I booked them online to do my moms carpets. They called to let me know they were on the way. They were both friendly and professional. I was able to add on 2 rugs at a reasonable price at the last minute, on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, with no problem.

Stanley Steemer cleaned my living room furniture. It looks amazing! The cleaning techs were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and will definitely use them again.

Carpet wasn’t really dirty mainly needed stairs cleaned. Stairs looked as if I cleaned them with my home carpet shampooer. Not worth $140. Will use another company next time! Big name doesn’t mean good quality in work! Very dissatisfied!

On May 26th 2021 Stanley steamer did somewhat of a rush job cleaning the carpets and left me with fleas. I have two dogs and did not have fleas but within a week or two of them cleaning the carpets now I have to pay for an exterminator because they bring fleas from place to place of the carpets that they clean apparently ..........if you want to take this chance then hire them whether you have animals or not.Dont forget to put money aside to hire a pest control company.

Soaking wet floors, made no effort to work the traffic areas (which were actually small area, next to the bed and in front of the sofa). Just an overall failure and lack of attention to detail, poor training to do right by the customer. No follow up phone call to find out if we were happy with the service. Will NOT use again. They used so much water the underlayment is buckling from delamination! No pride in their workmanship. Then they charged MORE than the original quote.

Ive used them before like 4 yrs ago they were great but this time a young new 2 man crew they we in and out in 15 to 20 minutes and didnt even try to get the stains out of the carpet. I will not use them again any time soon I used to clean it myself but Im getting older and not able but I will ask around for a local that at least will take their time and try to clean the carpet.

Upon arriving Eric and Tj give me a notice that they where on the way. Upon arriving they both where very professional and right to work they did an excellent job on my 3 rooms that I ask to be cleaned. The equipment looked state of the art. They both Did an outstanding job in answering all of my questions I would use this company again because of these guys thanks again good job

They did not call or leave vm prior to let me know they were en route to my house. Nor did they leave a card in the door to say they were at my house to clean the carpet like the rep stated. And I had an appt with them. The rep lied about it! They did not try to call me to offer an apology or offer a discount to reschedule appt! NOTHING! I would not recommend them to noone! And if I could rate them lower, I would!

I called a local company in West End NC that never showed. I then booked at Stanley Steamer on the web (Fayettville, NC). They showed on time, did a great job, worked hard and fast and were fairly priced, . (Essentially the same price as the local company)

Workers were nice and worked hard. I had three chairs, two rugs, and a van steamed. Total price was approx. $300. I was very happy with the service and will use them for future cleaning needs.

Jarrod and his partner did a great job. Scrubbed my carpet until all the liquid charcoal face mask came off of it. My 2 year old went wild and they fixed the problem. If I need them again these two will be the ones I request. Thanks guys!!!!

Cody was polite, professional, assured me my special need item was brought, and introduced his coworker (Matthew). They worked quickly, efficiently... and were finished in no time! I was pleased with the walk-thru, thanked them, and called the office to thank THEM!

Today I had 4 rooms of carpets cleaned in my house, and what a fantastic job was done by the R and R Team ( Richard and Robert ). I havent seen my carpets look this good in many a year. We were very disappointed in the results. They were on time thats why they get a star. our carpet is less than 3 years old no pets or small kids and mostly covers by rugs. We do have heavy traffic ares with dirt and spots and they are still there. We will never waste our money on this company again and will discourage our family and friends by showing them the pictures we took before and after.

When my house flooded in January 2015 while my husband was away, I somehow ended up with this group to come and do the clean up. They sent 2 or 3 vans full of guys to come and clean up all the water. I was hysterical when I was calling around because the entire 2nd level of my home had flooded completely. They got to my house, and got right to work. It ended up being weeks before they were done, just because of the process that has to take place when a property floods. They always called before they came by to check the progress of my house drying out. Always happy and professional. I cannot thank this group enough for the way the whole thing was handled. I think maybe my insurance company were the ones that recommended them, but I was so frantic I dont even remember. It ended being a great thing. These guys are great. Never had a problem. Thanks a million, guys. ESPECIALLY MR KIMBRELL!!!

Its been a month since we had them out to clean two bedrooms and clean grout and seal. Because of my husbands illness, I did not contact them until today. All of the stains on the master bedroom carpet are still there, and the grout was not improved.When speaking with the receptionist today, I was told I must call within ten days to file a complaint and have someone come back. I did explain that my husband had been ill, but she offered no solution. I certainly would not use them again and would not recommend, although Ive had good service with Stanley Steemer in other locations.

Ill give them one star for being on time and doing whatever they did in 15 mins. I say whatever they did bcuz they didnt clean anything. My carpets look the same. Next time, Ill just do it myself. If theres a stain, Im going to use the old ammonia, towel and steaming iron trick.

Great service, great people Ive used a few carpet cleaners and they are by far the best they are very professional, very curtious and very educated on their job they educated me on how to extend the life of all my floors (carpet, tile, and hardwood) they were very informative on every step of the process they offer and protective coat for my carpets that help with future spills and dirt and they also sparyed a sanitizer/deodorizer to kill all bacteria in the carpet and folks Im here to tell you it smelled amazing son much so I bought my own bottle form the technicians they definitely made my old and dirty looking floors shine and smell like brand new I will from now on call Stanley Steemer for all my floor cleaning needsTHANK YOU STANLEY STEEMER

3 stars because the carpet cleaners were nice and professional and did actually do the work. Im not sure if what they were doing was actually removing dirt from the carpet though. I suppose it depends on how dirty your carpets are to start. Ours are 2.5 years old and have been moderately used and cleaned but never professionally. There were also a few dark spots that they did not remove with one pass but some that definitely came off..some red spots that the cleaner said usually dont come up...I think it was washable paint though. We actually were able to scrub off one dark spot in living room with a hand towel after stanly steamer left so they must have at least loosened up the stain. (was actually surprised to see how dirty the towel was after. )I think with another pass or two and another 30 minutes of work the carpets would look much better. All in all, in general most carpets need more than one pass to get most of the dirt out and for the money and the time they spent cleaning, I dont think this company is worth the cost, but I dont have another company to compare to so this may just be general practice.

A one hour window was given for arrival time. Cleaners were late. Original estimate was $327.00 actual total was $581.00. The floors didnt look like they were professionally done. In fact I have had to go out and buy cleaning solution for my carpets and hardwood floor to treat them myself. Will never use Stanley Steamer again.

They totally screwed me and could care less. I intentionally used a big chain to avoid issues with a smaller independent contractor. I submitted a web order and the window I wanted for my move-out carpet cleaning appointment. They called to confirm as well as change the window from 2-5 to 12-3 since they closed early on Saturdays. My last day in the condo I was renting. I cleaned the place, had one last car load and a dog sitting waiting to meet the carpet cleaner for 2.5 hours. We rode around, went to get something to eat, sat in front of my unit for 1.25 of those 2.5 hours. I finally called and they said, Oh, we see your web order, we see where we called to confirm, but somehow it never made it into the computer. What? How do you call to confirm if its NOT in the computer? I didnt MAIL the request. So, I said, ok, I already paid for an extra day since nobody would clean the carpets on New Years, so this is my last day, I have to be out today. Can you send someone? She said, no, all the trucks are in, Im sorry. Wait, you saw it was your error and you wont even attempt to do anything to fix it? Then it hit me, big chain companies will get their money regardless. Small independent contractors will do what is necessary to satisfy the customer because they cant afford to loose even one. Big companies will get more through advertising, word of mouth and the reputation of other franchises. So, I learned my lesson, she could have made it right and prevented my property management company from charging me three times what I wouldve paid, but she CHOSE not to. Therefore, I CHOOSE not to ever use them again and I CHOOSE to tell anyone that will listen how little Stanley Steemer cares about their customers. It wouldve been a simple fix, but good customer service isnt a natural instinct most companies today possess.

I am very disappointed with Fayetteville Stanley SteemerBe careful with them....use Zep carpet cleaner from Lowes that is a whole lot better than Stanley steemer(Fayetteville)...I have used Stanley Steemer(Fayetteville) many times but not ever again!!!!! 5 rooms they were barely here for 1 hour. Ran over it quickly and that was it!!! Stanley Steemer is not what it used to be in Fayetteville......then when I call Fayetteville stanley steemer the lady says she can send another crew on Tuesday....I told her then again I have to stay off my carpet for 5-6 hours she said no you can walk on it as soon as they are finished I told her it is wet when they finish she said yea you can walk on it. I dont want to walk on wet carpet and water all over my feet I paid $214.00 for bad work......I have gotten Zep carpet cleaner from Lowes and it gets the carpet better....these guys were in a hurry

Paid $300 to have tile/grout cleaned and couldnt tell they did anything. They just said the grout was stained. Waste of money!
