Adams Court was an affordable haven for Seniors and Disabled people. But a souless new owner has added Adams Court to their portfolio. And just as the new owner has done in six similar properties, the rent has been raised and the former haven is gone. The residents of Adams Court were generously given a month to come up with that increased rent or move.The new owners plans for the Court is to completely remodel the apartments, increase the rent again.Apparently many, if not all, of the affordable apartment complexes in Fayetteville will soon be gone, leaving Seniors and Disabled former citizens no options other than to leave.

This is how I rate Adams Court when they place give you 30 days to get out and youre paying your rent on time all the time it is a shame when youre 70 years old and they put you out in the street this is my rating and I want to post it

Very quiet, you have your own patio. It’s very affordable and close to Bragg Blvd & MLK Hwy.
