I come here often for both pedicures and gel/powder nails. They are an extremely clean nail salon and go above and beyond to make it more than just getting your nails done. For my nails they always use a warm towel (wrapped in plastic wrap) to give you and upper back massage while your nails are drying. Ive also enjoyed their hot stones and 15 min (yes truly 15 min. They set a timer) foot massage with one of the higher end pedicures. Have only great things to say about this place. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to the nail salon since they opened. It used to be a friendly place, professional, and the best pedicure in the area. The last five times I have been in it has been horrible. Unfortunately, today will be my last visit. After a hastily pedicure in which I paid extra for, was so rushed and a manicure in which there was no hand massage I will not return. When I asked why he didn’t give a hand massage he just looked at me and smirked?? I am a loyal customer and thought the poor service was just one bad experience but now I know that it is what to be expected. This business needs to relook at what made them successful and return to their values before they lose more loyal customers.

First and last😡! I told the owner when I walked in my nails have to be thick. I work in a restaurant so they need to be thick which for 5 years isn’t a problem at my normal place in Wareham Crossing. No one listened and in one day I broke 2 nails. The other 8 also broke! After paying $105 plus tip they better be bulletproof! Thanks for wasting my time!

I came in for my first full set at Reach nails and was seen by Jesseica. Not only was she kind and making sure I was comfortable, she did an amazing job on my nails. She was thorough and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Strongly recommend!!

Love this place! Great service and super clean! My appointment was for 2:30 and I waited until 2:50 or so. They are worth the wait! My sister and I each got a $10 gift card for waiting. If you pay in cash, you get a $5 discount too! Super affordable and you get what you pay for! My pedicure massage was fabulous!

I went to get my nails done for the first time here on Tuesday. My nails were a bit uneven but I could live with that. The color was nice but only a couple days later the polish was already peeling! I should not be expecting this happen, especially when I paid 30$ for just a gel color change.

I have been to this nail salon many times and have always had a good experience. They are now the only nail salon I go to because every time I go, I come out with a great manicure/pedicure. Very friendly, professional staff and always a calm, welcoming vibe. Best salon by far ✌️❤️

Very pleased with this salon. Always very clean. Most nail places are gross, but this place is visibly clean and you will always see a few workers actively dusting, wiping down surfaces, and sweeping. They are all very kind and good at what they do. There is never a problem with masks and they have plastic shields at the manicure desks. Pricing is very affordable and considerate. You get a lot for what you pay for.

For the most part I like this salon, but the one thing I really dislike is that for some reason they have you pick from the wall of regular polishes even if you are getting gel color. I have tried to go over to the gel polishes to pick my color before and they told me to pick from the regular polishes. On more than one occasion, the color I pick doesn’t come in gel. Or, I will glance over at the wall of gel colors while I am getting my nails done and see so many other colors that were not on the regular polish wall. I really wish they would just let people getting gel polish pick from the actual selection of gel polishes. It really bugs me.

I absolutely loved my pedicure! I left with my feet and legs feeling softer than ever + with pretty polished toes. My pedicurist Jesseica did amazing! Definitely the best pedicure service I’ve ever endured. 10/10 would recommend!

I visit this salon monthly with my bestie and my mom. We absolutely love it. The pomegranate pedicure is amazing but the regular is also perfect when you’re just looking for services more basic. However, both include the paraffin wax! I’ve done a full set, gel, and dip manicure (I constantly change up what I want) but all the services are too notch and my nails always come out perfect! I highly recommend this salon!

Came here for a uv gel fill-in to correct a horrible set done by another nail salon. This place is no-nonsense, they take nails and service super seriously, a little bit like a library. The salon itself is clean and open. My nails were done to perfection and the paraffin hand wax and massage that followed was an added bonus. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Definitely one of the best in this area. It is clean they try their best to help everyone in a quick fashion and wont make you wait 1 hour if you made an appointment. They also do amazing pedicures.

All I can post is FANTASTIC. everyone is friendly. Maya gave me the best pedicure. Allen fixed my gel nails (what a mess they were). My friend has been going here for years and I decided to join her. I got an pedicure and manicure with paraffin wax, and was not disappointed. The foot and neck massage was the best I ever had at a nail salon. They have a great selection of nail polish colors and the place was very hygienic. High recommended!

Not satisfied, will not go back and very expensive, full set of gel nails with French manicure and very small design on 2 nails. My daughter had a full set also and will not go back, poorly shaped and filed very lumpy and uneven , my daughter and I payed way too much for what we got.my daughter paid $71.00 and I paid $76.00 . So so disappointed ☹️ 😤

1st time Ive been here. Its fantastic!! $40 and I had gel shellac, French style then they give you a neck and shoulder massage while you have a hot towel on your neck plus the hot wax treatment on your hands then lotion after. It was worth every penny!!! I will definitely be going back

First time on a busy Saturday. I had an appointment and did not have to wait. Staff were very efficient but not very personable. Robotic. Stuck to the the task and moved people through. Got a quick pedicure that included a leg and neck massage! All in about 35 minutes. Nice pedicure. Decent price. Ill go back ( with an appointment), but Id like them to be a little friendlier.

My experience was awful! I had the basic pedicure took a total of 15 minutes from start to finish. The girl was so quick, my feet were soaking in just plain warm water for no more than 5 minutes before she started. She also didnt even use a cuticle softener so ladies you can only imagine it being uncomfortable, There was no scrubbing they use paper towels in place of toe separators. Sorry not worth the money.

I had read many reviews on social media on how great this nail salon was so my friend and I decided we would go. I went on Thursday and today is now saturday. I have a chipped toe and my toes were poorly painted. Now not only that I did pick the basic pedicure and it wasnt even 15 min. I feel they are over priced and I did not recive a 30 dollars worth of a pedicure. When the worker started to massage my pack she kept stopping and passing her cellphone back and forth. The workers didnt even attempt a conversation with my friend neither me. But this place is pretty clean and tighty. Maybe your experience has been or will be different but from my view i wouldn’t recommend!

Had my nails done 2 days ago is my first and last time there I had the dip done and they didn’t even do good job at all my nails are weak had to go to another place they normally last 3 weeks never again and went back to get my nails redone they couldn’t take me they were to busy I paid $70 for pedi and manicure and tip them good thinkin they would last it chip the next day.

Im so disappointed! I went in expecting a good experience. Id like to say the place is very clean.Unfortunately she just barely scrapped my feet ..inparticular my heels. During the neck message she was speaking with another client. .constantly using her hands to speak. Im on my way home to scrape my feet😢

I was going to a different local nail salon and the last 3 times I left unhappy. The person working on my nails would leave me and start working on someone else which is super annoying. And it always felt so rushed and their massages suck. So when I noticed a new place opened I knew I had to try it out. I’m so glad I did because this place is the best. They’re so friendly and take their time on you. Not to mention they give the best massages. Even with a basic manicure they give you a shoulder massage. If you’re going to the other nail salons I guarantee you’ll never go back after giving Reach a try.

💕AMAZING PLACE💕. I went for a basic pedi for $30 and I felt like I was at a real spa. The pace is very clean ,modern, and calm love the fact that they play zen/spa like music. I was there for about an hour and the leg massages and back massages was a great added touch (free) I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and never have I been treated this good. They really go above and beyond to make you feel relax and comfortable. Already told my friends, coworkers, and family about this place. Can’t wait to go back👍🏼

I’m disappointed to see the one star reviews, I was skeptical coming here but today was my first time& I had a great experience, I looked at all the reviews before coming in & decided to give them a chance. I didn’t have to wait long & I got a mani& pedi. I got a full set uv gel & it came out great!! I was really impressed with how precise the guy who did my nails was with shaping and making sure my cuticles were clean and pushed back they are different than my normal nail tech because they also give a shoulder massage with a hot towel at the end and it’s awesome!! They also do this wax thing for your hands at the end that I’ve never experienced before as well! I had a great experience, nowI’m waiting to see how long these nails will last & be back again!! :)

Definitely not going back! Over priced and didnt do what i asked for. Not friendly. When i asked to correct my problem didnt correct what i was asking. Payed for nails i didnt even want.

I was a walk in client with my bf and daughter, and they took us right away. I found it funny, but I was firstly impressed with the candle they had burning in the restroom lol it smelt so good lol. But when we selected what pedicure treatment we wanted and they started going at it, IT WAS AMAZING!!! Ive only had a handful of pedis in my life and I have NEVER experienced the amount of attentiveness and care he put into everything. I live with terrible pain in my legs and feet and when I go for pedis I crave a good message, which I NEVER receive... But tonight I was severly shocked with how long he massaged my legs... And then the massage at the end when your nails are drying...WHATTT???? Omg I was in heaven, I wanted to cry it felt so good. I will never go anywhere but here in the future. And I will def spread the word to everyone I know. Great job REACH 👍💜💜

O.k., I was the Guinea pig for this place. So I feel its only fair to share my experience. I went to the Reach Nails and Spa for a manicure and shellac polish. What I recieved was a manicure a hand scrub that was delightful and my hands dipped in warm wax (3 dips each hand) A heated pad on my shoulders,a tension relieving shoulder and neck and back message, hand message and a free gift of the wonderful lotion used on my hands. THERE WAS NO RUSH at ANYTIME. THE person who gave me this awesome experiences name is Jane. She was quiet but very polite and offered tips for proper care and comfort. I dont usually bother with experience details but Im sure Im not the only person who has shied away from nail shops due to rudeness and arms being pulled on and my least of all favorite employees only talking to each other and ignoring the customer ! Im fine with the person who attends me being quiet and concentrating on the task at hand but Im not fine with being ignored while employees laugh and talk among them selves!!!so in a nutshell people get nail treatments as a form of reward or to be pampered and this place can so deliver this experience hands down no contest
