I recently toured Windsor Place, as my son is looking for his first apartment close to Wright State University. Property Manager Ashley Riggs gave us a tour and she left a lasting impression with us, very inviting, great energy and excellent customer service. First apartment community we toured where the Property Manager took their time to explain what the property and surrounding area had to offer.My son really likes the location, close to school and within walking distance to the store, bars and restaurants.As far as the rooms themselves, they seem larger then most apartments.It did have a patio or balcony, which was a plus. Very affordable apartments for the space. They are also pet friendly!

Very good place to stay. The apartments are nice and spacious. The property manager is amazing and very nice. I’d refer these apartments to anyone who is looking

The staff here are friendly and answered all my questions. The property is beautiful and well kept and the maintenance is taken care of quickly.

My daughter and friend moved in last week, nice and serene, and close to WSU, sits off from main road, and close to grociers.

Windsor has been recently updated and is close to 675, miner and wright state. The building entire are secured. The floor plans are nice layouts.

This place is literally the worst place in the entire world. Management (Alison & Rachel) do not care about you. They don’t listen and they are very very dishonest. They don’t try to understand your frustration. They just want to steal your money that’s all. So please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place or you will regret it. I mean just read the reviews and you will see what I am talking about. It’s very expensive and the place is trash I mean literally trash. Appliances are old and outdated its like living in the 60s. It takes forever before they come and fix things in the apartment. So please don’t let the same thing that happened to me happen to you. Run while you can.

Edit: New management has changed my mind. Definitely not a 5 star property anymore. Miller valentine was magnificent, Towne properties is has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Lived there in 2017, property lady was nice but the building I lived in had roaches really bad. It was disgusting.

Fantastic staff, office and maintenance, quick response to questions and needs, great layout and central heating and cooling systems, cheap water, updated appliances and construction, close too many big businesses and right across the street from Meijer.

For the price and location, this is a great place to stay! It’s a small community and stays pretty quiet. The office manager was very helpful and accomaditing to my needs! Would definitely recommend this property to everyone!!

Excellent place to live. Quiet and safe. I was new to the country and the management team went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. The fixer man, Dave even helped me in moving my furniture and made sure everything was perfect. I love it here and highly recommend.

Only rating 1 star because I cant put 0. To start off the apartment complex robbed me of $200. I paid my last month of rent and accidentally paid it for over $200 of what it should have been. When I asked if the $200 could be taken off of the damages and cost of repairing the apartment, the landlord said she could not do that. So SHE WOULD NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY, or apply it to the damages I owed. She knew that I paid more than I should have but she would not give me the money back that is mine. I tried to dispute it but I could not get documentation of the transaction and she would not come forth with the documentation she had. She was admittedly aware that the money she had should not be in her hands. She robbed me of $200 and didnt even care. The landlord tries to appear nice and friendly but she is out to get residents for their money. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. Every apartment smells like curry, which isnt pleasant. Our dishwasher was a piece of crap. They charged us $100 to repair blinds. The business is ran by a husband and wife and they do their best to take every penny they can from residents.

This place is great for the money you spend. It is my dog that is as big as a “cow”. He’s very friendly. However very playful. Has never chased anyone. Also, if you wouldn’t run he wouldn’t want to play. He’s doing his job by barking when there is a noise. Excuse him for being a house dog and never living once an apartment. My complaint is no one listens to management. There are plenty of people in my building alone that could care less aboout who lives around them. My upstairs neighbors are horrible. They have like 6 kids that constantly run and scream and play wwe off of their beds. I can say constantly as I work from home. I am awake as this is what they are doing now. Allison thank you for the kindness and always putting the resident first. I hate that I had to place this complaint.

This was a very fantastic place to live at. The apartments were new and pretty much hassle-free. Probably the best part of these apartments were the office/maintenance staff. Gay is by far the best landlord Ive ever had. The only knock I have on the apartments is that the hallways can reak of curry. However, it has been a pleasurable experience living here.

Disgusting management. No minimum courtesy of knocking door while stepping in to apartment. They charge your arm and leg for the things you are not responsible . And Yeah! They make sure that they charge you fines just to fill there pockets .

David is nightmare for so many tenants living here. Hez is one hell of a guy. He always shouts at the people without listening to them.He pretends to be so nice when you are initially moving in here. Once you get here he will always comes to your room without even knocking door for permission. The lady works in leasing office shez is so kind and polite.I would have given good rating without him working here. Hope everyone moving here will find a better place.

Believe me, I wish I could rate it 0 but unfortunately I’ll give it a 1. I have nothing but constant issues since living here. This place is a run down dump not worth the money. Unfortunately the management at this place could care less about you.

This place is a disgrace. Management don’t care. Don’t hear complaints. Animal poop all over grass kids can’t play in snow. Don’t come here unless you homeless.

Worst experience of living here . you have to face with one or other problem from the management every week . you will be ending up paying for things that you are not responsible for, Almost once a week you will be forced to vacate your house for hours , even after doing that you will end up paying all different kinds of FINES dont know what they are for. Highly recommended for loosing your peace of mind if you stay here. They dont have minimum courtesy to inform you before they enter into your house.

The walls are very thin. I can hear the tenants upstairs when they pee in the bathroom, slide the closet doors open, walk in their apartment..at all times. The fire alarms went off 6 times yesterday. They go off every single day and nothing is done. This could be extremely dangerous. Havent even attempted to use the dishwasher that looks like its from the 80s. Outlets constantly go out and have to be re-set. The stove doesnt shut all the way and we were told it was fine. Hallways stink. No overhead lighting. Dumpsters are far away. I have been growled at by multiple breeds of dogs here. Toilets have very low flushing power. Will not renew my lease. I will say though maintenance is responsive and friendly.

The petson in Management is horrible they either don’t care or won’t do anything about the situation of the place... loud rude neighbors. Loud music at midnight , the smoke alarm go off all the time. And dogs as big as cows Tha t almost bit me running wild in the parking lot and not to mention the skunks too

Too much loud!!!! We had to call police on neighbor cursin too much and drunk and the dogs too loud at midnight all the tenants are loud at night they don’t let other sleep bad place for my kids to be around

Nice apartments but way overpriced for the area. Theres a charge for everything!

Lived there for almost 2 years. Loved It. Its Safe and Friendly.

The apartments are falling apart. Ive had multiple leaks in several pipes around the apartment. The washers are constantly out of order or breaking. The neighbors are always yelling. The apartment manger has lost about 6 checks that I have written. Do not live here if you can help it.
