saw. The TVs are not loud, so it’s a comfortable peaceful atmosphere. The women’s bathroom is painted a ballerina pink and is clean as well, comes equipped with a baby diaper changing station as well. They have these huge red bins you can roll out into the parking lot to your vehicle to transport everything in one trip (instead of multiple back and forth loading and unloading trips with those standard laundrymat metal wire baskets). Vending machines, an arcade game machine and a basketball machine, tons of laundry detergents, dryer sheets and fabric softeners for sale, even a microwave (clean), condiments station, hot water keurig area as well! The best laundrymat I have ever visited! Safe, well-lit, friendly staff attendant on hand. There’s even a huge bucket of name brand complimentary Halloween candy out for customers. There’s also a hand sanitizer on the wall by dryer 27. Spacious open layout floor plan with 6 long folding tables in the middle.

It was a ways from home but it was worth the trip. Plenty of washers and dryers, lots of basket for your clothes and plenty of space for folding.

The location itself is clean although I can never find anyone to help me. However yesterday I went in to use the laundromat and the machine declined my card three times so I went and pulled cash out of the atm which charged me $3 plus my banks charge of $2.50 for using another company’s atm. TODAY I checked my acct and I have THREE pending charges for $5 each despite the machines declining my card. If you’re going to offer card readers keep them updated and in working order. I’m now having to fight with my bank over this and will be finding a new laundromat.

Clean and nice owners. Attendant asked if I wanted a laudry cart to bring in baskets. They ordered Papa Johns Pizza for all the customers. Attendant is walking around wiping and cleaning all surfaces. This has set an atmosphere for customers to clean as well. I saw customers wiping out carts and tables. Clean bathrooms and free WiFi.

I dont usually write reviews unless a place sucks beyond belief so this is my first positive review. For a Laundromat I dont think you could ask for better. If you want to drop off your clothes they do that. I just dried mine by my self but thier dryers are awesome. Dont over do the quarters because youll burn your clothes....I probably put 40lbs in there and 33 mins is all I need.Oh and the staff is beyond helpful . Its like valet Service for your clothes. You pull up front they literally meet u at your car, bring a big red bin, take your clothes out for you and wheel them in while you park your car. Then they help u on the way out. Theyre so helpful its almost kinda weird. Anyway customer service isnt something you find to well in the Atlanta area so to get it at a Laundromat is very refreshing. Do your laundry here.

I was looking for a decent laundromat to dry my clothes at because the one I was JUST washing my clothes at got so loud and overpacked and I had to wait to dry my clothes. So I searched in Fayetteville...because I love Fayetteville and came across this little gem. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was nice, clean, quiet, all the machines worked, staff was nice and NOT overpacked because there was so many machines available for use. This is going to be my new laundry spot. Love this place, so glad I found it!!
