Wasnt impressed with the quality of the wash. My vehicle still had streaks. It was a better place when it was octopus car wash.

You cant expect any automated car wash to be perfect.It does a pretty good job! With that in mind, the line moves quickly, the employees are nice, its clean and the vacuums and air compressors are a nice touch. Overall its a pretty good value.I do wish the $30/m package allowed you to use 2 vehicles though. I think personally I could justify the price more.

Awesome car wash love the vacuum cleaner service was able to get the car cleaned inside and out.

Had to go through twice first wash didnt remove the dirt/ mud from sides and windows appears to go to fast to do a clean wash.

Very convenient and it gets my car clean!!! Employees are nice also!! Like the fact u can jus go thru without a hassle or wait.

Traveling though NM we hiked Bisti Badlands. The trek to get to our starting point and back had our van go through several mud baths. It was so gross, we were convinced we would have to go through a self car wash to hose the tires and the mud pads. We saw Mister Car Wash and thought to try our luck. These guys were incredible! They hosed the whole thing and made brand spanking new! The gentleman that manages the car intake through the wash took his time with each side.Best experience ever! The self vacuums are extra strong. We are very happy customers!

A decent place to personally detail your vehicles. Vacuums are always serviced and your ride will look brand new.

Love the wash but at the end you could probably use more blow driers for the cars. It leaves water spots and some of us dont stop to wipe. Some of us are elderly people and it would be nice to leave with a spotless car. Or you could have 2 stalls for us to drive thru and have a few workers to just wipe down our vehicles. That would be great. Thank you.

The only bad thing right now is the dont take cash. So it harder for some people because not everyone has a debt card.. But outher ways its great and the workers are very nice and friendly has well..

West side Mister carwash isnt a great place to go. Beware of the things that break off your vehicle and you dont get reimbursed for it. 20th is way better and more experienced. Dont waste your time on west side!

Every time I go in I never get my full carwash. Plus I ask them to please spray it down before I go through because someone elses dust can scratch other vehicles. Not to happy.

Love this car wash. The one on 20th is our favorite and also the closest to use, but the vacuums work the best there i think. Gets the job done

I truly like the deal and the service. Every once and a while they have two guys up front spraying and wiping down the front and back end of your ride. Wish it was more often.

Pulled up to pay to get my car washed, my car is muddy from my road being watered, and the guy told me that I couldn’t go through the car wash, because my car was muddy and that I had to go home and spray my car off. The WHOLE point of a car wash is to not do it at home, if I wanted to do it at home it would have already been done. Will never use this place again or any of this franchise

Use to be much better. They use dry your mirrors and windows. Need to bring back real employees to manually dry or at least wipe the windows and mirrors

No comments are good comment. That being said l would like to see the final wipe down come back . And l would just as soon not hear the bs about safety and just admit its to lower labor costs .

Shout out to a young man named Roberto. What a kind, patient young man.I told my daughter to put her Birthday money up so she didnt vacuum it...well, she indeed vacuumed it 😑. She ran up to Roberto as he was just doing his checks of the stations and asked if he could please, get it out!. Of course he saw the upset in her face, turned to me and said, hold on! I told him, no it was fine, only 10 dollars and thats a mess to dig through. He replied, I just know we are in a pandemic and 10 dollars is a lot to some. 🥺. He indeed looked through all that he could and when it wasnt found he assured me if he did he would give it to his manager to hold in the office. I told him he was the best and if he did find it, put it in his pocket.I know this may seem little to some. But he could have just as easily said, nah its gone. Just nice to see the love and compassion in the crazy world we are living in.Thank you Roberto for showing my children good people do exist. Hats off to you, sir.

I use mr car wash for my company unit. As a sales rep I think its important to keep my pickup clean and look professional. My only complaint would be my tailgate and bumper never get cleaned. Other than that I like you

Not the greatest but 20th street Mister Carwash was better than the one near Lowes, I ran my car through twice there and still had the filmy road residue.

I love that it’s convenient and easy to get your car wash but one thing I hate is by the time I get home there is a lot of white water drops. It’s so annoying that I have to go back and wipe it down myself. It was nice when people actually wiped down your car for this problem. For that the pric should be lowered cause we’re going back to wipe the white water drops off

We use Mister Car Wash at least once a week for each of our cars. The service is prompt and high quality. Our cars, and tires, look almost new after a wash, and the free vacuums is an added bonus. Mister is by far the best car wash service we have ever used. Highly recommend you get the Unlimited Membership--it is the best deal in town.

Bring back towel drying!! I am seriously considering switching to another company that towel dries. For the price we pay that should be included!!

Went to Mr. Mister this last weekend while it was overcast to get rid of some of the grime off my vehicle. The guy used the hand-held wand and thoroughly washed the outside of the truck in front of me and I was excited to see that maybe some of the old service from the previous ownership was back. Not so. When it was my turn, the guy put my car right on through and barely spayed mine with the wand even though my car was covered in road grime. There wasnt a single car behind me and I was so disappointed that he didnt take the time to give me the same service the truck in front of me received. Wont be back.

Good car wash place

Got the $20 unlimited car wash pass for my fiance. He likes that hes able to go as many times as he wants thru out the month and wash his car. He liked the one by Lowes but that car wash ALWAYS bends his front license plate and takes off a rubber piece on the top of his car. The one on 20th dont seem to do that as often as the other one. It dont always get all the bugs off the front of the car though as weve had to go back thru to get them off. Other than that its a good place to go to wash the car. Havent used the vacuums there tho as we just come home and clean the inside here.

Was just refused a wash because my truck was too dirty. Was treated very disrespectfully by a young native employee named Royal,no less. Im a monthly unlimited member and have been since the first week Mr Carwash took over from Octopuss.The quality has already gone downhill here and this was the final straw.Im attaching a pic of my too dirty truck.You be the judge.

Your 3 carwashes in Farmington NM do not wash the back window of my F150 or the rear bumper and tailgate, but you are the only carwash in the region. When these carwashes were Octopus and another company they had people at the end of the carwash tunnel wiping the windows, mirrors, and excess water from the vehicle, I miss that.

My car has a streak down thw middle of it where the hanging rags didnt get. They dont wipe down the vehicle. I think they have speeded up the wash too.

I gotta say, Mister Car Wash is definitely not as good as Octopus was! There was only one guy working the line when we went, and he didnt scrub anything before we went into the wash, he only sprayed a little water on the windshield. And there was no one drying when we got through so we left with a wet truck. The wait was long, and our truck did not get nearly as clean as it used too when coming here. 😒

Since the new management team has taken OVER..the personal touch that you once received has diminished! Its all about MONEY AND HOW MANY VEHICLES THAT CAN GO THRU. Wish Mr Carwash would have some worker wipe your vehicle down like they used to. Now after the dryers. Your car will be left with water marks again.

At the beginning it was great with lots of staff wiping and making sure your vehicle gets cleaned. Now there is only a couple on site. No wiping nothing. It has really down graded. Not really satisfied with service at this time.

You just need to go back to wiping down the vehicle right after washing.

Check your vehicle before you leave... went to get my car wash & I never had a problem with this place before but this time... my ride got the paint buffered off & it was scrapped on top of my ride.. the manager on duty tried to tell me it was sun damage which it was clearly not... you can see where it was buffered off... if you go here CHECK your vehicle before you leave...

Passenger side of my car and back side of my car never gets clean. The brushes no touch that side of my car. Waste of money. I still have to hand wash and dry to clean my car

Miss the guys at the end who wiped off any remaining water on glass and mirrors. Otherwise, Im happy with quality of the wash.
