Supervisor Jarel was rude when I brought to his attention that his mechanic left an oil wrench dangling on my sons oil filter. He was unprofessional and rather than taking responsibility and accountability, he asked if we put it down there ourselves. Watch what youre doing Grease Monkey, someday youll cross the wrong person when you mess up their vehicle. Done using them!!!

They shut down their self serve and only are allowing the express service. I simply wanted to spray down some hard to get areas before paying more money to go through express lane wash.Go down the road, there a many better options in Farmington

HorribleTook a van in and it had to be revacuum and wipe down inside. Manager said its as good as its going to get for $80.Alicia, the manager, refused to redo it or refund the $. She said it was already worked on for 3 hours. The wipe down and vacuum after the fact took about 15 minutes. Who worked on it beside a one armed bandit?Never ever going back.Bye bye Felicia Alicia

Time travel back and go to Monkey Shine!I got to pick my air freshener and was offered a trash bag.They thoroughly sprayed my ride before running it through, towel dried it and THEN applied the tire shine with a brush! I will totally be back!

Highway robbery, went in for just n oil change so oil and filter. Was figuring 50 to 60 bucks got hit for $111.66 got told its an extra $40 for synthetic. Typically do my own maintenance was running short on time so figured Id use them and get a wash before getting on the road. Then the manager tried to fight me for telling him it was some bs dealings they had going on.

No greeting upon arrival but other than that, all good.

They were GREAT! They worked hard to clean my truck. They spent time on it and even dried it after doing a great job cleaning it. Highly recommend their carwash. Highly worth the money!. Im a new regular now.

They didnt install shocks onto my truck correctly. They left a wrench in my truck and it grinded against my wheel well and against my control arm. Heard loud popping sounds coming from my driver side front wheel. pulled over and this is what I found. Totally pissed off.

I highly suggest customers to go elsewhere. The oil change is quick but they skip over a lot of procedures when changing oil. My first red flag from the company was a time they didn’t change out my vehicles oil filter. The next event was the check oil indicator on my dash going off before the due date. Come to find out they never changed my vehicles oil. I return to the store and tried to get it fixed but I was turned away. I definitely got robbed don’t lose your money here.

I arrived after a brief call with the receptionist, assuming Id be here about 45 minutes... To my surprise my car was given an oil change immediately! Very happy with Grease Monkey

Car wash expensive short change

The oil change was quick and there wasnt any wait. That was great. You dont have to exit the vehicle but if you need, there is a clean waiting room with a water closet. They were very professional. I am a returning customer now.

4 stars for the CAR WASH. I love everything about this carwash except for the vaccuums. They have great suction but the way theyre shaped keeps me from getting into places that are difficult to reach, otherwise I would definitely give 5 stars.

Showed up today at about 2:30pm for an oil change. Waited at the bay for 5 minutes. No one acknowledged me or said a word. I decided to go inside and wait and hope I got some help. Nope! I waited another 5 minutes inside without a wave or be right with you ... Not to mention there was zero staff inside either. The guys were only working on 3 vehicles, I dont see how that is too busy to say hello or have a front desk person. So I went down to Zeims for a oil change where they got me in immediately and for much less of the price.And a side note, the self wash bays no longer carry soap, so take that into consideration for your next wash.

I went to Monkey Shine Carwash.The metal piece from the vacuum attachment came off and hit me in the back of the head. They did NOTHING!!! I went inside to fill out a customer complaint and she couldnt find the form for the customer, only for the employee. I waited 20 minutes, she said I had to wait longer but I had someplace else to be. She didnt ask for my name, number or if I was hurt. I am not bleeding but do have a bump on the back of my head. Completely dissatisfied and will NOT go back!

Went to the car wash would always recommend them and they scratched up my rim and when I went to tell them about it they pretty much called me a liar and said there was no way it could have been them. Supposedly the General manager was suppose to call me Tuesday but never heard anything guess they just ignore it tell it goes away. I’ll never use this car wash and I’ll make sure none of my friends and family never use it either. 👎✌️

After a horrible experience at the competition I decided to give these guys a try. Im glad I did. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Not like the other guys in town. My only complaint is the nozzles on their vacuums. They are big and bulky which makes it difficult to get into some of the tighter places. Definitely my new go to car wash.

Im so thankful for the dog wash at Grease Monkey. For $10 I can get my very large dogs bathed without having the mess at home!

I pulled up 15 minutes before these guys closed. Working 7 days a week, 10 hours a day makes it hard to get an oil change. The gentleman that greeted me didnt even blink and told me I was fine and they would get it done. They were all very friendly and professional. Thanks alot guys!

Purchased the Platinum Detail package and was AMAZED ... My car could be put on a car lot for sale in this condition! Awesome work and finished at the estimated time... I will be doing this every 6 months! Bought a gift certificate for my husbands car! This was so satisfying!!

They have great services & are good with customers.. However, they seemed to be a bit understaffed. . Several vehicles waiting to be cleaned on the inside -1+ hr wait - ($30 wash) and just 1 guy drying vehicles as they came out of wash bay ($15 wash) Glad employees can accept tips & nice that vacuums are always free! Will return & recommend..

We only come here for the car wash but it is the best in Farmington now that Mister bought Blue Diamond.

Great car wash...the machine takes all money and debit card. The timer starts immediately after you put money in...even with the burron in the off position...forget all the fancy options because other than soap...no other products come out. The brush works good and the vacuum is free.

I come here 2 or 3 times out of the year, they are great most of the time. I asked to have the cab of my work truck detailed figure it would save some time. I am disappointed in the visit. There are still bits of crumbs and debris still in the bottom of the cab and they did not wipe down thoroughly. Payed 20 something dollars to have it detailed.You get what you pay for I guess.

Not good. Tried to sell me brakes and other stuff i dont need. Got a second opinion & I was right. Unfortunate but thats the last time I do business there.

Good for oil changes... Not for radiator flushes. A week after I got them to flush and fill my radiator, my car was streaming and green radiator fluid was leaking from my car.I took my car in to the grease monkey in south Jordan and they said the radiator wasnt flushed properly, had air left in it that caused overheating and the fluid to overflow from my car. Ill go back for oil changes but be very careful to get any other work done on my car.

Employees do not wear face masks when talking to you two feet in front of your face when doing an oil change in your vehicle.

The service here was great. I got right in and got right out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were fair. The best part is that I got a free car wash with my oil change. There was a nice sitting area with snacks, TV, wifi, etc. This is my new go to for oil changes. Best in the area in my opinion.

Ended up here after getting turned away at 3 jiffy lube. Was greeted warmly and they got me right in for an oil change. Nice waiting room with tv, magazines, drinks, snacks for purchase. Oil change comes with a free car wash that you can use at any time. I will only be taking our cars here from now on. I appreciate a pleasant experience that much!

I got an oil change, and air filter done for under 75.00 dollars they also vacuumed my car washed windows and I got a free car wash and a flower from the manager they were quick and friendly and I will always take my car back there highly recommended .Thanks Monkey Shine made my day a lot better.

Always a great place, staff there is very helpful. After having our oil changed it was leaking, so called them they took it in immediately, the ring had ripped, the roadbed it with no charged and gave us a coupon to use next time we come. Definitely will be back

Love this place, vacuums are open free to the public during business hours. Just pull up and start vacuuming. Way cool!

Car wash doesnt have much pressure, and nothing works well. If you select presoak in the wash bays it blows air etc. Convenient location.

Good service, fair prices, every oil change comes with a free car wash. In the car wash they use compressed air to remove the water from mirrors and crevices. Lots of amenities for customers waiting for their car to be serviced.

The staff is great, Stoney helped me and he was awesome!! Very professional , answered my question and he did an EXCELLENT job!!!
