Don was very professional and arrived on time. He called to let me know hed be a little early, which was great so I was prepared. He was very quick and did a great job cleaning! Our rental had very old carpets, but he made them look new. His prices are very affordable. Id recommend his work!

When I called Team Steaming I was putting in a last ditch effort to clean the carpets in a rental that was all but destroyed by a dog with a bad attitude. Don arrived right on time, called ahead and let me know he was on his way, and the only way I can explain it is an angel from heaven walked through my door. He worked miracles and not only got the awful stains out, but the smell is gone too! Im not even joking when I say I was brought to tears after seeing the carpets once he was done. I was just sure he was going to tell me he did what he could but they needed replaced, but nope, he went to work and killed it! Ill never use anyone else again. Don is a master of his craft. I couldnt believe how new the carpets looked. They were heavily soiled with soot from 20 years of burning candles and pets from last owner. Saved me from replacing carpets. Good stuff highly recomend.
