I moved out here in September of 2020, and my experience since I have been here has been wonderful. Ms.Natasha the Apartment Property Manager and the Maintenance man Mr.Ike has been very reliable and responsible when it came down to anything needing replaced or fixed in my apartment. Ms. Natasha also assisted me in setting up my account for the Residential so I can pay my rent, she also help with any copies that I needed. Ms.Natasha has gone beyond her duties to help and complete her job and Mr. Ike. Thank you for all that youve done for me I really appreciate it...

The property manager is phenomenal very kind and very helpful and also the guy in charge of maintenance is very reliable and responses quickly and handle matters efficiently.

This is an awesome place to live, no one want to move out !

Have lived here since the place opened. First one in my apartment! That has been great! The Apt. manager, Natasha, is absolutely fantastic. She is clear about her role and upholds MVPH in all things, yet she is also willing to help anyway possible. The maintenance man, Ike, is equally as great.As in any complex, there are some good neighbors and some not so good neighbors. BUT Ms. Natasha has done a good job in weeding out those who would make Capes Landing a rough place to live. Kudos to her.

I love this place!!!! Natasha, the property manager, is the most helpful person Ive met on this journey in relocating my father!!! She not only helped with my initial concern she also sent me out of the door with several priceless options that help him. My visit surpassed my expectations!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Deborahs Condo (thats what Im calling it) is just one of my favorite places Ive ever lived. It is clean, spacious, conveniently laid out and peaceful. I immediately felt right at home with the Capes Landing manager and maintenance. There are always smiles and a how can I help attitude. The laundry facility is easy to use. The landscaping is carefully laid out. Im looking forward to spring to see the flowering. My neighbors are kind and respectful. Thank you, Miller-Valentine Group, for providing such a lovely next place to live.

I love, love, love, (did I say love?) my new apartment. The wait was well worth it. Natasha (Site Manager) is a jewel and Ike ( Maintenance Manager) is the man!!! Moving from out of town . . . This is one the best choices Ive ever made!!!

I love the spacious apts the Maintenance worker keeps the grounds nice and clean and the property manager is nice and focused she treats everyone with respect and kindness

Capeslanding has a wonderful management and hospitality. The APTS are beautifully created and peaceful living.

I was approved back I November 2017... I havent heard about a move in date... They wont answer the phone or return my calls. I ended up being homeless. Still waiting on my unit.

I love these apartments ! I went in to see about getting a apartment and spoke to the manager Natasha and she was wonderful she made me feel so welcomed I filled out my application and I am now on the waiting list I really hope I get in here!!

I applied & was approved for an apartment here, when the complex first opened. I was told I would be getting a 2nd floor apt. When it came time to sign my lease, I was told my apt was on the 3rd floor. So I gave up my brand new apartment to someone else. I didnt want to be on the 3rd floor at all! So whoever was able to fill my 3rd floor apt, I hope you are enjoying it. Lol maybe one day, I will apply again and actually get the floor I want.

I enjoyed my time at Capes Landing, despite my overly noisy upstairs neighbors and the petty theft situation. If you live there or thinking about moving to CL, please keep your cars locked at ALL times. I had someone go into my car while I was unloading grocery! Sorry to say but Im glad Chiara (Ciara) is gone. I found her difficult to get along with and made several calls to the corporate office about her. Her replacement Natasha was an absolute sweetheart and pleasure to work with!

The apartments are really nice me and my husband like looked at one today but how long is this waiting list thats what Iam concerned about.

The staff are great and willing to do anything to assist you ... very nice community !!

Crazy that these apartments are income based. But when I went by people are staying there drive bmws n 2016 cars sad that people who really are low income are being told to wait 2 yrs. But thats Fayetteville for yea they knows how to cheat the system. wouldnt be shocked if soldiers was staying there. Like how are you driving a new car but you live in income housing. But hey if the people who are approving them to stay how can you blame them I guess. I live here and I just absolutely love it.

Called the leasing agency about a month or so ago and was told that someone would be contacting me back with further information and have yet to hear from someone. Called the office today and was now told that because Ive waited so long that I would have to be put on a waiting list which I think is unfair due to false information that was given.

Cheap rent. Cant wait. Trying to be first come.

How do we fill out applications etc if the complex isnt open yet anybody have any kind of information?
