Our renters had the carpets done by KLS before turning in their keys. The carpet in the living room 5 days later is still soaked to the touch. My child sat in the carpet and immediately soaked through his clothes. My husband had to pull up the carpet and the pad so the subfloor could dry out without mold or warping setting in.Besides the standing water issues throughout the living room, the carpets throughout the house have several surface coloration that we have gotten out with some wipes. They literally look like they werent done at all. Horrific, terrible job done, upstairs and down.
