I gotta give a shout out to this amazing place.. we always get our nails done here specifically because of her! The owner is so.good to my kileah, does the full deal with here pedi( soak, scrub, massage..the whole 9) they always goes.a.little extra and puts a sticker or something special for her!!! Love this place!

Polish chipped off 2nd day and continued all week.Very disappointed. I only get my nails done for Special occasions and the last time I came here same thing happened. There will not be a third!

Horrible service they have no clue how to out gel or and they mix the top coat together... which you cannot do.. You pick out the color say its light purple it goes on real dark purple..when asked why she like when it goes on it darker your wrong. Spent a lot of money taking my business elsewhere.

Tina did my manicure very well, paying much attention to detail. I also liked that she worked quickly but not so fast that you felt rushed! Ill definitely be coming back here every few weeks, it was very relaxing.

Awful... I will never come here again. The lady that did my nails was rude. She handle nails roughly and did an awful job on just fixing one nail. You can clearly see its the middle finger.😠😝

Price is nice but the lack of sanitation was a jaw dropping experience. It was busy so I had to wait, in this time I observed the staff drain the tub after each pedicure and refill for the next client without sanitizing. They also used same nail brush and pumice stone on clients without sanitizing. I observed the a staff person just rinse the cuticle pusher and clipper in between customers. I will NEVER go to this place again. It is an infection waiting to happen.

Its disgusting and Ill never go back. I went in for a Polish change and felt grossed out by the dirty chairs. The guy that I had wasnt friendly. He had longer fingernails than mine! He didnt make small talk or even wish me a good day. U could clearly see they dont care about u. Youre only a dollar sign to them. The workers talk amongst themselves in their language. To me its rude. Im all about cleanliness so my advice is Not to come here.

I visited here with my sister twice and everything was fine, but then I went by myself and while they did my nails well enough, they continued talking and laughing in Vietnamese while I was pretty much in the center of the group. Dont get me wrong, I have nothing against the language or the people, its just that when they laugh amongst each other and you dont know what they are saying, you think, Are they laughing at me? It made me feel uncomfortable.I never went back.

My nails always come out just how I like them. Perfect. But you gotta over look the appearance and cleanliness of the place.

I just visited this store really as a last resort because all the other higher rated locations on here were busy with long wait times. I was so taken aback by the difference between the ratings on here and the actual experience I had at this store, I asked the manager why the ratings were so horrible. She explained that they changed management. This store is clean and the staff is professional. I will definitely return the next time I am in Fairhaven. Kudos to management for your obvious turning around of this nail salon!

T have been going here for years, I really like coming to California nails. The people who work there are so friendly, and my nails always looks fabulous.

Just moved to the area and went in to get my nails done on a Sunday. The owner ,i believe, was telling a younger employee to tell me the wait was going to be 20 minutes I said ok, then after 10 minutes said they didnt have the kind of nails I wanted. I said thats fine Ill do gel. While 3 other employees were available standing around talking she advised me that the wait will be thirty minutes. I said ok thats fine and waited. Another employee finishes with a customer and joins the others to talk. Another customer walks in without an appointment and they assisted her with in minutes. The woman kept making up excuses in order for them to not do my nails. I now consider that location prejudice due to how I was treated. I had more than enough money to pay for the lack of services they did have to offer and was very friendly while speaking to the employee. I went to another location near by and received phenomenal service.

I go here regularly and it’s always good!!!! Started coming here by accident and it’s the best accident ever!

Horrible. Went in for acrylics and they couldnt even get the shape I wanted right. Dont even get me started on the design i wanted... tried to get a poppy flower and they just put a line and dots as the flowers. I came home and had to reshape and repaint them. Will NEVER go back, Id rate 0 stars if i could

Awful! I got a full gel acrylic set on a Friday and 2 fell off by the following Monday! I dont do any crazy work for them to be falling off that quickly! Not pleased. Wouldn’t recommended or waste time/money here.

I wouldnt even give it one star the messed up my friends nails mine were all bumpy and I paid $83 for gel and they rushed and the polish chipped and one of my nails fell off and its only been a little over a week!! NEVER GO HERE THEY SUCK!!!!

WOW just had the worst experience at a nail salon.... my place I normally go to was booked but I was desperate to get them filled badly in time for the weekend so I went to this place since it was closer but but ive never been to this place so i didnt know what to expect... first of all it wasnt thst clean everything was so dusty looking because of the acrylic powder but it doesnt look like they dust the place daily to keep up with appearance...walked in at 6pm they took me right away but i didnt leave the place til 7:30!!! ... they took forever to do everything and on top of it didnt even know how to shape my nails into the almond shape I walked in with... she asked me if i could shape them because she didnt know how to do it. I was so frustrated but continued to be nice because i know how tough customers can be sometimes and ruin your day... i didnt want to be that person because the lady was older and so sweet... but my blood was boiling inside lol.. they still had the nerve to charge me $30 which i was pisssssssed about but still kept a smile on my face and paid .... they asked if they could take a picture after i was thinking to myself are you serious? Lol..... lets just say I am never going there again!!
