Joe was extremely professional. Weather caused us a delay in our original scheduling, but he was very quick to communicate and reschedule! He took his time and did not rush. We have extremely hard to clean carpet. Its old and highly trafficked. He made it look so much better! He removed stains that other commercial carpet cleaners didnt fade. He even cleaned our rugs, which we werent expecting. The pricing is affordable and a great value. He guarantees his work quality and called to follow up the next morning to make certain we were pleased with his work.

We had water damage from the AC unit in our Attic. The Insurance company Liberty Mutual called Pro Clean out to our house a few days. Pro Clean didnt show up on time and the next day Mike came back to our house and said it was too hot to work in the attic and he would return the next day at 9:00. He showed up at 10:30. The water went through the ceiling and down the wall. Mike says that the drywall doesnt need to be removed. We have called another water damage company to come out.

This place was not very professional. I was told it would take 7-10 days for my rugs to be cleaned. I didnt hear back after over a month and I was the one that had to call them. When we unrolled them, they smelled like the cleaning spray for bowling alley shoes and they were still disgusting and matted. I was up front on the condition of the rugs, if they couldnt be cleaned they should have informed me before I sent them to them. Waste of time and money.

ProClean was called for flood extraction. The drying fans were left inside my home for 3 weeks and when the fans were picked up, ProClean STOLE MY FAN ($275). Now they are denying everything and acting like they dont know anything. Unfortunately I would not recommend doing business with them as they are DISHONEST, NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, and THIEVES! Do not used them- they will steal!!!!!!

Al was knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. Will definitely use this service again. Only gave a 4 star rating because waiting for the return of my three area rugs. Anticipate giving a 5 star rating later!

PRO Clean cleaned the carpets and tile at my church this past week. They did a great job and were very detail oriented. The place smelled amazing!!! The service was definitely worth the price paid. This is an honest and dependable company that everyone should work with if possible!

The prices are amazing and they are very prompt. We used Stanley last time and will NEVER go back. They vacuumed, and added deodorizer for the same price that Stanley just steamed. They were in an out in less than 25 minutes and were very through! They even when under the doors of the closet that was full of stuff! You will not regret Pro Clean and you should definitely call them now!

Water heater leak on a Friday evening a few weeks ago resulted in a partially flooded rent house in Bentonville. No worries as ProClean arrived quickly and got to work drying out the house! They vacuumed up the water, removed old carpet and pad, and left dehumidifiers and fans for 3 days to get the moisture level down to prevent mold. Another day or so later they installed new carpet and pad. These folks are stellar and I highly recommend them!!!Im a property manager and Pro Clean cleans ALL our carpeting. They do a great job, every time! Weve know PJ ,Tylinda and their son Trey for many years and theyre reliable and honest folks. Its family owned and managed. The best folks however cant do a good job with poor equipment. They have truck mounted units with high powered equipment and solutions that ensure they clean your carpets as thoroughly as possible. I highly recommend them!

ProClean has been a company I have recommended several times. They are prompt & courteous. All the employees are respectful and encouraging. They are also honest. They are amazing at helping in flood damage situations...which is an amazing thing to have and know about during our April & May Rainey season.

THIS COMPANY DID A HORRIBLE JOB...THEY DID NOT FINISH THE JOB THEY STARTED. CHARGED A FORTUNE FOR THE REPAIRS AND NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH. NOT VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS EITHER. TRUST ME DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

We called Pro Clean at 4:00 a.m. with a flooding issue, and they were there by 8:30 a.m. extracting the water. We have a large, multi-family building, and Pro Clean worked around all the people living there to get everything dryed out and cleaned up with the least amount of disruption.

Ive been going to Pro Clean for about 7-8 years. We get water extractions, carpet cleaning, and much more!
