West Park Apartments is such a lovely community. From the initial call to move-in day, everything was buttery smooth. The staff were kind, courteous and always willing to go above and beyond. Weve only been here about a week, but so far, were impressed. The apartments themselves are furnished with fairly new appliances, modern furnishings and are quite spacious. Security is pretty tight (which is essential these days..) - the entrance is gated, with RFID card access for most of the communitys common areas.The community amenities are great too - a HUGE swimming pool with fountain, a business center, movie theater, 24-hour gym and laundry facilities. The valet trash pickup is a nice touch.You really cannot go wrong here. I am proud to be a resident of West Park Apartments! :)

West Park apartments are well maintained and equipped with fun activities and trash pick-up. They offer a dog 🐕park for all dog lovers, It is Family oriented and If you enjoy working out, they also have a wonderful spacious gym. Staff is amazing. The property manager Angela is very helpful with any questions you may have. Last but not least the apartments are spacious and well maintained.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience here. The majority of the staff was always friendly and helpful, with the exception of one person in the office whose name I don’t care to know. Resident events were nice and welcoming. When called, the maintenance responded very quickly, literally within 5 minutes so that was definitely a plus. Clean complex, nice amenities, and pretty quiet for the most part. Would recommend this complex for sure.

Excellent customer service! Always right there when you have questions, always answer in a prompt manner. I toured the facility in April and was totally shocked at how beautiful and immaculate it was. My daughter went with me and she said it was the best apartment complex shed ever seen. I submitted my application in April and got on the waiting list and Haylee kept me informed all along the way as I emailed her anxious to get my apartment. She was always there to answer my questions as I was so excited to get my apartment in this beautiful complex. I finally got the call yesterday and I move in in July. I am so happy and so excited! Wonderful experience all the way and Im sure it will continue to be so.

I am new to the area here in Fayetteville. Apartment hunting can be stressful, but the staff at West Park are great and very welcoming. The manager, Angela, is wonderful and put me right at ease and took care of everything I needed. I have signed and look forward to living here. I don’t understand the negative reviews on here. If something does come up, I have all the confidence that it will be handled appropriately and fairly.

Only have great things to say about this place! Location is great and away from bad parts of town. Staff is friendly and more than willing to help with anything. This is for the potential applicants, I was the second person to apply, get approved and then pass on this complex (No kids/no pets/ nearly an 800 credit score.) Things you should know, this is the most expensive complex anywhere around Fayetteville coming in at nearly 1,200 a month for a 1 bedroom, the square footage for their floor plans do not match the price at all, the amenities are alright but there’s nicer places for cheaper around, the lease is one of the most extensive I’ve seen. Now my experience, applied and got approved pretty fast after the previous applicants bailed, showed up to apply and look around which went fine except the application process wasn’t really explained and took quite a bit of messing with later in the evening, told the complex I wouldn’t be able to move in until August 7th but I could start paying rent August 1st. I was told when I initially showed up that it would be fine, they send me my lease on Friday at 12 in the afternoon and want a cashier’s check, renter’s insurance, and the pro rated rent for July plus fees by the next day or they would put it back on the market. Threatening to put it back up on the market came pretty immediately, no type of negotiation and staff was rude basically from the start, wouldn’t recommend signing a year long contract with this place to anybody. Living here might be a pleasant experience if you want to overpay and deal with rude staff, but hey it looks nice and had a good location.

This apartment is super military friendly and helped me out over the last few months. While on the waitlist for a unit, they were super involved and willing to keep me informed through the whole process. I am so happy to have the opportunity to live in such an awesome community. Would highly recommend!

Been living here for about 6 months now. Location is great. Apartments are nice with lots of great amenities. The girls in the office are amazing they have gone above and beyond from getting me set up in my home coming from Sierra and having to do everything online. Angela, Kris & Haylee are super friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance is on point and always take care of any issues right away. Brandon is one of the nicest guys as well as the other 2.

The staff at West Park are so nice. I just moved to NC and have called them a hundred different times asking for help. They have been beyond accommodating and friendly to speak to. Today I was in a bind and went to the front lobby to ask for help. I needed a ride down the street to pick my car up that was shipped from out of state. Brandon, from maintenance, offered to help right away. I don’t know what I would have done without his kindness. I am so grateful for his help and the help from everyone at West Park. I am so glad that I live here.

Dont waste your time or money. The apartment only cares about the dollar they make and could careless about the quality of your home. From the moment we moved in there was issues. The only staff that truly cares about your experience is Kris and will go out of her way to help. The other one Angela could care less, has rude snarky comments whenever you have to deal with her. From move in she started DAY 1 hadnt even gotten the keys and she was rude, failed to meet for our appointment, then continued to tell us that was false she was there the entire time. When asked before move in if documents were needed we were told we were all set. When we got there at 5pm day of move in because no one showed up at our appointment time we found out we hadnt sent in proof of insurance, its really easy to send over it just slipped our mind. I said oh I will send that right over, Angelas comment was well Im leaving at six so hopes it done by then This is just one of SEVERAL interactions with Angela ON DAY OF MOVE IN. Her position should really be reevaluated as she lacks customer service skills, brings the morale down of the apartment down, and is unnecessarily aggressive to paying tenants.

This place is absolutely ridiculous, we are constantly going back and forth with these neighbors of ours upstairs that won’t ever be quiet but we get the lower end of the stick since we have only been here a couple months . I DO not recommend this place what so ever. Unless you want to walk on egg shells I wouldn’t live here !!

After visiting West Park Apartments and meeting the office staff, I knew it was the place for me! Everyone was extremely nice and respectful from day one. I had may misgivings about moving into an apart after living in a house for more than 30 years. But they were able to make me feel at home. Ive lived here for 4 years and have loved it. The community is clean, quiet(this has been huge for me) and safe. They have great amenities including a movie theater that you can reserve for friends/family movie night. The leasing office staff and the manager are professional and helpful. The maintenance staff are very nice and have respond timely once maintenance issue is submitted online. When I once considered moving, nothing around fayetteville compared to the package deal(cable/internet+valet trash pick up, etc) here.

West park and it’s staff has been the best apartment rental I have ever come across. From day one of my phone call inquiring about the community, to the day to day visits they love of my dog Topi, the staff has went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Professionalism and interpersonal connection seems to be the message being preached at this business. The apartment itself is modern and up to date with appliances. Very spacious and open floor plans. If you want to feel like you’re truly at home in a new place, WESTPARK is the place to go. Thank you for the unmatchable hospitality.

After looking at many places and almost giving up my apt search, I accidentally stumbled upon this hidden gem! As soon as I walked in the office a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful. I even had my dog with me and they gave him so much love and treats. I have not moved in yet but, the process has been super smooth so far. I am excited to move in to my cute home and see what West Park has to offer.

Best apartment ever! It’s clean! Super dog friendly! Maintenance is quick and amazing! The leasing staff remembers our names and has genuine conversations when we seem them. Dog park is perfect, gym has the perfect equipment, and I’m so excited to use the pool when it heats up! We haven’t used the movie theater yet but it is definitely on our list to do.

The staff are real friendly. They always have functions to get people in the complex to meet people. They recently just had a breakfast get together and it was amazing. I truly love the staff and they brighten my day every time I go into the office. The maintenance crew are also amazing. Im glad I found a place to call my home.

I visited this property for a party, and I was so impressed with the facility. The clubhouse was well-maintained, and the pool was AMAZING! A member of the maintenance team was working nearby, and I complimented him on the cleanliness of the pool. He said that it is kept sparkling all year! The residents I spoke with had nothing but positive things to say about their experience at West Park. Really great complex.

The ladies in the office are the BEST people I’ve ever meet. They are extremely friendly and helpful, they helped me surprise my dad who I haven’t seen in a couple months. What I’ve also noticed about the employees here is that they plan for the staff and residents who live here which is just wonderful. The apartment complex is extremely clean and feels very safe to be in.

I cant say enough good things about WP. The staff are wonderful! Theyre genuinely sweet people who care about the residents and go out of their way to take care of us. I locked myself out of my garage and Angela immediately responded to my email at 8pm! Brandon is always on top of any issue that comes up ASAP. On top of the caring staff, the amenities are top notch and theyre always improving. You cant beat their price point. My 2 bed, 2 bath is spacious and has more than enough storage space and I know that I pay less than my colleagues at other complexes for a SMALLER space!

In my opinion moving is never easy, but the West Park team from day one made this transition as smooth as possible. There aren’t enough stars to give the property manager, Angela, and her team to describe how satisfied I am with their customer service and professionalism. Angela is not only professional but she also has a caring nature. She and her team (Kris and Zoey) make you feel like family. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy and enjoy living at West Park. The maintenance team is amazing as well. I loved living here! Ive lived here for 5.5 years and only left because I got stationed in Tampa.I was renting a 2br, 2ba apartment and felt that it was more than enough space. The apartment also comes with a nice sized balcony. The bedrooms were huge with decent sized bathrooms and closets. The kitchen was beautiful and complete with modern appliances.The staff has always been gracious, welcoming, and very accommodating. Any time I had an an issue, they were more than willing to help me resolve it to the best of their ability. Maintenance is also superb, very timely, efficient, and were always professional whether they were doing quarterly maintenance or other urgent issues like fixing my ac/heating.The complex and surrounding area is always clean and located not even two minutes from a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores, ABC store, Lowes, Walmart, and Navy Fed, just to name a few. Additionally, if youre the type that likes to get out and mingle with other folks in the community, the complex does hold community events such as ice cream socials, taco trucks, etc. while keeping COVID safety measures in mind.I highly recommend living here!

I love this apartment complex! I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and the floor plan is very spacious, also very clean and has nice appliances! The ladies in the front office are very friendly and helpful! Also the location is a plus considering Walmart, gas station, ABC store is only a minute away!

I lived here for over a year and I loved it. I loved the community feeling and the events they hosted. Only improvement I would give is to have the air filters changed in time and often. I requested mine to be changed at least once every 2 months and that didn’t happen. Other then that I loved it

I ended up choosing these apartments after having my car and apartment broken into at my previous complex in Fayetteville. I hate I had to leave this place but the orders came down from the military! For me this was a great locations in regards to a shopping center and distance from the base. The apartments are great for the asking price. I rarely had an issue where I had to go to the office but the managers and leasing clerks ( Angela, Kris and Zoe) were good. I had a few interactions with Maintenance (Brandon, Will, and Mike) and they always followed through with any of my requests in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is awesome! Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

I love it here. Management really goes above and beyond to make sure we are all satisfied. Something broke? No problem! The maintenance team will take care of what is being a hindrance in no time! Our AC unit was acting up and caused our electric bill to be outrageous. Maintenance came by and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Also, Angela (The Community Manager) made sure to get our bill adjusted. She even was able to make a payment on our bill to lessen the blow. All of management here is very friendly and always smiling. They really make me feel welcome and they will make you feel the same way too!-Pat

I like the convenience of being right outside of chicken gate, How quiet the area is, and West Parks spacious 24hr gym!😁The staff was so great and helpful throughout the whole process of us getting us moved in right away.Edit:I’ve lived here for two years now.After the first year, they bumped up our rent $200. All the deals they had just went out the window, on top of that we acquired ridiculously loud neighbors whom I’ve had to make complaints about cause they party up until 2-3am on a weekday. I know that’s not the staff’s fault, but these walls are way too thin. These apartments are not worth 1,300 a month.EDIT 2.0: making this review on behalf of my husband-I wouldn’t recommend moving in here. Currently paying 1,350 for a 2 bedroom. Was told our rent wasn’t going to up after the first year, but that was a lie. Bath tub handle keeps falling off even after maintenance “fixed” it, Light bulbs keep burning out, carpets are cheap and none of the facility’s doors work half the time because of constant electrical problems.Me- Although I have several complaints about the complex itself, I do love the leasing staff and the parties they host. Gives me a chance to get to know my neighbors in my community.

The new team is fabulous! Angela, Chris, and Zoe are attentive, genuinely friendly, and so helpful. The apartments themselves are really nice and close to Bragg. I like that they are building up the area nearby so theres no need to drive more than 5 minutes away for errands. Ill definitely be resigning my lease.

Recently moved to West Park and the customer service has been excellent beginning with the ladies in the office to the maintenance man. I love the spaciousness of my apartment. Look forward to meeting my neighbors.

The place is beautiful, nice amenities and definitely in a quiet area. With that being said, everything is it disclosed. These people told me my app fee would be waived if I decided to apply whether online or in person. I leave and take some time to think about it then do the app online. It says I have to pay $50 so I call them and let them know, they say dont worry about it so I go ahead and pay it and get approved. I then decide to go elsewhere for residence and ask for my $50 back. They then tell me that I dont get it back. They said even if I did it in person and never had to pay anything and decided to go elsewhere, they would charge me a $50 debt to them. None of this was disclosed prior to me doing the app and its completely unprofessional and dishonest. Im not gonna miss $50 but its the principle of the whole thing. If you start out hiding things, that says a lot about how the tenure will be. If you like your money, dont go here.

Pretty good place to live! The staff is very friendly and helps you with any issues that you may have. They plan fun community events each other for the residents. Maintenance is very friendly and responsive to fixing anything that may be wrong. Quite community overall, some loud neighbors but that comes with apartment living. Always feel safe.

Absolutely love this complex. Its Very CLEAN , peaceful and quiet , diverse community considering it being a military friendly complex. The management is super helpful & friendly and shows intrest to make sure youre squared away from the first time you come in & throughout your stay here. All the amenities such as the gym , game room ,movie theatre, dog park , playground , pool and the ground keeping are always kept up to par. Here at West Park its environmental friendly; there are recycling dumpsters available. And last theres always event gatherings to look forward to in the club house such as pool parties and social events to get you out of your apartment with refreshments provided. Great place, very fun and enjoyable staying here.

We absolutely love this place!!! Angela, Krismely and Kirsten are AMAZING. Brandon, Will and Mike, the maintenance man Do a fantastic job as well. The grounds are always clean and we have community get togethers a couple times a month and they are so much fun. I had spent over 6 years in Fayetteville. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know who is looking for a safe and affordable home. The management is wonderful and the neighborhood is quiet. It is close to shopping and dining and a 10 minute drive to Chicken gate.

Customer service for me has always been quick & polite.

Unfortunately as much as I would like to continue to stay at west park life has taken its own course within us. Its been a great opportunity to experience the west park housing complex. If someday we find ourselves back looking for a great place we wont hesitate to call.Thanks everyone for making this place such a great choice

The apartment was nice as were the amenities. However, the secret fees are reprehensible.I was on a short term lease that expired in February. Before the lease expired I asked the office if there would be any change of rent. I was told no. At the end of March I received notice that I owed $257 on my account.I asked how this was possible and was told it was because they have a $200 month fee for being a month to month tenant.At no time did I receive written notice of this fee. It was not in my lease anywhere.Technically they didnt lie. And this is isnt illegal in North Carolina. But they are definitely not acting in good faith. And their highway robbery cost me $457.

West Park Office(Melissa), Billy and crew are great! Ive had a problem with my heating and air conditioner and they called to make sure I was taken care of. They fixed my heater and even called the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. Excellent service and greatly appreciated!

Great facility! Very clean. Comparable to resort living.. Staff very professional yet so sweet . & Lots of fun.!!!

The management and maintenance crew ensure they get away with minimal work. If the service they offered actually happened it would be an great place to live but in my 2 years living there every time something needed repair or I needed to have something checked it was either a battle or it didnt happen. The friendly face they put on at the office is as fake as they maintenance they say the provide. Wouldnt recommend.

My family and I love living here. I get walks around the neighborhood every day and stop by the office for lots of yummy treats. I make sure to awoo when I enter, so all the nice office ladies know I have arrived and they come give me lots of good pets. I give them all my best kisses! There is a fun doggie park where I make even more friends too. The maintenance guys are also great, they fix stuff quickly and make sure to say hi to me (I always need more pets and good scritches). When I am out eradicating the neighborhood squirrels and bunnies they always come by and tell me what a great job Im doing and give me more pets of course! I simply love my resident experience at Westpark Apartments. It fits my personality which is laid back and I love the convenience of the amenities.

No on-sight security, hostile/loud pool parties that lasting until 3am, paper-thin walls and secured facilities that were overcome by looters. Many of these problems could have been resolved with adequate management, but complaints seemed to be ignored by staff. Not worth the frustration or price....

Weve been with Hawthorne for over two years, the transition from a sister property to west park was a breeze! We love the staff, theyve always been kind and friendly. Great ammenities the pool gym clubhouse and movie room are always cool and clean. My kids love the playground and the staff is always hosting parties for the residents in the clubhouse! Weve had breakfasts, Super Bowl parties, holiday parties etc. the apartments themselves are huge and clean. Theyre beautiful inside we love our place! The maintenance men are awesome and wed abosultly recommend this place, especially to incoming military families!

The best thing I love about these apartments is the nice respectful staff. But everything else I like about it from the big pool to the gym. Recommend it to everyone.

I have had the most problems with my air conditioner not working and the maintance guys giving me attitude because they have to come fix it. One guy even made the comment that he didn’t have to come fix my air conditioner but he did because he had to go to the apartments down the road. If it’s such a big problem then fix it right the first time! They don’t consider it an emergency if it’s under 80 degrees outside BUT ITS 80 degrees in your apartment feeling more like a 100 degrees. I pay almost 900 dollars in rent for a 2 bedroom apartment not including water and lights. I’m so fed up with this place and haven’t even been living here a year.

Previously at West Park there was an issue of quick stuff turn over that resulted in many problems never being resolved, and leaving some people with a sour taste in their mouth. HOWEVER, thanks to the diligent work from Cris, Angela, and Zoey I can positively say that they have turned my opinion of west park around for the better. Always a smile on their face when speaking to tenants, very empathetic to all people with any problems, they improved their communication with tenants by using newsletters to share information like events, safety concerns from local police, and even a nice shoutout for pet owners. Along with improvements across the facilities, for example upgrading the dog park.Not to mention the quick response with have had by their maintenance personnel, Branden, Travis, and Will. Quickly answering maintenance requests with precedent to ensure those with real issues are helped immediately, and if not they do their very best to help with even the smallest problems.This staff has been wonderful, and they do their best. Despite people not picking up after their dogs, running into gates, not paying rent on time, not respecting other neighbors and generally being bad tenants, the staff has exercised so much patience and respect it is amazing.

This the best apartment i ever had!!!! The cost of living is so cheap and i just moved down here from jersey! What i would be paying in jersey for this same apartment would be atleast $1800 a month!!!! Not only is this apartment nice but the bathrooms are super big!!!!!!! I mean i have two gigantic bathrooms!!!!!!!! They give u luxury appliances!!!! I mean i know they were renovating my apartment but i did not expect them to give me brand new cabinets!!!! Not to mention i have way too many cabinets i dont even use!!!! I love the kitchen layout and how the sink is on one side and the stove is on the other not to mention the kitchen is big!!!!! I love the laundry room my only gripe is that they would have equipped a washer and dryer but they do have a laundry mat facility of their own and a super big theatre!!! That theatre is nice!!!! And they have a gym and game room!!!! Not to mention its a gated community!!!! Me and my rabbit love it here and i have no intentions on moving!!! Also my balcony is beautiful!!! Its connected to the living room and bedroom!!!!!! I never had that before!!!! People come over and are wowwed by my apartment!!!! And its still $950! They give u a doorbell and also they include internet and cable and alarm system! U cant beat that?! Not to mention door to door pick up 5 days out of the week! I have a his and hers sink in my master bathroom its awesome! My last apartment was about the same size except it was $400 more, didnt include any of the amentities, but it did have a washer and dryer, super small kitchen and super small master bathroom!!! This place blows my old apartment out of the water! Come check it out for yourself!!!!!

Only giving it one star because you can’t rate it any lower. My husband and I are beyond disgusted with this complex. After living here for a year, we’ve had nothing but problems with the neighbors above us. They’re loud at ALL hours of the night, it literally sounds like they body slam each other on the floor, they yell, and their dogs bark non stop. We’ve made FOUR complaints to management only because we both work full time, my husband is in the military and has be up extremely early every morning, and we cannot get any sleep. Every time we bring the issue up, we get a nasty attitude from management and it seems as if NOTHING is done about it. Instead they treat us as if WE are the problem. During the day, I understand there may be some noise but at 2am, it shouldn’t sound like you’re running a circus in your apartment. If you want to feel like you’re “at home” and that your needs are important to the company you rent from, I strongly advise you to stay away from here.

I love living here it is amazing and the leasing staff is the best can’t wait to renew my lease.

I have lived here for 8 months and I am so proud to call this home. I feel safe, the aparment is spacious for a on bedroom,.and I love the amenities. Would I stay another year, YES!

I have been waiting for pool to open, now I understand the pool can’t open until there is new furniture. Also, the BBQ area near the pool is going to be redone, but the office doesn’t know when the work will begin or how long it will take.

I lived here since Caviness was management. I always had a pleasant experience until most recently. They are most unpleasant and lack customer service. I will be moving at the end of my lease now. The grounds are always clean and Ive always felt safe, management just isnt the best anymore. 😕

Apartments are awesome and the clubhouse has all the amenities a family needs to enjoy a daycation right on the property. Great place to live and visit.

Me n my wife love it here. We move here in 2015. The staff we got now is great n very professional they answer all my question n r very helpful. The maintenance crew r swift do all the repairs we request thanks . So keep up the good work. Very clean, nice salt water pool, includes cable and internet. I cant really say anything bad about this place. Ive looked around and couldnt find anywhere that gives you as much for the price.

Ive lived here 3 years and the staff along with the maintence crew are the best! I give the complex 5 stars its beyond clean and a great safe environment for everyone

MANAGMENT LAUGHED WHILE I WAS MAKING A COMPLAINT AND AFTER SHE LAUGHED SHE SAYS “WELL IM SORRY.” They need to hire someone more professional.Current resident here at West park, I have to say it is a nice apartment in a good area but very poor management who are just trying to get commission on every charge. No utilities are paid for which is fine but they charge $25 for the trash guys to empty the dumpster! So valet trash is “not what I’m paying for.” There is only one dumpster located so now I have to put trash on my car.. I made a complaint to management since now they want to charge $50 for leaving our trash cans out after 9am.. here my problem, I work 11 hours a day, I put my trash out by my door at 8:20am every morning and don’t get home until after 9pm since i am a car salesperson.. MANAGEMENT LAUGHED AND ALL SHE SAID WAS “WELL IM SORRY”. Very unprofessional. I’ve never left a review for anything, but this I feel people need to know about this apartment complex. They charge the residents stupid charges so they can get more commission. Now I have to pay $25 for valet trash I am no longer aloud to use and have a guy empty the ONE dumpster we have which is not close to my apartment. Oh, one more thing, NO PARKING IS EVER AVAILABLE CLOSE TO MY APARTMENT DUE TO LOTS OF GUESTS OR DONT PARK IN THE NECESSARY PARKING AREAS, this is an every night thing, there’s no way with 2 apartment bedrooms there is that many cars

Unacceptable! Heres many reasons why:Dont let the gated community and security cameras fool you. Doesnt stop homeless from living in the gym. They either dont care or dont check.Also never have I seen management or employees get cycled through so much. In the past 9 months Ive seen at least half a dozen new faces in the management positions here. Same thing I was told by neighbors when moving in.All-inclusive internet etc. is just an advertising gimmick. If you game online or use video calling like Skype you can forget it. AND NO, THE OFFER TO UPGRADE THE INTERNET PACKAGE DOES NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. My neighbors who game and myself all still have to use our own facilitated hotspots.Maintenance came THREE times to fix the kitchen sink leak in the past 3 months. Its caused waterlogging and damage to the internals. When shown to maintenance they verbatim said, dont worry about it... I gave up trying.Charging people almost $25, just because you can, each time they pay online is some reprehensible highway robbery.If youre thinking about coming here, find better apt. leasing down the road.

Their new management is absolutely horrible! they are lazy, and the door is never unlocked when their supposed to be open. they are not helpful and they are rude! I would not recommend these apartments, their prices are too expensive to get crappy customer service

This is the worse apartment complex that I’ve ever lived in. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. The workers are terrible!!! They took almost our entire $850 deposit to replace the carpet...saying that it was unable to be cleaned due to pet urine stains. Total lies!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I loved living here and the kitchen was awesome also lots of space the only problem was its kinda far from base! other wise loved it

Zumba at West Park Apartments was super fun! The pool is huge and there was a play area for the children! Check it out for yourself Saturdays at 9am!!

Problems began immediately after move-in.1. The week after we moved in, three (3) different tenants told us about the shady business etiquette emulated by the staff and company.2. Requested to reserve the private theater room - TWO (2) months in advance - for their customary $100/nightly fee. It was for one of the most popular nationally televised Pay-Per-View events in years. Their Management staff at the time (July-Sept. 17) said youre the first to request that night for the room, but I have to check with my upper management before I can authorize it, because I think we might host the event as a company for the community. In the agreement, if the company nor any tenants have the room reserved at the time of another tenants request, the room is free to reserve. However, I checked with Mgmt every two weeks up to the night of the event and they said we dont know yet what were doing. Needless to say, my fiancé got a text from Mgmt THE DAY BEFORE stating that someone was asking to reserve it and that if we wanted it we could pay now - AFTER we had already made other plans.3. The owner uses cheap methods and weak construction material. Walls are paper thin (1/8 drywall as opposed to 3/4 drywall, house appliances are easily worn or deteriorated, wiring placement is backwards, thin carpeting and obviously pulled back and re-secured after each move-out, slow maintenance even on serious issues, and more - but it all looks nice and cozy from the outside so thats okay right? Beauty really only is skin deep here.4. NONE of this would be an issue if I wasnt paying well over $1K for a $700/month 2-bedroom apartment. They sell their applicants on the illusion of all-inclusive, meaning you get the whole thing - Internet, Cable, Trash pickup, everything - for only one price! Wrong. I was too stupid in haste to verify before move-in, Heres an example:All-inclusive price, 2-bdrm: $920.+ Cable: $55+ Trash: $25+ Pet: $20+ Service Charge: $22.95Altogether: = $1,042.95Thats over $100 in extra monthly charges, if you DONT have a pet, or $1200 for the year theyve sucked you in.Theres more, but were at the character limit.Happy Hunting! Dont fall prey to the vultures like we did.

West park is a very nice place especially like the pool. Lots of activities to participate in.

No point of having maintenance if they can’t help. The new face to the area John, asked for all my information but couldn’t help me on top of the fact the office don’t open til 9am so it’s no help to me either.
