Great pedicure total relaxation the manager chi chi does great nails a little pricey but so worth it definitely recommend going here oh they also have a shop in Dartmouth too

Worse experience ever!!!! I asked them to fill my 10 year old daughters gel nails. I go to get a pedicure. When I was done she was sitting there an hour soaking her nails. First off, I asked for a fill. And they took advantage it was a child sitting there. And she had the audacity to get upset that I didnt tip her?! Are you kidding me? She re-did her nails to make more money. And left my daughter sitting there like it wasnt anything to them. Horrible service! First and last time! I cant even understand the high reviews. Thats ridiculous. Theyre obviously thieves and liars. Making excuses why they left my daughter sitting there. If I could give this place 0 stars . . . I would!

The friendliest nail salon I have ever Breah to period. Does a great job on my nails. Be sure to let them know what you like as owner and others do speak and understand English well.

This was my first time here. I has Kiki, she did a Beautiful job. 3 coats of polish. Very happy, will be back again.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, but their service has gone down hill in the last few months. Every two weeks I go in and get a fill with gel polish, at first I was paying $32. I went in two weeks later for the same service and was charged $36. Two weeks later I went in for the same service and it’s $40? No thanks. Their prices on the wall say $32 but for some reason I’m being charged more than that? No thanks. I will be going elsewhere for a little while.

I’m not sure why this place has such a high score but I’ve experienced top notch service and this wasn’t it. If they aren’t taking the cuticle cutter out of a fresh package right in front of you then most likely it has not been cleaned/sanitized properly. The nail file and buffer is also supposed to be new. They reused old nail equipment which is not sanitary. My gel manicure also started chipping the next day. It continued to chip for the rest of the week. Nice ladies but poor sanitation and quality of work.

Chi chi always takes her time and does a great job. She knows how to do just about any design and her salons have any color you desire.

This was a first time visit for a self bath for my pooch. The workers are very helpful and everything you need is supplied and included in the price. Steve was also great and clipped the nails and we both left feeling great. There is a stock of every pet product and plenty of help to choose the right ones.

Very nice and clean place! Pedicare was on point, and was attention to detail. Manicure, full-set came out great! No cuts!!!😁 Overall the owner was super nice and paid full attention to her customers. Its a full 5 star to me!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Their appointment system is useless because they take in unlimited customers. They dont have enough people working for the amount of customers they take in. You constantly have to keep repeating what service you want. It takes hours to get a pedicure and manicure because of how short staffed they are. Its ridiculous. There are tons of other nail salons in the area. Go elsewhere.

I’ve never experienced this before. They physically file my nails to nothing and never in my life have I had brown spots and pain, I’ve been going there in hopes it would be different each time. It seems as if nothing is sanitized and the staff could care less. I will not be going back.

This is an assembly line facility. Rude when a hispanic customer came in I helped but she was still waiting when we left. We had the selling pedicure definitely not worth the money. This is why this particular type of salon has bad rep. If I want to be a faceless entity I would be happy but I am NOT and I was not happy!

This place is horrible! Went for a set of acrylic nails with a gel polish and will never go back there again! My nails are bumpy and uneven plus the polish job is terrible! When I flipped my hands over, the underside of my nails had thick chunks of acrylic and paint all over my fingertips! I told the nail tech she needed to clean that up and she gave me attitude. Poor quality! Poor job! And very unprofessional! If you want nice nails, do NOT go here!!!!

I’m surprised to see that this place has a 4 stars. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional establishment in my life. I get pedicures very frequently and I’ve never in my life had one faster than 30 minutes. My appointment was for 11am and the lady was done by 11:24. She completely rushed through my pedicure, my feet literally still have callus and she did not massage me with a hot stone or use a hot towel like my sister sitting next to me received. At the register I asked the girl if that was an additional service or if it comes with every pedicure. I was genuinely asking not being a smart a** or anything and the lady who did my pedicure was so unprofessional and screamed at me yelling “YES I DID HOT STONE, YES I DID HOT TOWELL, YOU WERENT PAYING ATTENTION” Lol so you’re saying I wouldn’t notice you putting a hot stone or hot towel on me? All she did was a massage with oil. Which okay fine no big deal but the worst part was the scene she made yelling at me in the salon. It was so embarrassing and all I kept telling the cashier was don’t worry about it I’ll pay for it, it’s not a big deal I was just asking. And she ignored me while the lady continued to yell. They lowered the price $5 which I told them they didn’t need to do. It wasn’t about the money, it was about her terrible service. I will never return to this establishment and that lady should be reprimanded for acting so unprofessional. Even if I was wrong (I wasn’t) that was not the way to handle it.

There over 2 hours and never got a fill. Took others first. Poor pedicure. Went with someone there pedicure started 30 mins before mine and yet we finished same time. Very very poor setup will never go back

I went to get a full set of acrylics and they told me they could do the design I showed then when he got to the part where all he had to do was paint them he said he couldnt do the design so I had to get plain black nails, also while he was doing my nails he kept making me bleed and then proceeded to charge me 55 dollars instead of 40 for a full set of acrylics bc they gave me the gel set instead of the acrylic set

Went in as a walk-in for dip with acrylic on my nails and she left me in the chair with my nails in a bowl for over an hour. there’s melted acrylic all over my fingers and nails it looks like my skin is peeling off. they had all of there employees doing pedicures and prioritized every other walk-in who was doing pedicures. only one lady was doing nails and was jumping back and forth between 4 people at a time. i decided to leave with my hands looking crazy because the service was so unprofessional rushed and rude. will never come back here again

I been here two times first time was good but today i had a appointment at 12:45 i came 10 20 min early and didnt get service till 1:00 they left my feet soaking for 35 min finally got to me then i waited 1 hr and 15 min after my feet was done for my nails to start getting worked on i was there for 3 hrs cuz they kept taking walk in before someone with appointment the whole purpose of creating a appointment is to be priorities before walk ins and they cut some of my fingers aswell that is my reasonings to taking stars away other than poor service nail quality is fine

We had a wonderful experience at Chloe Nails! It was very safe- spaced out nicely, everyone in masks. Better yet was my pedicure! Had the Jelly Pedicure with hot stone massage and peppermint scent. The gentleman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job. It was so relaxing and my nails look amazing! We enjoyed our time here so much and will be back for sure!

I made an appointment for 2 people for two manicures and one pedicure for 2:15. When we arrived, we decided on one more pedicure and asked “only if you have time”. She said she did. People started walking in and while my stepdaughter was waiting in the pedicure chair for over an hour for her manicure to be done, (that we made an appointment for) the lady up front kept taking all the walk ins instead of her. We even asked the employee that was doing my toes to remind the other lady she still needed a manicure, but they acted like they didn’t really care and basically ignored us. She finally began to get her nails done at 3:50. The manicures and pedicures were decent but if you can’t keep your appointment time, and honor your clients that make appointments, then don’t offer appointments. We won’t be going back for this reason.

I been here twice the first time they did alright. They are sooo over price! The lady that did my nails was kinda rude and cut my toe and made it bleed. She didn’t say sorry besides “oh you have a boo-boo”. As I went over to do my nails I did the coffin shape some of longer then the others and thicker. Three of my nails are crooked and I couldn’t have been so upset as I saw the results. Will never come back again!

Got a full set coffin shape, nails are different lengths, shapes and some are different lengths then others. Already looks like I need a fill, defiantly rushed on my nails, never again and was pricey just to rush and come out bad.
