The carpet has not been steamed cleaned in 5+ years and it literally looks brand new!!It had a ton of stains that we didnt think would EVER come out.Santos did an AMAZING job! The previous owners had a dog and there was HAIR EVERYWHERE and the smell of URINE. He was did an outstanding job. Santos quickly returned my call from a message I left. We agreed on a date and time. He showed up on time and quickly assessed. He got to work and did a wonderful job. This not just hot water extraction but includes detergent. Carpet is not old, but it does look new again. He cleaned up leaving no mess. The charges were as agreed plus tax.

When I moved in the carpeting was filthy, Santos came in and did a miraculous job removed stains and I couldn’t believe the color of my carpet was a much lighter beige. I had other companies to clean our carpets but I will say Santos did the best job on my stairs. It was challenging due to the fact that he had to clean a doggie accident and it was challenge. Santos made the stairs look like nothing happened. I will definitely use Best Carpet Cleaning again.

Santos is great! He answered his phone right away, very polite and respectful. We hired him to clean the carpets of a rental before we moved in since we have a baby who will be crawling we wanted to make sure the carpets were for sure clean. My husband was there with him before I got there.. when I did arrive Santos was on his hands and knees with a small brush, brushing out a HUGE pile of dog hair that was left from the previous renters! We never asked him or expected that. We were so impressed with his dedication to service. It’s the little things like that, that mean the most.
