Shelly Had called to let me know they were on the way. They arrived within the time I had initially scheduled. Shelly and her partner, Crystal , were both very friendly and easy to talk with. I enjoyed speaking to both of them. Shelly had taken before and after pictures of the ducts and dryer vent. They were very thorough in the cleaning process and have given me peace of mind. The ladies put down a tarp before bringing in their equipment and put on the plastic booties to cover their shoes. They were also very conscious of cleaning up after they completed the job. I am very pleased with the job that Shelly and Crystal did, and I would highly recommend them to others

Let me start by saying I absolutely never leave reviews. However, I have had such a poor experience with Reliable that I feel I need to warn other customers. Six months ago Reliable installed a new air handler, thermostat and water heater in my home. The install crew did a decent job of showing up on time and installing those items. However, within 6 months of install both of these items have malfunctioned. I just want to warn all customers now.. Reliable does not care about its customers. They will not send someone out immediately (can take up to 5 or 6 days for repair), and they may not even show up during their reported window. I have had windows missed multiple times without calls. Furthermore, I have called in after those missed windows for them to tell me there was no appointment on the books. Other companies will come out same day.. not Reliable. I have found they should consider changing their name to unreliable.

I used the plumbing service. The technician was P-Brian and I think he was highly skilled at this job. He installed a new faucet in one of my bathrooms as needed and did a highly successful job in a very short time. I am very pleased with his work and the faucet he installed put in. I have used Reliable for many years to install my heating and air conditioning equipment and also my plumbing needs. I can recommend this company to get the job done

The technicians Brian and Zack are the reason this company is getting a five star review. Every technician who has performed work at our location is top-notch, professional and friendly. Unfortunately, Reliables Customer Service staff leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to any type of professionalism. Havent ever received a truly honest answer from anyone there... and when you ask to speak to Management about your concerns, they find ways to avoid connecting you to anyone. If Management would only address these concerns with their staff, the entire company would be 5 stars. For now, only the technicians deserve this rating.

I made an appointment with Reliable Heating and Air because I like to have maintenance on my system Spring and Fall.Today I was lucky to get a service man named Ray!He came in and was courteous and got straight to work! He showed me things that were wrong. One being that the outside unit was clogged and had to much mulch around it. Ray got here about 11:00 am and stayed until he thoroughly checked out both units.He took my hose and cleaned inside the outside unit and uncovered the wires that were covered. He said my unit needed to breathe.In all the years we have had need of a service man, Ray is over and above any other service men by a 100 miles!He appears to be a well mannered young man. That means a lot! My units are in great shape because of Ray! Reliable Air, Ray deserves a raise!I am going to request him every time for my service!Cynthia Souther

Leslie and her co-worker arrived early and were already working to clean up some things f the water from a busted hot water heater. She explained what Reliable offered and provided us with the written information as well. She was quiet, calm, professional and patient, answering all of our questions, even after she’s left. She also helped us get started with acquiring a water mitigation team. We decided to work with Reliable and Leslie for our new tankless water heater. I had a very positive experience with Brian and his assistant. Brian communicated clearly about the timing of his visit, the steps needed for installation, and gave me a thorough explanation of my new water heater, warranty, and maintenance suggestions. Mo was awesome! My AC stopped cooking and I booked an appointment late at night on their website for the next morning. Mo showed up on time and immediately knew what was wrong. He explained to me how to run my thermostats better to remove pressure from my system to avoid future issues. He also did the full hvac maintenance avoiding a second trip next month. He was super informative and knew exactly what he was doing!

Ive used Reliable for 20 years and have never been disappointed. They are prompt, courteous and willing to work with their customers. Technician, S-Dai installed a new Air unit a month ago, after the install their was an issue which he quickly diagnosed and repaired.

This is the second time Ive called on Reliable for complex plumbing issues. Both Tim and Bill repaired drain pipes under slab. They were very professional and worked well together. They left the work area clean. Did a stellar job installing PVC and repairing slab. Today Bill replaced a 53 year old toilet. He worked diligently to replace and left the work area clean and tidy. Reliable employees all have a remarkable work ethic and explain everything as they go along. This is my go to company now! Fair competitive pricing too.Highly recommend!!

This company is awesome, chad is the man who came for service, very nice and most important an honest man,( which is hard to find these days ) repaired my tankless heater in no time, Amazing i was surprised!The question is why i was surprised? Because last 3 service tech i called for checking this unit has a different opinion, A, need to replace the unit, B, 12 year old its all bad won’t work, C, it will cost 2k to fix a unit, when the dame new one is only for $1400 lol.Chad did a wonderful job in less little time and very reasonable affordable price. We had a fantastic experience with Reliable!We called them on a summer Sunday night after our air conditioning abruptly stopped working and they were able to get a technician out to our house at 8 am the next morning. Our technician, Dylan, was on time, incredibly friendly, informative and quickly identified the problem with our unit.We needed to order a specific part to fix our HVAC, so I called Reliable to relay that we were working on a bit of a time crunch, as we were having a guest stay at our home in a couple of days! Russell answered my call and was a pleasure to work with - he politely responded to all of my questions, alleviated my concerns, provided a prompt & reasonable cost breakdown and was able to get the part to us with time to spare!Great experience all around.

They were able to diagnose, fix, and provide detailed instructions of what to look for/what to do should any future plumbing concerns arise. You get more than just a quick fix with them; they confirmed in several ways that my plumbing issues were resolved before leaving and provided above and beyond detailed notes/documentation of the issues addressed for our records. I called Reliable requesting emergency services. They were able to provide services on a Sunday. Scott did an amazing job of explaining what he was going to do to determine the source of the problem. Before performing the repair, he discussed what could possibly be causing the issue and pricing. Scott got my unit back up and running and I am thankful.

We had a new unit installed and heard a noise we hadn’t heard before. Out of an abundance of caution we called to have someone check it out. Well overall I haven’t been happy due to the fact that I purchased the equipment back in June, however here it is September and I have had (3)different technicians to come service my units. Today I believe that I met one of the best technicians you have in the company and his name is Mike, he’s down to earth and most definitely knows what he’s doing when it come down to the work. Good guy and I would recommend him for any job!!

Efrain arrived at our office building Saturday to assess the a/c unit downstairs. Even though Efrain works in the plumbing department of Reliable, he was was very knowledgeable about the a/c unit. He checked the lines, any leaks, etc. We are closed on the weekends as he did not waste our time. At least we received this information from him. He was on time, excellent communicator and very professional. We will request Efrain for any plumbing needs we should have in the future.

The repair technician arrived on time, was polite, listened carefully to what I heard the system doing when it failed, and was able to identify the problem very quickly. He definitely knew his stuff and is an excellent asset for reliable. Though I was surprised at the cost for how easy it was to fix, I was relieved at the cost to get me back to working. I also realize that the technician was able to zero in on the problem as quickly as he did (while explaining what he was seeing to me) was due to level of knowledge/skill. I was very pleased.

Garrett was our technician and installed our new AC unit and installed zoning so we now have a thermostat for the upstairs and downstairs. He was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a 2 day job and he made it as seamless as possible. Great experience.

Brian was awesome and helped my family out in a difficult situation! A different company installed a new stove and damaged gas line pipe connections and caused a gas leak. Brian came out quickly and was professional, trustworthy, courteous, and conscientious. He and his assistant Mario did a wonderful job of diagnosing and solving our problem. He repaired and replaced gas line, thoroughly checked everything to ensure our safety, and showed pride in his workmanship. You can absolutely trust him to do quality work and get the job done right. He and his assistant Mario also respectfully wore N95 masks at our request to protect at risk family members during this covid outbreak. I absolutely recommend these two and would call them again anytime I need plumbing help!

Service time was good. Unfortunately I will not recommend. They weren’t able to make window 2x. Took two days to get technician to come. Arrive past 10pm at night at a 3-6pm appointment windows. I feel I was overcharged and in away rob blindly. Company not able to give me a breakdown of cost of part ( capacitor) and labor. Technician was here for 30min. Which replaced a part that average cost $18-$75. Charge a flat rate of almost $400. Invoice doesn’t show any information. Just what technician decided to charge. Office has no answer. Just give you the walk around. Choose a more honest company that can provide you a up front price of parts and labor. For customers to make a decision if to pay or not.Technician was polite I give them that.

Adam came out and fixed up our AC unit. He was extremely thorough, and explained what was happening and how he fixed it. This was the first company who had taken the time to ask detailed questions, and really dig in to ding the issues. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I called on Tuesday to schedule a Tech to come out and service my AC unit. I was told some one would be out on Wednesday between 1pm and 5pm, I did not received a phone call nor did a Tech show up. I called after 5pm to see what happen. The Rep that answered said she was just a Answering Service & had no information but would forward my information to a Service Tech to see what happen. Its Friday and no one have called me back yet. Ive been with this company for years and have never had a problem, Ive even referred family members who have purchased their Units. Im not sure whats going on but maybe Outsourcing is not a good idea. By the way, I got my AC service by another company who came out the same day I called. Sorry to say ...Reliable is UnReliable from what I experienced this week. If you would check you will see that I was told there was a balance from a October bill that I never received and I provided the Rep, whose name is Tee by the way, a credit card at that moment and she confirmed the payment made and scheduled a Tech to come out the next day. Someone called me back on Thursday from a private number. I advised them I was busy, I was with a Tech who was there from another company to repair my AC unit. If you checked you will see I have excellent credit, and have no reason not to pay a bill. I didnt see a reason to call back if my AC was getting repair by someone else.

Reliable was supposed to install a ductless heating/air unit for an unfinished basement. The sales rep. Harry French came and sold me on the system being less on my energy bill. I was told that two units would be installed and then we talked about moving my existing units another area away from what would soon be the deck. Reliable was supposed to come Saturday to do both projects. Saturday morning I received a call to reschedule the tech to move the existing units. That was no problem they were coming Wednesday with plenty of time to schedule inspection for the basement. Wednesday came two techs came out and informed us that they didn’t have the right equipment for the job and would be back that evening. Wednesday evening got a call from the installation manager and was told that due to circumstances the technicians would not be returning. That they understand that we are scheduled to have our property inspected Friday and that Thursday early morning a technician would be out to complete the project. I was told that for my frustration and continual rescheduling on there part that I would be taken care of but all that would be discussed after all projects have been completed. Today two technicians arrived and I was told that my where the systems are to be placed isn’t where the paperwork states and where the paperwork states the ductless unit is already there ( which was an install error on there part). After hours and days of trying to get this done I was now told that they are no longer moving my old units (do to they not wanting to be responsible if anything happens). Then I was told that there responsibility now was to have their guys complete any work and get out of my house because I am being uncivilize. I am black female that you just call inhuman. The definition of uncivilized is that I as lower than dirt. That is not acceptable from any company or anyone to call some uncivilized. Especially when I was discussing my frustration over the whole situation and yes I told your tech that he cannot smoke on my property due to the fact that I have a daycare at my home. It’s against rules. I am absolutely hurt and offended that a company would use that terminology. Rick Par you need to get more educated as to what words to use and not to use when talking to anyone.

Dai arrived at the time he called and said he would arrive. He performed the repair in a very efficient manner and was complete in the work.Overall, I would say this is the very best Service Experience I have had in recent years. This is from a person that was in a Service Industry for my entire working life!Congratulations Reliable for having such a knowledgeable Employee.

Reliable came out to evaluate and fix my plumbing, which was in a bad state. From contacting the rep at Reliable to the Awesom e Master Tech Joseph, All went Well. Joseph explained what he was going to do and did it. Excellent Work! If I have any more plumbing problems (I hope no time soon😊) I will request him. PRAISE GOD!

Had a great costumer service repair visit from Reliable Air today. Even though it was an actual reading of 135 in my attic, he kept on working with my HVAC unit till he got it working properly. and then made sure to verify that the whole system was indeed running at optimum pressure. I had a bad gas valve on my water heater, and used the website to request a “first available” appointment for the day. Richard showed up a few hours later, and was quick to find the problem. He was super helpful to explain everything, and was able to get the part installed the day it arrived in their shop. I know there’s this feeling that you need something fixed ASAP, and Richard was empathetic, and I feel like he went out of his way to go above and beyond to help us get hot water back as soon as he was able.Highly professional and accommodating to our situation, and very much recommend them if you’re in the same situation!

Our new air conditioning/furnace was installed a week ago and for some reason the house was not cooling. I called and told them that it was 86° inside my house they send Jason, the tech and he figured out what the problem was two of the wires had not been connected fixed it and actually waited to make sure that the air conditioning was working and when he saw that the temperature was finally going down from 86, He knew it was OK to leave. I am so grateful for him.

Josh was out there doing his work. He showed and explained how the cleaning works and showed me some of the before and after pics he had taken. He explained some options to do better and made maintenance suggestions. Overall very good work. So thank you.

Floyd is my go-to for any plumbing issues. He always quickly gets to the root of the problem, explains it in layperson’s terms and presents the best overall option to me. Work and area clean up is always done meeting or exceeding expectations.

Received same day service for our water heater that decided to give out this morning. Reliable was reliable. Didnt occur to me that they had a plumbing service; thought it was HVAC only and they recently replaced all our systems. Taylor & Andre visited our home. Very respectful and courteous. Wore a mask which we appreciated. They did a superb job. Price was on par according to homeadvosor and Angies List reasonable. 5 stars all the way....Thank you!!!

Technician has missed large service window two times. First time was 9-5; the technician did not come until 730pm. I was told a replacement panel was needed, and that a service technician with the correct part would be over today in the window of 12-4pm.... its 530pm now and still waiting for confirmation that someone will even show up at all. What really prompted me to write this bad review is unacceptable customer service. My wife called for answers and was cut off, argued with, and refused a name when asked. This is ridiculous. The AC went out at my office this week as well, Shumate sent someone out who repaired the unit same day with only one phone call. My house is currently day 4 since the service call and no working AC.

Taylor D and Mario responded quickly to my water heater emergency, replacing my old unit in the blink of an eye. Prompt and professional, following all safety protocols they answered my questions and minimized system down-time. The best!

Mark was professional & thorough. I had used a contractor to install an HVAC system & he left me flat as soon as he got my $$$. Mark gave me an estimate for finishing the install. He pointed out several abnormalities about the partial install I got. Some were safety violations. Looking forward to finally having the system installed properly.
