Mrs. Love and Mrs. Edwards are phenomenal. They assisted in the leasing process and went above what they had to do. The team from what I have seen truly does love their work and their tenants. I have not had such a awesome experience before and it was exhilarating to have this experience and be part of the team. Thank you so much Mrs. Love and Mrs. Edwards.

The front office staff are always helpful and friendly. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and well taken care of. The maintenance staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable and fix any issue I have in a timely manner. The pool is clean and a great amenity!

It was not a good experience, the clientele was less than desirable. The Apts themselves are nice but maintenance issue was not taken care of In a timely matter. Promises made and never came through. Moved out and was due a refund. Cleaned apartment 6 hrs and they said it was not cleaned.... BS. Place had mold, they said it was mildew, again BS. THEY KEPT MY REFUND. Never again would I consider that place again.

Sadly , I am forced to give them one star. Parcstone is the worst place to rent , the experience was horrible and a complete nightmare. The buildings are kept dirty , when you have any type of problem they will want you to provide with evidence to prove you are saying the truth . We had terrible noise problems that would go from 7 pm to 3 or 4 in the morning everyday ( even with evidence ) they didn’t do absolutely anything more than tell us they would talk to the neighbors and for us to call courtesy office ( which we did but never answered, imagine doing this almost every single night ). They will also try to charge you as much as they can once you move out. The only nice thing from this place is the lake and the people who works in maintenance . The apartments are nice but not worth the amount of money you have to pay plus all the extra problems they won’t solve , the gates are open or broken 24/7. They will always have an excuse for everything except if you did something on your end , they will surely send you a letter to charge you with fees. Really disappointed on this place .

Do NOT trust these people with your money. The apartments are nice but I promise it’s not worth it. There are much nicer places in Fayetteville that won’t try and steal thousands of dollars from you! It’s truly a shame the way this complex has treated many young military families. At first our experience was great but it quickly became obvious their intentions and the lies are constant. I’m sorry they are “miscommunications” that will cost you $1600. I do not recommend this place to anyone and feel so sorry for the ones who are stuck there. I’ve talked to many others with similar experiences so beware.

My lease is finally up THANK God! They do not enforce noice control. My neighbors have been stomping and jumping over my head on the second floor for a year with no relief. When it came time to give my notice to move they told me it had to be 60days not 30days. That’s put me month to month for 1mth and two weeks. They doubled my rent from 1458 to over 3000$ for a month. They are awful. They say pet friendly but they charge so much and have so many new gemics they came up with it’s impossible to enjoy your pet. A big 👎👎🏽

The apartments aren’t bad. But everything about their business is terrible. As others stated, they are money hungry and nickel and dime you every step of the way. Their team does not reply to emails or phone calls and they make it impossible to work with them. I fully believe the staff intentionally don’t communicate so they can continue to upcharge outlandish fees. Not to mention- there weren’t any available amenities as they advertised. I would not recommend anybody rents here simply because of how terrible their service (outside of maintenance) is.

The worst most incompetent management ever! Apartments are great till you want to move out then you really see how terrible these people are! When TJ came over to assist with my service requests i noted that he was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions quickly and personally handled each of my service requests before coordinating with his team of painters to ensure they came to work on my door the following day. I am highly satisfied with TJ and his motivation and work ethic.

They emailed me 2 days before my move in date to tell me that I could not move in. By this time my other lease was ending and movers were paid and arranged. I called several times to speak to someone and never got anyone so I had to end up driving all the way there just for them to say that I had to call the manager and ask why. Since we weren’t able to move in I requested management to my refund me for all fees as I was instructed to do so by the leasing consultant . I did as she stated and was denied a refund like how you deny it after telling me to do so. I requested it several times then the manager just stopped responding to me. I was warned the day I showed up that I shouldn’t stay here because of break/ins, & staff -tenant neglect . They caused me a huge inconvenience and the very least they could’ve done was give me a refund and not steal my money. They handled the situation very unprofessional as I’m sure they will handle this review the same way! I would not recommend living here. Don’t waste you time at all dealing with this community.

The apartment complex in an entirety is NICE, but my overall experience here has been terrible. They do not uphold the standards as a staff for a entire community. Our gate has been BROKEN almost the entire year we have been leasing here also you have to keep waiting for someone to come fix things in your apartment. The staff reply to who they want. They are money hungry especially when you dont want to renew your lease with them. They find little loop holes to keep you attached for a unnecessary reasons. Im just ready to leave this complex and never look back!!!

All the ladies in the office are sweet. I’ve read some of the below negative reviews and from what I’ve observed while visiting the office is the staff holding people accountable for their actions especially Ms.Love, she’s firm but fair (I’ve seen her in action around the community). So it sounds like when people don’t get their way or held accountable they leave a negative review. I have yet to have a bad encounter with any member of the staff . Parcstone has a great maintenance staff also. Tj is very informative and he makes himself known thoughout the community. He speaks or waves every time I see him.The landscape is very well maintained besides the people who refuse to pick up after their dogs. I would say I’d like to see more law enforcement present through out the community, that’ll make me feel a little safer and maybe stop some people from speeding through the parking lot. I wish the Officers would confirm when responding to noise complaints. However, the Property Manager did reach out to me the next day to make sure the noise stopped.I’d say overall I like living at Parcstone, I have minimal issues besides nosie neighbors here and there and sometimes finding a place to park at the end of the day. I feel comfortable knowing some of the staff members reside on site and are aware of the issues that take place after hours. Such as people being in the pool after it’s closed for the night. I do however wish the gyms would open along with a more secure gate. (But that’s what happens when people run into the gate). I’d say stop maintenance and talk to them sometimes, if they’re not busy or stop in by the office this seems to be a pretty honest team of people if you want to know, or don’t know, just ask.I normally don’t leave reviews, but these are my honest opinions and review of Parcstone and it’s staff. After reading other reviews I just don’t think these people get the credit they deserve and tenets need to take accountable for their actions or lack there of.

Mrs. Love, it was extraordinary meeting with her. She took time out and went over all of my expectations. She answered every question that I had. She went over price ranges with me as far as the apartment was concerned assizes she was very professional, and again I just want to say thank you, Mrs. Love

I’ve had multiple service requests and a few different associates come out to execute them. In particular, TJ has been by far the most professional and attentive to any issue presented. He has consistently solved issue after issue with a pleasant and concerned demeanor. It means a lot to me to have good customer service and I am sure that it is a cornerstone of TJ’s commitment to his job because of the willingness and pleasant way he addressed my apartment issues. He never made me feel like it was a burden, instead, it felt as if I called in a favor from an old friend. I think a lot can be learned from his example. I hope all Parcstone employees from the front office, to the maintenance staff can learn something from him and how he pleasantly conducts business. Customer service is paramount and he certainly understands that.

My overall experience was great!A special thanks to Jeremy (Maintenance Tech) for helping to make this experience a whole lot smoother and quicker!He was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He resolved our issues in a timely fashion, all served with a great personality.My Husband and I have lived here for almost a year now, and being a military wife it’s been hectic, especially with little once who are busy bodies.So When our little one was in that phase of wanting to play, “throw toys in the garbage disposal” it was extremely stressful. This is such a great community. My husband is now station here and we really enjoy living here. Ioni made our move in experience great. Better than any apartment community I have ever moved to. And I am so excited with the new renovations that they have going on.

Meet Mrs Love at Parcstone apartments. She showed me around the apartments. They were very beautiful. She took time to show me, and give me details on the apartments. Mrs.Love is a very nice and sweet person. Shes the kind of person that I would love to do business with.

Gorgeous apartment complex! I was helped by a lady named Kendall and she was just amazing! She was so helpful and told me everything I needed to know! Just far enough away from base to be comfortable, but close enough to everything to be convenient!

DO NOT trust the people in management here! They keep everything BUT their word including lots of your money! They will lie to get $$ out of you and run with it. Stay far away from here because you’ll be dealing with them months down the road even after you’ve BEEN GONE! DISGUSTING 🥴

I really love this place! The staff is amazing. I had considered NC to relocate to with my kids, Ioni C. was the agent that helped me. She was professional and so was the rest of the staff. The apartments are nice and affordable. If you’re moving definitely give them a call!

I can’t thank Kendal DeWall enough for being such a great help in my apartment search! There was a chance I’d be relocating and looked at the Parcstone Apartments. Even though in the end, I went somewhere else, Kendal was such a sweet and accommodating person. I had so many questions and she did a wonderful job of answering them all and helping me work through my options.

While visiting on vacation for 2 weeks, I had a great experience of being able to visit a friend every day at these apts. They are absolutely roomy and beautiful. The environment of the property is very clean and atmosphere was peaceful. My friend enjoys her apt. and says the staff is very nice, professional and accommodating.

There was issue in our AC we registered it and within hour or 2 it was fixed by T. J he fixed it really quick. He is such a help.

The staff is great and the community as well, but the apartment is built with less than low quality materials. If i get off an Airborne Operation at night, the floors are so weak that i can’t even walk or take a shower without waking up my downstairs neighbor that has to be to work at 6 in the morning. My upstairs neighbors sound exactly the same. They have kids that due to the cheap floors they sound like 155 rounds dropping in my apartment

When I first moved in, the lock was jammed and so I had a very hard time getting in until someone from maintenance came and applied oil to the lock.The community wifi they provide does NOT work. I contacted the leasing office three times regarding the issue and it was not fixed. I contacted Spectrum community solutions support, and they said its an issue with the office just adding on wifi login accounts instead of removing them. So the number of users is at maximum capacity. I told the office this, but nothing seemed to be done and my wifi did not work even after 3 weeks living here. Eventually decided to buy my own router.Havent had an issue with bugs or rodents, however the noise level late at night can get a bit annoying occasionally.The apartment complex itself seems partly safe, and I had no issues walking my dog very late at night; However, there are some unscrupulous individuals walking around and going through peoples packages. There doesnt seem to be any security other than the gate. One of the gates are open 24/7 so people can just walk in from outside.One major complaint is that I really wish not all the fitness centers were closed. Theres more than one, but every single one of them are closed for revamping. Was not able to use the fitness center here at all after I moved here. These amenities should not be advertised on the website if they arent open. They posted a notice that the fitness centers would reopen on May 15, but they havent.Edit: Changed review from 2 stars to 1 star because power keeps going out frequently at random intervals, which makes it very hard for me because I work from home.

I absolutely loved this place!! Especially right now during a pandemic, the office space was clean, the staff was super accommodating and friendly. I felt right at home and comfortable with one young lady in particular, oni. I think that’s her name, her and the staff was just what I needed when going through this process.

Had a third party maintenance company come through to switch out window blinds. The WHOLE apartment was rummaged through to include my spouse’s underwear, personal belongings, and the bathroom. Parcstone did not supervise the third party crew and claimed to reinforce the policies of entering residences to employees.Multiple packages have been stolen from the door step. The only thing the “gated” community seems to help is keep thieves in. 100/10 do not recommend this apartment complex if you care about your family or belongings.

Ms. Love’s outstanding reputation precedes her. She lives up to it in every way! I look forward to continuing a relationship with Ms. Love at Parcstone Apartments.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Do not move here! Management makes it their daily mission to harass you and find whatever possible to fine you. I got a $75 parking violation (when I had a parking decal and ended up proving it to them and getting it removed) I also had a $100 violation for an unauthorized tenant when I have a family member that works back and forth that stays with me only a couple times a week! They make it nearly impossible to have a quality of life in this apartment complex, and with about 15 employees living on the property itself, it seems to never be peaceful around here. I wish I never pulled into this parking lot. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!

I just want to start off by saying what an amazing staff Parcstone Apartment has! OUTSTANDING! I was looking for a 1 bed room for me and my son at the last minute I spoke with Ioni over the phone she answered all my questions and was very personable. HER BOSS NEEDS TO GIVE HER A Promotion IM JUST SO BLOW AWAY form her professionalism and knowledge of everything that I asked she made the application processes so easy and keep in contact with with the availability of the apartment and prices. I have struggled with many apartment complex in the area this was the best one over all! The apartment complex is very clean had 2 playgrounds and 2 big pools and the apartment I was shown was Beautiful such a big floor plan I fell in love! The staff makes you feel like family and not just another renter and I really appreciate that ! Definitely should make this your first choice for apartment in Fayetteville!!! Keep up the great work and will be recommending this to my friends and coworkers!

Do Not Live Here! The management does not care about any of the concerns of its residents. Here is a brief list of what has happened since I moved in: 2 separate neighbors dogs have crapped over our balcony and furniture. The management did not help with any compensation of damaged furniture and plants. Two neighbors have shot guns during the night. I still have the shells under the bushes of my balcony. Someone put up a private camera in our corridor to monitor anyones movements, and the staff delayed in helping its residents be safe. This place is dangerous and not worth any of the empty benefits that they advertise. Feel free to contact me for any other information to discuss why it would be a terrible idea to live here. While the maintenance crew cleaned the patio, they did not clean our property nor did management replace our unusable furniture. They only cleaned their property. They did nothing to help compensate for any loss of our furniture.As for the camera, it was a low priority as stated in one of the phone calls about this issue. The camera was up for at least 36 hours before it was taken down.Any attempt to make suggestions to the property have been met with refer back to the lease. They are rarely interested in making specific improvements that benefit everyone.They only will make adjustments to anything if it doesnt cost money. For example, numerous residents have had their packages stolen, and the managements response was: send the packages to the office. They could install proper security cameras, but that option would cost money...there is a security camera around the pool area, which only reinforces that they will protect their property, not ours. The management and ownership only exert minimum effort.Every response they have given me is empty. While the maintenance crews work hard to ensure everything is working properly, the management and ownership only care about themselves. You will be met with nothing but empty, legal rhetoric every time you interact with them.DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Parcstone and Ms. Love continually provide support to the homeless veterans. Whenever asked, Ms. Love rises to the occasion to assist clients sent by Veterans Empowering Veterans.

It’s an okay place, however for the amount that you pay there are far better apartments. I came back from a deployment and signed a lease here purely out of the convenience (there was availability and all utilities were pretty much ready to go). However time and time again it’s not worth it, I’ve had to contact maintenance more than any other place I’ve lived at (granted the maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues. It would just be a lot cooler if everything in the apartment was taken care of before hand). Not super impressed with the office staff, in my experience they’re less than helpful.If you’re military and looking for a decently rated apartment near post, I would recommend elsewhere.

I have had limited interaction with Parcstone but two things stand out. I love the professionalism of the staff. Despite the pandemic, there is still a refreshing appearance to the office staff though face-to-face is extremely limited or not at all - the standard has not been relaxed. Second, Ioni has been very instrumental in explaining dos and donts to the residents and doing it very patiently and professionally.

All inclusive meets great staff- ioni (office) and bri (maintenance) are awesome- With convenience to literally everything this gated community is everything we wanted. You can tell the management takes pride in the community.

To whom it may concern:I would like to take time out of my day to give a big shout out and thumbs up to the management team at Parc Stone. My family and I are very pleased with the help we get from Mr.Janell and Mrs. Love. I can’t explain or show enough gratitude for all the times they have helped me and my family and addressing our concerns. These ladies have always smiled and greeted me with the upmost respect. Knowing I can come to them with issues that I have had with other tenants, such has loud music, Dogs walker leaving poop, to neighbors just being rude or from tenants just not being mindful of others. The one reason I stay here is because I feel they hold the tenants to the standards we was promised when we moved in. I know it’s not always easy to hold a bunch of tenant to ground rule or living arrangements but it’s a must. It’s a sad thing when grow responsible adults get upset for having to follow guidelines but it’s a must and I give Parc Stone team all respect and thank if it was not for them holding myself and others to the guidelines ( Parc Stone would be the next projects, but do to Ms. Janell and Ms. Love and team I can continue to call Parc Stone and a well lived in community. Ladies please keep up the good work. I hope that you all keep enforcing safety and regulations. Your hard work will pay off. 👍🏼👍🏼 I love being here. From the residence who loves to sit by the pool all summer.

Janelle the property manager toured me due to everyone in the office helping someone. I really enjoyed the apartment that had the pool view near the office. I think I had to be quicker than that because I called back and spoke with Loni and she said she rented to someone else. But I ended finding another place in my price range. Thank you so much for the great customer service you guys showed.

Update: This place has no security whatsoever. The front gate has been broken for two months and there has been no movement on when it’ll be fixed. The second gate is there but has been wide open for the past few days.Current resident here. Apparently they don’t allow Ring Doorbell Cameras. So I guess if someone steals my packages or breaks into my apartment, I am out of luck. They claim it’s invasion of privacy but it’s not recording anyone’s personal space inside of their apartment. If you’re considering an apartment here in Fayetteville, do not stay here. I am removing my camera, but once my lease is up, I’m not renewing.

Personally I think this is a great place to live. It feels safe, clean and the people seem friendly. The staff and maintenance are great too! Garrett the maintenance man was wonderful help! Definitely recommend him. Hopefully my stay keeps to my expectations from what I have seen so far.

I’ve been living here a few months I really like how quiet it is in the neighborhood. The service is great I had a leak in my apartment and TJ(Maintence) came right out fixed the problem and changed my air filter while he was here. Really nice wore a mask the entire visit.

Just had ty come to apartment and fix my AC. He came with a good and respectful attitude, also worked in a timely manner...great customer service skills

My wife and I recently moved into the apartment complex and we had a few things we needed maintenance to fix. We called the leasing office and within 10 minutes they had 4 workers there to fix our requested issues. Garry, Chris, Garrett and TJ were all very polite, helpful, and thorough with their work. They definitely helped make a great impression on our new home!

I love this apartment complex. It’s all inclusive and it’s beautiful. And plus it’s not too far from Fort Bragg gates. Come and see Latoya and/or Ricky. They are awesome, knowledgeable and has great customer service. Very welcoming leasing agents that make you feel like you are already at home.

I live here currently and the leasing staff are amazing people. The area is nice quiet and clean. My apartment is wonderful And updated with great neighbors, the gym is 24/7 and convenient.

Awesome front office and maintenance staff. We just moved in last week and everyone in the front office were very nice and accommodating. After move in, as with most apartments there were a couple of things that came up that needed maintenance attention. TJ from maintenance was very kind and took care of my growing list of requests very quickly and efficiently! Awesome place to live!

I moved in the middle of March. And I’m in love. The apartment is everything I liked and the property is huge. But above all my leasing agent Victoria has been a life saver. She did all she could to make my move stress free. And am so grateful for her.

I love living here, everyone is so friendly. The landscaping is always kept perfect. The ladies in the office are so very professional and always courteous. And repairs are done usually the same day.

Ive been living at Parcstone for a year now and I have to say the services is great. The front office is always Welcoming and Kind. When I put in any work orders Anthony(Maintenance Man) gets it done immediately! I always see him riding around going from place to place to complete orders. Great place and Staff!

TJ always does a great job when completing service requests! He gets the job done! He is very knowledgeable and takes appropriate safety measures (especially during this virus lock down). He always explains what is going on and encourages you to keep in contact if any additional assistance is needed. He is definitely an asset to the ParcStone service team. I’ve been here a year and everyone has consistently been helpful and pleasant. More importantly, the staff is highly responsive. While I’ve had a few issues the staff’s eagerness to assist and find resolution was key. The maintenance staff is stellar. When I submit a service request it’s been handled well within 24 hours. Mike does a great job of explaining what he is there to do and answers my many questions.

My experience here was great! This is one of the better communities in Fayetteville and the staff is THE best! Resident events are fun. The service team is friendly and quick to get to repairs.

The management will swindle tenants with bogus fines. They won’t even produce evidence for your fine. Customer service is lost in these managers. They are in it for themselves. But all good I will make my complaint with JAG, Housing on post and the BBB. Karma will come to them one day.

I have absolutely no complaints about the staff here at Parcstone Apt especially when dealing with resolving issues whether with tenants, office visits or maintenance. As a matter of fact I need to speak on maintenance real quick. Every apartment will need repairs no matter where you go and I can say for the past 3-4 years weve been living here, TJ one of the maintenance staff have always been a major help with quick quality professional repairs and that I really appreciate!

I just moved here. The office staff is great. The mechanic guy Mike is awesome. He will respond quickly to work orders. He is a great asset to the apartment complex.

I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes but none of them compare to ParcStone. From the day I took a tour of the property to saying my final goodbye they treated me as if I were the only resident there. I’ve never had the pleasure of working with more kinder people, including Garrett the maintenance man. Any time I had a problem he addressed the issue on a very timely manner and was nothing but a true professional when working inside my place. He always presented himself as a gentlemen and contained a wealth of knowledge about any possible issue that could arise. I have never in my life seen a maintenance man with as much professionalism as him.

Since the initial day I came to even ask questions not only were everyone polite they were informational. It ultimately was one of the deciding factors of me obtaining a place at parcstone. I love the customer service they’ve consistently have had everytime I’ve came in from management on down from any issues I’ve had along with just everyday questions. Service Technicians have been amazing as well so far definitely 5 star for me

I made a terrible choice going with this apartment complex. Unfortunately I wasnt from here when I chose it so I didnt get any guidance. So many issues with the management here. There are SO many apartments in Fayetteville area, if youre reading this and considering living here and youre between a couple, go ahead and eliminate this one, you can thank me later!

I have had the best living experience why I have been here st psrcstone the people are friendly and if u have any concerns about anything they are there to assist u in anyway. The best I sign other lease w them so that say a lot.

TJ (one of the maintenance guys at Parcstone)came out and fixed my air conditioner within an hour of me putting the request in. I loved his positive energy. He explained to me what was wrong and the steps he took to rectify the problem. He is very proficient, efficient, and knowledgeable. Parcstone is very lucky to have him as an employee.

My a/c was not working and when I emailed the service team I received a response within an hour. By the time I got home from work that same day my a/c was working perfectly! Thank you Garrett & ParcStone.

Ioni and Kiara help me out and got me moved in an expeditious manner and was so very polite! The apartments are awesome and well taken care of! Can’t wait to move in! Thank you two so much.

I just had my first experience with these two wonderful maintence men Chris and Tj! The washing machine I had in my apartment messed up and while they were fixing it in between I had asked if Chris could fix a few things and was very gracious to do so, and when Tj came he was very kind and acted fast on what to do with fixing the washing machine, unfortunately the washing machine is no longer with us (we will forever remember you washing machine rip) but Tj made an executive decision to pull one out of a vacant apartment so myself and my roommate wouldn’t be inconvenienced more than we should. I appreciate these two men so much and understanding and making sure we were not having to stress about this any longer! Thanks you two! You both are awesome!

At first glance this place seemed to be everything I’d hoped for but upon settling in my new place after two weeks, things that weren’t readily noticeable started to show up. The dryer in the unit wasn’t hooked up-AT ALL. I called for maintenance and when they finally came the issue couldn’t be resolved because the connection was to short for the wall. STILL waiting on this. Needless to say I still have to dry clothes and lint blows everywhere from behind the dryer. The refrigerator wobbles very much and a brand new bottle of wine that I had went shattered on the floor. I called maintenance for this days in advance to be fixed and nobody ever came. Lastly the place is infested with tiny spiders 🕷 and when I called the office to try and get help they told me not to spray Raid because it will damage the paint so I’m sharing the place now with lots of many legged friends.THE ABOVE IS TRUE TO THE BEST OF THE RECOLLECTION OF ALL THESE EXPERIENCES.

TJ is a superb maintenance man... Ive been a resident here for the better part of 3 years and he and his coworkers have always been diligent on maintaining both the exterior and interior of my dwelling... If ever Ive had a problem.. Boom there his is quickly no matter the time or day....Goes to show YOU that when you have a great front office, youll always have a great maintenance staff...Kudos to ALL!!

I have lived at Parcstone since July and have not had any issues so far! The office staff is always very helpful and welcoming. The maintenance staff is very prompt and knowledgeable about what they are there to fix. I havent had any issues with the people in my building. I am very happy with choosing to live here!

TJ was amazing!!! He fixed my AC and Sink this weekend and did it proficient and very professionally. He has a great personality and seem to be very knowledgeable of his job. We were very pleased.

I love ParcStone! Kiara & Ioni are extremely helpful. Every time I need something, they are able to assist me, and they do so with a smile. I wish that I could say the same about ALL of the employees here at Parcstone, however I am grateful that the aforementioned ladies are here, and are so very pleasant and helpful.

Awesome experience living here so far. Zero issues and the one work order we have had to put in was taken care of very quickly. Kristin made the move-in go very smooth and the rest of the staff are super helpful. Very happy with the apartment complex.

Great property and look of the rooms. Upon move in day have had a lot of maintenance issues. The maintenance team is very friendly and fast to respond and fix my stuff. TJ is awesome here and even volunteered to come in on the weekend to fix a problem. Great team, but the equipment needs updates

Ive been meaning to make this post since i moved in, The staff is great and always willing to help. Karen one the the leasing professionals is amazing if honestly it was for her dedication and helpfulness my wife and I probably would have never moved it. Monday we had a member of the service team (Mike) come out and take care of our smoke/carbon detector on/during his lunch break. The customer service here is amazing and I love the staff here!

Maintenance is pretty quick. I like not having to pay for extra utilities except for electric. Only downfall, I wish the gym was more updated.

This is the first time I have lived in Fayetteville and when I came to Parcstone Apartments it felt like home. Since living here I have fallen in love with this community. The staff at the front office makes me feel welcome. Victoria helped us with our entire process and it was swift and easy, Thanks Victoria! They greet me by name and that makes me feel like they care. I love the fact that they have coffee and hot chocolate in the office as well. Parcstone has made me feel like I belong here since the first day I came to look at the apartments. If you are looking for a place where you wanna feel welcome and wanna feel like youre at home, Parcstone is the place to be!
